I came here once before and the food was pretty good. I was shopping in napa with my mother and brought her here. We had fresh beet salad which was absolutely delicious. We both got the flat iron steak with eggs. Her eggs were scrambled and mine were poached medium. I have to say they do an excellent job with poaching your edges to request. However I asked for my steak to be medium rare and my mother asked for hers to be medium well. I knew there was gonna be an issue and sure enough, my steak was not medium rare. I would have sent it back except it tasted good so I decided not to make a fuss. We arrived about 15 minute to the end of brunch and the gentleman kindly allowed us to be seated. Our order was promptly taken and he was warm and welcoming. The woman, however who took our order was not so warm and welcoming. It was clear she was less than happy to have latter day diners. She wasn't rude, just flat. The restaurant was nice and they had the doors pulled up garage style. The weather was good so it definitley was warranted. Overall, I will return and come earlier in the day so as not to annoy anyone . Lol.

Special of the day: Turkish Eggs

I love a place that gives a overestimated wait time and then we get seated even sooner! Service was great! I loved their blood orange spritz. I had the chilaquiles and my friend got the special of the day which was a Turkish eggs that had smoked salmon and my other friend got the fish tacos and everyone enjoyed their meals. I will say that the fish tacos seemed not a lot of food considering the price. In the summer the patio would be a great place to sit but we came on a overcast/chilly day!

We came here before driving back home and it was so good! It was super busy but we were sat right away on a Sunday at around 1pm. The restaurant itself is pretty homey with a touch of industrial feel. They have a pretty interesting cocktail menu and of course wine but I was too tired from all the wine from the day before. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits but it could've used a touch more salt but the sausages were good! My husband wanted the Kobe burger, and he asked the waitress if he could have it with all the fixings that come on the club sandwich. She was so nice and figured out how to put it in the system for him lol. He said it was made really well and the meat was good quality, My favorite thing were the skillet cornbreads. I love the taste of the lavender and the butter. I could've devoured 4 of them by myself! Service was super friendly but just a little slow. They would sometimes forget little things we asked for like refills on coffee and our side of ranch.

Overall a solid experience. Service was okay. The team was definitely working hard! Our appetizers came out really quickly, which was nice. The cornbread was fantastic and the lattes were also really good. The only hiccup was that the main food took a little longer than expected. I'm not sure if our order was sent in late or if it might have been sitting in the window for a bit. My steak and eggs came out hot, but the steak was a little too crisp for my liking. Other than that, no real complaints about the experience. It was still a nice meal overall. Ambiance is casual for brunch, good music too.

It was our first time and found it on Yelp. Food was delicious & yummy. We had total of 5 so ordered 5 entrees and 2 starters and one side. I had my steak medium well done & surprisingly it was tender & juicy. I didn't use any sauce. I was happy. I really like their beets salad & garden pickled. Service is average. It was a nice warm spring Sat so we sat outside. I didn't pay attention the interior. We would go back.

Delicious eats with friendly and prompt service in downtown Napa! We went on a weekday and found street parking nearby. We went for an early dinner so were the only ones there when we entered, but more people came in during our meal. Bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper. Overall restaurant was clean and looked great. Even as more people came in, it wasn't too loud. What we ordered: * Cornbread with lavender honey butter (2 pieces for $7) - the cornbread was tender and the lavender honey butter was a little sweet and floral. So delicious together! * Soup of the day, roasted butternut squash when we went ($12) - my fiancé and I both enjoyed the soup. It was warm and flavorful. Not too salty or oily. Felt just right. * Steak frites ($39) - I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out just how I liked it. The steak and fries were seasoned well. The fries were crispy and abundant. * Roast chicken ($31) - my fiancé has ordered this a few times already. The chicken and the veg are consistently tasty. The chicken is tender and a little crisp with the skin. I've dined at Grace's Table a few times now and the food and service never disappoint! It's a solid choice if you're looking for a cozy meal in downtown Napa.

Came here for "brunch" around 11:30 on a Monday. Thankfully it was beautiful outside because this place was poppin! They have a lot of outdoor seating which is great (and it is pet friendly outside). I am gluten free and there weren't a ton of options, but I got the tamale and it was pretty good but for $20+ I don't think it is worth 5 stars.

