The texture is what makes them different from regular donuts. There were lots of flavors to choose from, and I'd definitely come back to try more. We will most definitely be back. The burger in particular was what impressed us both. The quality of the meat was impeccable, delicious flavor, with a nice crispy sear. They were very helpful in choosing what to order! The bison comes from their ranch in Wyoming, the owners brother runs the ranch! The elk comes from a group of family farms they have been doing business with for over 40 years in New Zealand. (Wow!) And the in house ground beef is mostly Niman ranch and Creekstone farms. I don't think you will find a better burger in Reno! We sat inside on their bar stool seating, but there's lots of other seating available outside! The inside has a very modern and elegant feel!
