After 30 plus years Mustards Grill can still ring the bell. You walk in and you feel like you've never missed today it's always. It's always the same vibe and feeling and believe me that's a good thing. There's always so much activity and and loudness and an energy but a lot of restaurants lack but not so here. We were shown to a lovely table and welcomed by Eric our server for the evening. He's an absolute pro. he's actually waited on us several times on past occasions. We started off with a fantastic martini, led by the Ahi appetizer, the famous pork chop for me and the seafood tostada for my wife. All done exceptionally well I could go on and on, but the past Yelp reviews do an excellent job and I really can't add a whole lot more. Make a reservation and go. Now enjoy yourselves.

It's been so many years since I've been back here, and let me tell you--Mustards Grill did not disappoint. I went with the classic cheeseburger topped with mushrooms and jalapeño, and wow... this burger was downright scrumptious. Juicy, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The fries alongside it? Absolute perfection--crispy, well-seasoned, and the kind you can't stop reaching for.

As we headed to wine taste in St. Helena we made a sharp left turn into Mustards Grill for lunch. Kristie the hostess was so kind to find us a great table after waiting a few minutes since we didn't have reservations. The place was hopping. Mustards grill has a true California wine country feel. All seating is close to each other. The chatter is loud but acceptable because this place must be a landmark by now. It opened in the 1980's and still going strong. We ordered the Ahi burger it was delicious and it came with large amount of fries we also ordered 2 non-alcoholic sodas that went well with the meal. The portion was great we skipped dessert but observed others and they serve hefty portions of dessert. Maybe next time. Mustards Grill is a very Joyful restaurant, perhaps with all the yellow decor, it shines like the sun. All employees were great from Kristie, Eliana, 2 bussers and our waitress which I didn't catch her name til I saw it on the receipt. We will be back with a favorite bottle of Napa wine of our choice. They charge a $35 corkage fee or an endless wine list. Put since we live in Wine Country we know our wines.

Several people had recommended this restaurant and we had to try it before leaving Napa. The servers were very attentive to our needs, the food was deliciously tasty with a nice ambiance. I highly recommend their famous Mongolian Pork Chops, their dark chocolate sorbet and Pineapple Upside Down cake -- yummy!

The sign on the front of the store does not lie. Get the pork chops or you'll regret it. Seriously, where do I even start? The pork chop melts in your mouth like butter. Cooked perfectly, with beautiful char marks and incredible juiciness, every bite bursts with flavor. It honestly felt like I was eating the pork chop version of köttbullar. Look it up kids. The perfect bite was a mash-up of potatoes, pork chop, and cabbage. See what I did there? Mash-up. I'll be here all day. And I can't forget the onion straws. OMG. Crispy, lightly salted -- just enough to keep you reaching for more without overdoing it. Absolute perfection. I'm already picturing myself sitting at the bar enjoying this meal again. Make reservations. I got lucky snagging a bar seat, but the place was packed -- and for good reason. If I lived in the area, this spot would feel like home. Take my advice and check this place out. Cheers!

Nice spot!! We had a set menu because we had a large group and everyone loved it! A ton of food too. The crab cakes and tuna crackers are delicious and their famous pork chop is totally worth the fame! Service was great! Especially considering there was 10 of us!

We decided to go to Napa/St Helena for the after the holidays on a Funday Sunday! We drove all around through all of our favorite wineries. After all the fun, we chose Mustards Grill before heading home. When we arrived, we noticed an archway with a Christmas tree in the middle. We stopped to admire a beautiful garden. There is an area that looked like the outdoor garden dining. We said we needed to come back when it warms up to enjoy a meal with a beautiful view! As we entered, we were greeted with a smile and cheerful voice. At first, we were offered a seat in the bar area. We opted to wait for a table. There's nothing wrong with the bar area. We just needed a more comfortable seating for our bad backs!! We ordered the famous Mongolian Pork Chop and the Swordfish Tostada. Both meals were delicious. The sweet and sour red cabbage was excellent and a nice compliment to the pork chop. Our server was kind and helpful with all of our questions. He checked in and refilled our glass like clockwork. Overall, a very nice experience. We will come back and try other menu options soon. Ample parking. Friendly staff.