My wife and I stopped by Grace's Table for brunch, and it was such a great experience--relaxed, friendly, and full of seriously good food. We ordered the Shrimp & Grits, the Cassoulet, and the Cornbread with Lavender Honey Butter. * Shrimp & Grits: The standout of the meal. Perfectly cooked shrimp, creamy grits, and tons of flavor. I'd come back just for this. * Cassoulet: Warm, hearty, good comfort food. Perfect if you have a big appetite. Meal portion is good for 2 person. * Cornbread with Lavender Honey Butter: This was divine. The cornbread is already good on its own--warm, soft, just the right amount of crumb--but that lavender honey butter takes it to another level. Sweet, floral, buttery... it didn't last long at our table. The vibe inside is super chill and welcoming. The staff was friendly, the service was quick without feeling rushed, and it just felt like a great spot to ease into the day. If you're looking for a brunch place in Napa, Grace's Table is an easy recommendation.

A special on their list of Melted cheese and truffle. So rich and incredible for a chilly winter night.

Always an incredible dining experience when I go. Comfortable ambiance, great menu offerings with a nice variety of specials, and staff is always very cordial and professional. The only reason why it's not a 5 star is because they don't have a full liquor license. I know it may not be the restaurant's fault they do not have one but when I dine for dinner, at these prices, I would want to have the option of a full bar. Aside from that it's a 10 out of 10!

Kobe burger with cheddar and bacon and fries

There is limited parking nearby, but its a quick 2 block walk over to the restaurant. Inside, there are maybe 18 tables, along with a dozen or so bar seats. I was seated quickly and ordered the Kobe burger. It took about 10 minutes for the food to come out. I asked for the burger to be medium, but sadly it was somewhere between medium well and well done. That said, it was still fantastic. It was tender and juicy. Im a sucker for a good skinny fry and these absolutely do not disappoint. I didn't even ask for ranch!

My friends and I were so excited to get brunch here because the reviews and pictures looked pretty good, only to be met with disappointment. It was a good start, they were able to seat us to save a table even though our party wasn't entirely here. But it just kept going south after that. First of all, after we placed our orders, it took an extremely long time for our food to come out. We waited more than 30 minutes to be served. I got the Chilaquiles (my typical brunch order) and as soon as I took my first bite, I was so let down. There was NO flavor. My boyfriend also agreed that his food was also really bland. Not only that, but not one, but TWO of my friends found hair in their dishes. If it was one, then sure, gross but accidents happen. But TWO?? When my friend told a worker about the hair, they said "I'll go get your server" but no one came so we had to flag someone down. All in all, service was slower than slow, food was not good at all. There were also a lot of flies, but to be fair, we were seated outside. There was no excuse for the hair in our food though... Also, since we were a bigger party, we were automatically charged a 20% gratuity which did NOT match the service we got which was really upsetting too. Our experience was just bad all around and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

After catching a movie at the nearby theater, my sister and I decided to stop by Grace's Table for dinner. We didn't have a reservation but were seated quickly, which was a pleasant surprise for a cozy little spot in downtown Napa. It's been a while since I've been here--I've always come for breakfast--but this was my first time trying their dinner menu, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Potato Gnocchi, while my sister went with the burger. She absolutely loved her burger (and I can confirm after a bite--it was juicy and flavorful!). The fries were perfectly crispy, too. My gnocchi was a real standout--tossed with garden pesto, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, and even pomegranate seeds. I wasn't sure how that combo would work, but it turned out to be an amazing balance of textures and flavors--fresh, slightly sweet, and beautifully rich. The service was friendly, the atmosphere warm and relaxed, and the food absolutely delicious. Whether you're here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Grace's Table continues to be one of those reliable Napa gems that always hits the spot.

Eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes, side of bacon
Amanda M.

This place looked great online but unfortunately I was a little disappointed. Service: My boyfriend and I came on a Sunday shortly after opening time, and it was about 1/3 full inside and empty outside. We chose to eat outside, and I felt like we were forgotten because the service was incredibly slow on multiple occasions. They only gave us one menu when we were seated, and it was about 10 minutes before anyone came back to check on us (by that point we just shared the menu). It took over 30 minutes for our food to come out, and after our plates were cleared and we were waiting for the check, we actually had to track someone down inside so we could leave. I definitely understand that Sunday brunch can get busy, but it seemed slower than most, and we were there on the earlier side. Food: As for food, I ordered the eggs benny (sub bacon for Canadian bacon), and my boyfriend ordered the buttermilk pancakes with a side of bacon. Overall, I thought the food was OK--the egg was poached well, but the bacon was skimpy, and I thought the potatoes on the side had good flavor but were a little mushy. I think the price point was a little high for the value, and considering the wait, but I also think it was on-par for the area.

