This place charges a whole lot for a place that does mediocre work. They raised their prices and verbally told me that I'd be charged $30, even though every sign in the building advertised the pedicure at $25. I figured with COVID and whatever maybe the prices jumped, I get it. I tried to be understanding. But the woman doing my pedicure couldn't be bothered to put any actual effort. She didn't even take all of my old nail polish off before she added new polish. She missed half my toe and rushed me out of my seat before my nail polish was even closed to dry. Then she charged me even MORE than what I'm was told. She was visibly upset when I tried to pay card, insisting I pay tip with my bill. 1st mistake, didn't read the reviews before I made an appointment. 2nd mistake, didn't leave immediately after seeing inside the salon. I called to make a last minute appointment. Lee (owner?) answered and was very nice. I walked in to see a very dirty, disorganized, old, cluttered nail salon. This shopping center is very nice, but very old. Super Nails has obviously not updated anything in their store. Lee asked me to sit at the table right next to the front desk, so I got to stare at all of the clutter on the desk, but look into a mirror to see the TV. For the gel manicure, she didn't have anything to show me with nail colors on it... She asked what color I wanted and then handed me 3 nail polishes of blue. She didn't open a new sanitized bag of utensils (isn't that a law?) in front of me, she just had them scattered on the table. She kept looking up at the TV behind me... She cut my cuticles and completely cut my skin on 1 nail (see photo). She did not apologize, instead she laughed and said, "your nails are so small!" So many cues for me to leave, but this was a last resort... She applied the dark blue nail polish but didn't paint all the way to my cuticles... When she was done, she put lotion on my wrists... And gave my wrists a "massage"? The gel manicure was $30, I honestly don't know what you pay $30 for. This could pass for maybe $15, only because of the nice polish. No hot towel, no oil, which is usually included in my past $20-25 manicures. Never again. read more

The customer service here is terrible. I called today to try to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and had attitude the entire time I was on the phone. Like I was bothering her with trying to give them my business? I asked her to repeat a phone number of the the nail tech she told me to call and she responded by saying "Jesus Christ" before proceeding to repeat the phone number with attitude. I just hung up. Based off of others pictures of the work they've had done here, I would say that they don't have much room to be rude on top of doing subpar work. Won't ever be coming here. read more

I had such a great experience here. I went in at about 6pm, and I was instantly taken care of. I went in to get a full set ( I can't remember the name of the woman that did it). She was very warm and welcoming to me, the entire time I was there. The work she did was amazing! I've never gotten my nails done with a pointed tip because I've always thought they looked kinda silly, but she did a wonderful job making them look natural on me. So this past weekend I had my 14 yr old daughter get her nails done here for our very first time. Since our lady at our other place was out, I figured I'd give this place a try. So before I dropped her off I asked her to ask the ladies how much for a full set they told her $30. So I left her there while I went to the gym that was in the same shopping center. Finished my workout and they're still doing her nails. My daughter asked me to stay with her so I waited. She got short dip nails. I paid $40, and the lady said she's giving her a "discount ". I don't know why she would. Anyway after paying we went out side my daughter had told me she told her nails were going to be $40 and my daughter said no thank u. Just give me regular since She was told it was $30. The lady told her she needed to cut her cuticles and that it was going to be an extra charge. My daughter said no thank u. The lady still did it anyway. Well I was unaware of all of this if I was there none of this would of happened. I feel as if they were taking advantage of my daughter since she is a young girl. Not only that they used regular polish not even gel and for $40 short nails. What a rip off. They were all uneven and one broke off the next day from being so thin. I guess if you're looking for over the top fancy, this isn't your place but it is clean and the staff are friendly The ladies didn't talk to me very much, but I appreciated being able to kick back and not feeling awkward/forced to engage in the conversation, it was very relaxing. Some days I love small talk and other days it's nice to sit quietly and today was one of those days I accidentally found this place (I was looking for a different salon in the area) and I was able to walk in and get a wonderful pedicure for a good price. Do not waste your money!! I called the day before to make an appointment, and asked about how long pedicures take because I had a small window of time while my 4 month old was being watched. I get there a few minutes before my appointment time and they tell me they're running behind. Likely because they took walk-ins that put them behind. Whatever was applied to my feet has caused them to continue peeling, leading me to believe that the tech didn't take the time to remove the dead skin properly. The nail polish doesn't completely cover my nails, and the clear top coat doesn't completely cover the polish color. Also, not sure if a few squirts of hand sanitizer is the proper way to clean foot baths in between customers. Never again, I will drive out of my way to another place. read more

