The meat was well seasoned just needed a bit of salt but I'm sure they leave that up to the customers preference and the chile verde sauce was nice and savory. It came garnished with sour cream, queso fresco, very thinly sliced onions so it wasn't too overpowering and topped with cilantro to bring it all together.
