Came here for the first time today and got a full set as well as a pedicure. Let's just say, if you're looking for horrible, ugly nails at a ridiculous price then this is the place to come. My experience with this salon was unbelievable, I made an appointment for 12pm and had to wait couldn't until 1:30pm were the woman in the front start to do my nails but, only glued them on and told me she had to do someone else now instead of me. I was nice and didn't really care at the moment because she said my toes would be done first now. I got my toes done and since I have never been here before I wasn't told the price until she was done, where she said they were $45! Just for a pedicure nothing special even. When I finally got to get my nails done, the woman in the front did a sloppy painting job and then instead of the design I wanted she did whatever she wanted. So I walked out of the salon with shit nails that were $60 and a ridiculous high pedicure for $45. I will never be coming back here due to the ridiculous prices and the horrible job they did with my nails. If I was you checking out this place, I would try to find a place that has better reviews and won't fuck up your nails. read more

That this place averages 2.5 stars is no accident. The lady taking care of my mom, probably the owner, was rude and condescending to my mother who was the client and my wife who accompanied her. They were paying customers treated like an inconvenience to the salon. Whoever was attending my mom, kept pushing gel which my mom doesn't need or want. If you want a technician that watches TV while doing your mani, come here. It was my first and my last time using this salon. Not a particularly clean place...didn't see the tech change the towels and instruments in between customers. I was there because I was early for another appointment in the shopping center. Minimal, mediocre, $18 mani performed while she watched the "soaps". Really?!? I decided not to stay and have the gel removed from my toes. I'll wait a few days and go to my regular salon. Was very concerned how dirty place was. Will not go there again. You would think after covid 19 the placle would be spotless not the case.

I went last Saturday to get a gel manicure. The technician who did my nails was very nice, however, three of my nails have already chipped and it's only been a week. The technician told me they would last at least two, MAYBE three weeks. I also noticed that she did not coat my entire nail bed with color, she left a very noticeable gap between the gel polish and my cuticle, it looked like my manicure was already growing out before I left the salon. The salon itself is also very dirty and run down. There was dust everywhere and their bathroom was very dirty. I will not be going back, which is a huge bummer since it's so close to my house. I really wanted to like this place, but a $30 gel manicure should last longer than 1 week. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the absolute worst place I've ever been to go nail care. I came in with an appointment to get a fill but decided to take the acrylic off instead because I wasn't feeling the shape anymore. The woman helping me said sure, that's fine! Little did I know I was in for my nails to be completely destroyed. I asked for her to keep the length as long as possible knowing there'd be a little damage from removing the acrylic. She cut my nails so short, cut my skin, and left tons of the acrylic left on the nails. She kept telling me to rub garlic on it and that I should just go home. She said I should just cut my nails as short as possible and I said no, please leave them as long as possible. She threw my hands away and said ok then done! She had also criticized my nails and cuticles throughout the entire process. Not to mention she charged $25. Will not be back. So rude, this is not how you do business. read more

I checked their reviews before coming but I figured I only need a toe polish change, what could go wrong. Although she did a good job, my first impression wasn't the best I felt as since it was only a polish change they didn't want to waste their time (I was very close on walking out) any way their polish selection is very limited and cheap. So I have never reviewed anything on yelp before, but this lady I'm about to tell you about is so amazing with her work, I had to download the app and post it so people can recognize her. The first time I came to Super Nails I was lucky enough to have a lady named Lee do my nails. Ever since she did them, I had finally found the person who would be doing my nails every time. She is so incredibly detailed with her work, whether it's with the application of the polish or cuticle cleaning or nail filing. And I am a person who is unbelievably picky when it comes to nails. I used to do my nails all the time because I never liked anyone's work before I found Lee to relieve me from it. I started doing only gel polish because it's so worth doing with her. It lasts beautifully for a while until you decide to do them again. Very clean detailed work and if you have anything to comment on she will gladly listen and take care of it. Also ever since she started doing my nails, they have been growing long and still strong. I barely get any chipped nails anymore. They just grow strong and very long. I have to be Brutally honest. The moment I brought my Grandmother in to this salon style facility, I was met with non disclosures and imminence. The lack of consideration and staring I was greeted with made no apologetic sense at all. My grandmother was taken care of, however they made remarks about her age and needing" pay pay pay". I completely understand that this is a business and businesses need to be run. But my Grandmother was held captive and ridiculed until I arrived to pay her bill. Now let me ask you a fair question. I did acrylic, came back 3 days later because I lost 3 nails, Lyn fixed it, 3 days later I lost another 3 nails, came back and the owner convince me of taking them off and do gelish because it was going to last at least 2 weeks. The bowls they use for pedicure are dirty and they don't use plastic to cover them. The stuff they used she said were disinfected but didn't look it at all. The buffers they use for feet are used and worn. First time and will be me last. For a Friday it was completely dead. read more

Tried this nail salon on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't have an appointment so I waited maybe 10 minutes at most. I wish I would have made an appointment though because my nail lady did an extremely rushed job on me so she could finish me up before her appointment came in. There were maybe 4 employees working. They were working on multiple customers at once in order to accommodate everyone. I figured since I just wanted a simple French manicure on my natural nails that it wouldn't take very long so I stayed even though I did contemplate leaving. My nails were done in 30 minutes! Quickest manicure I've ever had. Having said that, my nails ended up drying with those little annoying bubbles, which wasn't the biggest deal. What I'm most annoyed about is that I got my nails done on Saturday and 24 hours later the white tip started to chip. It's now Tuesday, three days after I got them done and the polish continues to chip and is now cracking and coming off. I really wanted to like this place. From a far, my nails look great, but I would expect for my the nail polish to last me at least a week with no chipping, cracking or peeling. I paid $15 for the manicure, not too bad, but let's just say that I'll be doing my own French manicures at home from now on. read more

