This place is absolutely terrible and I do not recommend anyone coming here. I had not planned to get my nails done and decided to splurge with a simple mani pedi - French tips. The lady that did my feet did excellent work. The lady that did my nails snip into my skin and cuticle of my left index finger that proceeded to bleed. I exclaimed OW out loud while listening and feeling the snip of my own flesh. They apologized sincerely and then proceeded to charge $50 dollars for my pedicure after I told them I didn't want to get my hands done anymore. I did tipped the lady who did my feet, but I'll never return here again. Note, the reason she made the mistake of cutting into my finger was because she was too busy upselling me to get gel or some nail designs. She even said my French tips wouldn't last three days- it's Wednesday night and my Christmas party is Saturday. Awful first time experience. Overcharged with cheap quality she admitted to. She turned the water on to fill the tub and had me sit down. She left and came back and the water was overflowing. She brought out the mop and used the dust pan to gather the water. The salon is small, cluttered and filled with old, ripped chairs. The pedicure experience was painful when she started using the drill to remove the gel polish and cleaning up my cuticles. I walked in there today for a pedicure the only time window that I had for me today . As a social worker and as a busy mom of three. I asked what the wait time was.. The lady at front said about 10 mins.. I patiently sat there for longer than that. After a while another young lady came in with blonde hair and within, maybe five minutes, she was sat at one of the spa chairs for a pedicure also. Not acknowledging me or saying anything to me. Them knowing that I was there first.. it was my first time going to this place to try it out. And definitely my last I will not be going back there. I will not recommend it to any family or friends. Did walk in for gel pedicure. Called ahead of time to check wait. Person on phone quoted 10 minutes. I was seen quickly. Nail tech was nice. Gel pedicure was decent, unfortunately I felt uncomfortable mid pedicure. Two nail techs started to yell at each other about money. This went on for 15 minutes. I tried ignoring them and relaxing, but then one nail tech hit the other with her elbow and they continued to argue in front of everyone. The person doing my nails pinched my ankle trying to distract me from her coworkers fighting, which I did not appreciate. She was aggressive and instead of telling her coworkers to take their fight in the back, she attempted to distract me by pinching my foot. I decided to not finish with massage and leave. Nail tech charged me $45. Long day after work and wanted to get nails turned into drama fight. Nail studio is also very dirty, chairs are falling apart, dried wax all down my chair. Walked in for manicure and pedicure for myself and my daughter. The staff was friendly enough and they did a good job on our nails. However, after our service they told me that I needed to pay cash and to get it at the atm across the street, I had to leave my 6 year old to get the money that I could have gotten had they told me before our service started. They have no signage stating they are cash only. I also noticed that after they finished with my pedicure they quickly rinsed tools used on me and put it back in their drawers, which seems pretty unsanitary. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I had him not to cut my cuticles and he did it anyways, he cut 5 of my fingers and made them bleed and proceeded to pour oil on the blood while it was burning. He brought over some random towels for the blood and I ended up leaving with bandaids on my fingers. No discount or even apology was given and I am just so shocked they can run a business this way. read more

So disappointed in this nail shop. First time I came here I got a pedicure and it looked like my 5 year old did my toes. The service was very rushed, he wasn't focused on me I ended up redoing my toes when I got home. I came again because I figured I just had a bad experience the first time. But nope, got a full set just simple white tips and there just awful... My friend and I went here very last minute. They closed at 7 and still accommodated us when we walked in the door at 6:45! I did a manicure and pedicure with regular polish and got Trisha. She did excellent on my feet and even gave me close to a 5 minute massage on my feet. For my hands, she did an excellent job shaping them. However two of my fingers came out a bit shorter. Also, she cut my finger and it bled. Minor things but short of a five star review. The color she gave me was beautiful! It's called khaki rose and I loved it! With mani and pedi and regular nail polish was $30 without tip. My friend got a manicure and did gel nail polish. Her technician was Tracy. She loved that she was very careful and didn't get any gel nail polish on her skin. (She usually has to pick some off after getting a gel nail polish.) She loved the shape as well. They talked me out of the original service I came in to get because she promised it would last longer and it's been three days and I already have a chipped nail. The nails are also bumpy and they have dents in Them. They resemble chewed wads of gum. I'm a hairdresser and j can feel the weight of them when I'm working with my clients and it just doesn't feel right.. super uncomfortable. Almost like acrylic. When I was seated for my pedicure I picked up the menu and the woman immediately caught an attitude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all..I felt like a burden and that's so wrong when I'm paying for a service that supposed to include pampering. I just don't think that the service I was given was worth $90, but even still I gave a tip because I work In the service industry as well. I know how long the days can be and the toll it takes on your bodies. But next time maybe operate your business like people can go and write Yelp reviews on you. First and foremost it's a very clean salon very well-maintained at the Canyon crest shopping center where you can pretty much find anything LOL. Today was my third or fourth visit. Liqnn is my nail technician. I use her exclusively because she is friendly. Great personality and more importantly very good at what she does. I wasn't sure what color do use and she help me pick out a perfect shade of blue for spring. HORRIBLE service! I have had acrylic nails on and off since the age of 11, going to different places, and now will turn 19 very soon. I've never gone to any place before with this kind of service. Walking in i got welcomed with "ugh you're late" and so then I brushed it off and sat at the table I was told to. Then she was complaining about my 2 broken nails so I asked if she didn't want to do them I could leave and not have her struggle, but she said it was fine. After this I encountered many problems. 1. Kept asking her to fix my nails but she wouldn't 2. She cut them extremely short 3. She was rushed and said "I'll fix them next time" It was not professional to treat clients in this manner and although I kindly asked if I could get my nails fixed because I didn't like the shape she denied it and still charged me $35 for a fill, and $5 for the shape that I didn't like. It was my first time here and will not be coming again, I am very disappointed in how my nails turned out. read more