LOVED this place! We were on a Girl's trip to Napa and one in our group had been here more than 20 years ago and every time we drove by, she said, "we've got to go there!" Well reservations were tough to get so we made this our final lunch stop as we were heading out of Napa to the airport. We were promptly seated and began to look at the menu. Our server, Dana, was great and when she saw us eyeballing all the other tables to see what looked good- she suggested we just order a range of things and share. And that's exactly what we did! We had the Ahi and crackers, ribs, wings, onion rings, and tamales and a truffle tart for dessert. All came up quickly and all were delicious although know before you go that the onion rings are more like onion strings so it you are expecting thick onion rings you may be disappointed. Throw in a few drinks and we were happy campers! I'm definitely going to put Mustards Grill at the top of my list the next time I am in Napa! It is definitely a place both locals and tourists head to.

    Cheers from Napa!

I love Mustards Grill for these three reasons: The food is so delicious, the food is so delicious, and lastly the food is so delicious!;) Since 1983 Cindy P. has been welcoming guests to world famous Napa Valleys Mustards Grill. Delicious food, elevated customer service, and ambiance like no other. Without question one of my favorite restaurants in Napa Valley. We recently celebrated a friend's milestone birthday and, of course, she chose Mustards Grill as her place to eat. She loves it too. When you open the doors to enter Mustards, you instantly hear the familiar sounds of happy chatting, laughing, and being greeted by a smiling host. Every single time it is like that. Joyful. And this was no different. Our reservation was acknowledged. We were advised our table would be ready in about 10 minutes. We were early because it is always nice to head over to the bar for a glass of something before we sit and dine and just enjoy the moment. And that we did. Hannah was busy making drinks but immediately made eye contact and said she would be right with us. We were lucky and found the last four seats at the bar. She did her thing and soon we all had our libations and a toast to the birthday girl. Mustards is not a large restaurant. It is cozy and intimate. The decor is trendy sophistication. Lots of windows bringing in light. Allowing customers to enjoy the peaceful Napa Valley scenery. Soon our table was ready. The hour and 45 minute drive had made us hungry. We were licking our chops! Speaking of chops... the Mongolian pork chop is famous. Okay... everything is famous but this is an extra famous item :-) But of course we started with appetizers. Birthday girl wanted the signature honey cornbread and mac and cheese. Oh yeah! We enjoyed finishing our drinks while having the standout apps. Leisurely dining all the way. Our waitperson was so chill. We really appreciated that. And took the best care of us. Thank you. Dwight! We gave our entrèe orders...two pork chops with sweet and sour red cabbage (yup those famous ones) and two hamburgers with famous Model bakery buns and MG famous onion rings. Everything arrived together as always with help from the staff. Everything was fabulous. Perfectly executed and seasoned just right. Always is. No photos... sorry. Too busy eating. But you can check the business photos for these tantalizing dishes and others. We ended the meal with a warm chocolate hazelnut truffle tart with caramel sauce and coffee expresso ice cream. And 4 spoons. Heavenly! The perfect ending for the birthday girl. If you find yourself in the Napa Valley... you must come here! Trust me.

Finally we got to try this place. We didn't have a reservation but they still accommodated us. But next time I will make a reservation. Ambiance was great. Staff were friendly. Our server was helpful. Now for the food. The calamari were delicious. It's like a calamari salad. We loved the cornbread. It was also delicious. The Ahi sandwich was ok. Overall our experience was good. We will definitely be back.

It was a long, fun day of wine tasting with family visiting from the South of France, and we were all looking forward to dinner. We started with Little Gem Caesar and fig burrata--both beautifully presented and bursting with fresh flavors that truly showcased the kitchen's attention to detail. For the main courses, we had the Famous Mongolian Pork Chop which was perfectly cooked--juicy and tender --and the (special) --vegetable risotto was rich, creamy, and satisfying without being heavy. We also enjoyed espresso martinis the much anticipated --Famous Lemon-Lime Tart. The service was attentive and made us feel genuinely cared for. The ambiance was welcoming but a bit loud -a lot of added noise from large dining groups with several screaming children that lasted through most of our dining. However, our server as well as the staff maneuvered the added noise with professionalism. Our ears-however- had to recover.