I debated to review this but I needed people to know my experience. I've been here a couple times because it's close to my house. I am a licensed stylist/manicurist and am very aware of the laws on sanitation. My last visit a friend and I had a pedicure and after that visit I will never go back. I witnessed them NOT sanitizing the pedicure bowl they used hand soap to wash it out no disinfect was used ( when it is used it must sit for 10 mins) and you have to clean the filter which was not done either. They reuse there gloves, buffers, files and pumice stones....again not acceptable under state law. Everything should be disposable except metal instrument. The implements were not sanitized and in a "marked clean" container I saw the technician pick the Debris out of the nippers wipe them off and put them back in her box. That's called CONTAMINATED. Nothing there is sanitized I have gotten a few infections due to non sanitation so now I either give myself my own pedicure or I bring my own stuff with me. Just be careful anywhere you go infections are no joke! read more

I came in with my son because he had just gotten a hair cut next door. I asked the owner if it was ok that he was in there with me (he's 3) and she said yes. He was well behaved the whole time I was in there during my pedicure. After my pedicure I had to wait for my manicure so I sat with him. He was getting up and down from his chair and the chair slightly banged the wall and window. She looked at me and pointed her finger (like watch him) I said "he's fine he won't hurt anything) then the blond girl that was sitting with the owner getting her nails done turns around and says "she doesn't want him to break anything" I said "he's not going to break anything, he's sitting in a chair." There's nothing to break. She argued with me and said "we'll kids are not allowed inside. " And I replied and said, "I asked her if he could be in here when I walked in and she said yes. This salon is careless. I got cut three times getting my toes and nails done, and apologized to exactly zero times. He was rushing, and was not paying attention. My pedicure polish was uneven in color and my toe was cut so badly it was bleeding. Again, no apology. In fact I got blamed for asking him to stop cutting because it hurt because now the lengths would be uneven. I will take uneven toe lengths over drawn blood any day. But maybe that makes me a wimp. read more

They only have one color for glitter acrylic and thats 30 different shades of pink. The nails were ugly. I needed yellow glitter acrylic tips for a wedding and ended up leaving with ugly white tips that started halfway up my nail. I didn't go in with the intention of getting a pedi but after getting the acrylic done and watching the other girls getting pedi's I thought it sounded nice. They were not busy at all, so I asked if I can get a pedi. The girl doing my nails said "you need to tell us before you get the nails". Well whatever, don't take my service then. read more

I went in for a manicure & pedicre & was dissapointed in the quality. Salon uses cheap brands of polish which come off much faster than others. I saw a customer come in for waxing eyebrows, she used the restroom before and while the estatician was waiting, she was talking to her co-worker holding the wax wooden sticks in her hand tapping them on her own face. I only hope she didn't use that one to dip into the wax and then use on her customer. read more

Too bad their customer service is horrible because the pedicure wasn't "that" bad. Will not return though. Had 3 reservations made well in advance for a special girls night. Not only were there not enough staff to accommodate our reservation when we got there, they played "stupid" when we expressed or disappointment. If you make a mistake own up to it and apologize...... I would have given two starts but my overpriced deluxe pedicure and reg manicure turned out great even if she used a cuticle trimmer to cut my nails ... This place is very dirty towels and trash on the floor. There are four chairs to sit in to dry your nails that's if you don't trip over the power strip with all the cords in it. Terrible. It's supposed to be enjoyable to get your nails done and be happy when you walk out. First of all the place seemed dirty as I notice the tools were just thrown in a bucket, dirty gloves and sponges sitting on the floor. I watched them clean out the spa chair and I'm glad i got my pedicure done in a covered bucket. I got a full set with white tip. They are so frothy, I've never seen anything like it before. Usually it's a safe bet but evidently not here. My white tip on my toes look good tho. To not sit in a massage chair it was still 25 to get your toes done. Beware. Read the reveiws. When I came as a walk-in for a fill there were only three technicians working and all of them had a costumer. The manager told me it will be a 15 wait... after 45 minutes I was finally taken. An older couple walked in a little before I was taken and the lady requested that someone else do her nails because she didn't like the way it was done the last time she was there. The technician who did her nails the last time overheard and got offended and refused to do the friend's nails (but she didn't tell them she just sat in the back) After 30 min of waiting the friend left and the lady complained about the technicians costumer service how she just went to the back knowing there were people waiting for her. After they left my technician (the manager) started laughing and talking about them to me. At last she finished with my nails and the color is pretty however she left glue on my fingers and the underneath of the nails were left untouched. read more

She literally rubbed the top of my foot lightly for like 20 minutes. After I left I noticed there was some polish that wasn't cleaned up around the nail. I used to go to this salon a lot. I went in when I was in town to get a couple nails fixed. I typically pay $3 per nail at other salons (even at the beach!) -they charged me $5/nail! I'm paying half the price of an entire full set to just replace 3 nails and she did such a quick job- didn't seem like she even cared. Well they lifted within 7 days! So I went back (out of my way) to have her re-do them and showed her how they just popped right off! In addition, the acrylic powder they use is so strange- it doesn't look natural at all and doesn't match acrylic from any other salons I've been to. Is it just me or has customer service at nail salons really plummeted? They try to get away with making them paper thin (why would I get acrylic nails for them to be as thin and break like my natural nails?). They tell me what I want won't look good. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and still blame me for poor quality work, as if I don't know how to take care of my nails and don't know when they are doing something wrong or doesn't work.
