I really liked this place. Great option for a reasonably priced breakfast, and big portions. You can definitely share! Staff was great, attentive and friendly. It was busy, but they were on top of it. Food came out relatively fast and hot. My only critique... the Eggs Benedict were drowning in hollandaise sauce. My family and I came across this place on Yelp for brunch during a visit to Napa during the 4th of July weekend. The ambiance was fun and lively. While the service was fast and efficient although they were very busy. Our server was very kind and they offered a variety of dishes suited for brunch. I ordered a simple omelette with mushrooms and it was delicious. Great spot for breakfast! came here during a trip to Napa. About a 10 minute wait for a table on a Thursday morning about 10 am. Great selection of pancakes, French toast and eggs. The food was honestly not very good (didn't help that the menu was inaccurate with the descriptions), the ambiance is a very odd diner, and especially the service was terrible. This is the BEST HIDDEN GEM!! The staff is premiere. They are so accommodating! I called ahead to see if the large party I was with could be easily accommodated the young lady said at most it would be 20 minutes. When we arrived we felt like VIP she had held a table for my family so we sat right down. Our server was great she was so very sweet! Made sure we had everything we needed. Our food was delicious and such generous portions. They have the most entertaining bathrooms as well I know I know but these are the coolest . GREAT brunch menu! So many options to choose from, & I ordered a great tasting Veggie Benny. I added salmon which was an extra $5. Everyone loved their meal, and I am most definitely coming back. I walked into sunshine cafe this morning at around 9:30 and was seated at the counter, it was a busy morning as it usually is, which is understandable as the food is great and the service usually is too. However, today's experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I sat at the counter for 15 minutes without as much as being acknowledged or offered coffee. I looked around to see if I could get someone's attention and ask for coffee when I saw two employees a young man with bleached hair and a young lady snicker amongst themselves, about being over worked. I waited an other 5 minutes, as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After wasting 20 minutes I could no longer waste more time. read more

I had to take my order back because the eggs over medium were still runny eggwhites, asked for cheese on the potatoes without onions and it came with onions. Told them I paid extra for sausage gravy and hardly any gravy. I took it back for them to make it right and this is what I got. Less cheese, less gravy. It's not worth the wait to eat there. And no dressing. I went up to the counter and asked for dressing she brought me back Italian dressing. It says it comes with citrus vinaigrette Italian dressing is not citrus vinaigrette.