They had a dj but the music isn't too loud that you can't carry on a conversation at the table. It was great music and set the tone for more of a chill vibe (versus other R&B brunch spots that have more of a club/day party atmosphere). V's Paradise is modern elegance, yet not pretentious. It's beautiful. It is located front & center in Old Sac, so I saw quite a mix of customers come in, from the super casual tourist, baseball fans, dressed up couples, and trendy fashionistas. I made a reservation for 11am, but it really didn't get busy til after 12:30pm. I think once the word is out that they have weekend brunch (with a dj), you'll definitely need to make reservations. The dining rooms are gorgeous (restroom too!). Love the velvet furniture and all of the gold and marble accents. V's would make an impressive and sexy date night, or for just any special occasion. I sipped on a mango lemon drop ($15) at the bar while I waited for my friends. With brunch I ordered the most expensive sangria ($18) I've ever had, and it was strong, fruit forward, and beautifully presented. I would order this again. For our mains, we had the roasted vegetable panini ($19) with fries, the burger ($24) with potatoes, and the bacon and eggs ($22) with potatoes and sourdough toast. My panini was good, nothing great. I think they could've used a thinner bread, instead of a hoagie. The crispy matchstick fries were delicious. I asked for a side of ranch, and our server Tyler informed me it was and extra $4! WTF? Really? I didn't need ranch that badly. I do appreciate Tyler for letting me know in advance though. I bet people have complained that they didn't know about that absurd extra charge when they got the bill, and the restaurant had to eat the cost. Kudos to Tyler for avoiding that incident with me. LOL He also saved my friend from ordering the $175 tomahawk steak. She was thinking it was something else and didn't even notice the price. When she ordered it, I looked at her like she was crazy, and Tyler politely steered her away from that suggesting if we we all wanted to share it. The tomahawk is 48oz of meat! She got the bacon & eggs instead. LOL I loved the vibes and the atmosphere of V's. Service was great. All of the staff I came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. Tyler was professional and polite. A great addition to Old Sac.

I would skip the pirogi, a small portion of 1 for $10 and nothing special you can't get at a Russian bakery. Tea was flavorful, lasted 3 of us throughout the dinner (with hot water refills). Here's what we ordered: Borscht with Beef: Traditional red soup made with beets, beef, garden vegetables topped with sour cream- To me it didn't look appetizing, but it's a traditional dish so we split a cup. We didn't have much hope that would be edible. We were blown away trying it. It was actually good. We were shocked. It was so good. It was filled with pieces of tomatoes and beets and huge tender chucks of beef. Spinach Blini-Gluten free, vegetarian, 6 blintzes filled with spinach and creamy white sauce. We really enjoyed these Spinach Blini. They were very rich. I could only eat two to them and took the third one with me to share with my husband. He really liked it and wish there was more. I really wanted to get the Cherry Blini, but we were too full even though we shared an entree. I'm so disappointed as they looked so good. We needed a couple more people at our table so we could have tried more dishes and eaten everything family style. Beef Stew-Tender chunks of beef meat, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and this good things stewed in perfectly hearty cheese gravy baked in clay pot and served with tortilla on top. Blueberry had barely enough filling inside-the cream itself was tasty but croissant was rough in texture and not flaky. Matcha was a bit more flaky and had more filling-I wouldn't say GENEROUS amount as some have said but maybe I just got a bad one. The cream was too subtle -it was more like vanilla with a hint of matcha. The entremet was the only one that didnt suck-it was delicious but again I wouldn't say anywhere in Sacramento has wowed me yet with their entremets compared to places in the bay except for the ones that ginger Elizabeth has had in the past-the flavor itself was on point, i will say the texture of the entremets have a majority layer of the jelly part-if they could perfect the variety of layers you're supposed to get in each bite I would be more impressed as thats the whole point of enjoying an entremet. Honestly I should have just gotten one pastry to try in one day as they are pricey-i paid 31 not including the tip fot my pastries, and in this economy one cannot waste that much on disappointing sweet treats lol

The owner also checked in and gave great suggestions, which I really appreciated. Started with an Austrian red wine that was perfectly balanced, not too heavy. The smoked chicken spaetzle was pure comfort food -- warm, savory, with corn and mushrooms that added so much depth. The sausage of the day was a beef frank with sauerkraut that had this sweet, jammy flavor mixed with savory -- and the snap on the sausage was perfection. The chicken pot pie was hands down the best I've ever had. Fresh vegetables, including brussels sprouts (such a nice touch), and a flaky pastry ring that made the whole dish. Finished with the vanilla soufflé, which was light and warm, served with vanilla ice cream and blackberry jam -- absolutely delicious. Great food, great service, and a really welcoming vibe. Can't wait to come back.