Worst customer service ever. I had a gift card for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had to return to work so I only had time to do my manicure. The two girls there didn't know how to charge the gift card when it came time to pay. Thus we were at a stand still and I was on a time crunch. I felt bad for the girls so I said I would leave the gift card with them and at a later point to pick it up. When I returned another day the manager (Lee) was there and not the girl I dealt with primarily (Kim). She said Kim was in Texas, didn't know anything about a gift card and would return the following Monday so I can deal with it then. Come Monday Kim claims she returned the card to me after charging me. A complete lie. She couldn't get a hold of her manager that day to know how to charge it but now claimed she did. I feel so appalled that they would have the audacity to lie to my face and be as petty to hold onto the gift card because at this point I could care less about the money but simply about the principal of the matter. I'm sure if I were to return to inquire proof about the charge they supposedly made that day to the card, the truth would lie there. I explained to them what they were doing was essentially stealing from me and that I would make a claim with the Better Business Bureau as minuscule the amount was. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but today is an exception! I go to Loan and she does an absolutely fabulous job on my nails. Always has. Today I commend the rest of the staff for standing by their commitment to keep their business safe! There is not one, but 2 signs neatly and clearly posted that say they require patrons to wear masks. The technician let the woman with her small child know masks must be worn (there were 4 nails techs and 3 customers all wearing them inside) while receiving services. The woman said she didn't have one and another technician kindly offered one to her. The woman said no. The tech said "we cannot do your nails without you wearing a mask" and the woman left. At no time were any of the nail technicians rude or unkind. I know in these times, businesses need the income, but I appreciate the commitment of the staff. read more

I suppose if you want an inexpensive pedicure then this is the place? Me, I'm always worried when the price is too low. I got here at 11:30 and there was one woman reading a paper and a man doing a manicure for a customer. Another woman, employee???, came in behind me. Neither acknowledged me for several beats. Finally, the woman reading the paper asked me what I wanted and I said pedicure. She told me to pick my color, then sent me to the most worn, rickety chair. Then she went back to reading. I sat there (my feet hanging over the edge of an empty tub) for a full three minutes before another woman came in and started the water. No antiseptic in the water for another minute or so. When she did put it in it smelled bad. My nail gal was very attentive after that and did a nice job with my feet (that's a nasty job and I always appreciate anyone who is willing to touch feet). She did make me bleed. And when she was done she had me walk barefoot (gross!!!) to sit in front of a tiny fan. I've never sat in front of a tiny fan before. I doubt I'll be back, though, because I am paying a portion of the charge for ambience. I like cosmetic products to smell nice. Just the smell alone would make me hesitant to return. I give it two stars for a lack of customer service. You decide -- maybe you don't care about service, ambience, or any of that. read more

Came after work to get a pedicure due to connivence of the location, it was just an "ok" pedicure. They had two different options - one for $20 and one for $30, I did the $30 pedicure and felt that it was not the greatest of quality and have gotten better for less. The ladies working were all polite and helpful. Not great options to pick from in terms of colors and you can see the layers of polish after it dried. Got a fill done with a lady that sits in the far back of the salon, next to the toilet. She was really rough with my hands and told me my hands were tense and that I needed to put my phone away and focus. Focus on what? Focus on you twisting my wrists and fingers all kinds of directions and hurting me? Or focus on you throwing my hands left and right, or perhaps focus on the terrible job you did on my nails? By the time my nails were done, my nails were bubbly, wrinkled, uneven and hideous. The bumpy, thick clear coat was smeared on unevenly. I showed the manager and she said "those are bubbles." It's shameful that the manager didn't offer to redo my nails or at least give me the cash that I had already paid. By the way they ask for payment before they start the paint job on your nails here.
