I have always had great Customer Service when I order coffee (which is a different section), so I was very surprised. Not sure if I will be back for food, but will always come back for coffee.

The tea setting was beautifully done but our table was extremely small which made teatime challenging at times. During the teas each person gets their own pot of unlimited tea. We did the Jasmine Glow tea and the Strawberry Chocolate Pu'erh. The teas were amazingly delicious! They were so good that we bought some to bring home. The bites were flavorful, just the right size, and complemented each other beautifully. You could taste the love and care that went into each one of the items. Also, the mini cakes here (not included in high tea) are absolutely gorgeous. They are not too sweet, and remind me of what I used to get at cafes in Japan.