This was a good place to get something to before our afternoon of wine tasting began. We got some tasty food in a timely fashion. The cornbread was delightful and should not be missed.

Bucket list restaurant…read more Review: I've had our RH on my bucket list for quite some time and decided to come in and celebrate with my partner for his birthday. This place is aesthetically, pleasing nice decor. I love the chandeliers a very laid-back relaxed, but elegant vibe. The staff definitely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and did their job so well without being stuffy or overdoing it!!! Our server junior was on point very smooth attentive, not invasive and handled everything perfectly!! also I would like to give a special thank you to Maddie, and the other Latina young lady who assisted me with the birthday presentation for my partner! I greatly appreciated everything about this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I thought it was going to be bland and tasteless but everything was flavorful and super good and fresh. I also wasn't sure how the staff was going to be because we all know, Napa can be very pretentious and stuffy!!! they do their job so well especially they are mostly young! I was really surprised very good job with the staff. I really appreciated the treatment I received here.!! Food selection: RH burger, side of truffle fries, Caesar salad with grilled prawns, broiled, salmon, potato purée caviar bumps, and champagne. The champagne flight was good it featured, rosé, and brut I believe, it was my first time trying caviar because I'm not a big seafood person, but it was actually fresh and decent and I think it would par well if I got it with a food or an appetizer which they do offer potato chips & caviar. Everything was flavorful tasted really good. They nailed everything I was pleasantly surprised.!! Ambience: the ambience is definitely why I chose this place. It gives a very elegant, chill, relaxing vibe. I love the aesthetic. I loved the chandeliers. I love the beautiful furniture decor and they also have an outside area for dining as well, but even if you chose to dine indoor, it still feels like you're outside so win is a win. Only thing I would recommend is them steam cleaning the couches a little bit due to a lot of traffic. That's the only complaint that I had. Conclusion: whether you are just stopping in to grab a burger, a salad or a full course dinner this place definitely passed the vibeCheck!! the food was so good. I'm still thinking about it right now. I will definitely come back to this location. It was definitely worth the money and definitely worth the experience, especially for special occasions. I highly recommend. 10/10 THANK YOU RH!!!

On top of that, our server was phenomenal--friendly, attentive, and truly the highlight of our meal. Unfortunately, the food was incredibly disappointing, especially for the price. Everything is extremely overpriced for what you receive. We ordered the filet, and it looked more like a sirloin. It was overcooked, had virtually no seasoning, and came with only three pieces of asparagus. The baked potato was tiny--it honestly looked like a fingerling potato. We also ordered the Chinese chicken salad, and it was one of the biggest letdowns. It was made with dark meat chicken that tasted boiled, had barely any dressing, and lacked flavor overall. For the prices they're charging, I expected a memorable dining experience. Instead, the food reminded me of something you'd get at Denny's--but at ten times the price. It's a beautiful restaurant with amazing service, but unfortunately, the quality of the food simply doesn't match the cost.

I've been wanting to try the T.Keller Adhoc chicken for years and it finally happened! While…read morevisiting my besties in Napa, they ordered online and picked up and brought it back to the house, so I didn't get to experience the service or ambiance, but I can tell you they said the staff was really nice because they gave us to-go containers of the hot sauce, which was spicy and vinegary. The bucket of chicken was everything I imagined and more! Sooooo extremely flavorful, crunchy, tender, perfectly cooked. I once read in the T.Keller cookbook that it's marinated in the brine for 24 hours. So yum! Mac salad is creamy and has a chipotle flavor to it. Delicious. Coleslaw is tangy and vinegary and pairs well with the fried chicken. The acidity balances out the fried. The shrimp po boy was phenomenal. Juicy, plump shrimp coated in batter which was light and crispy. So incredibly flavorful and plentiful. The bread was perfectly soft on the inside with a slight toast on the outside, with a butter lettuce and mayo sauce. SO good! Can't wait to come back again!

We visited Addendum on a Friday of a long holiday weekend during peak lunch hours. As expected,…read morethere was a huge crowd and a long, slow-moving line. The ordering process is simple--you place your order at one window, pick it up from another, and wait for your name to be called. When we reached the counter, the staff was fine, and we ordered the Three-Piece Fried Chicken, Shrimp Po' Boy, and a side of Coleslaw. We were told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. The waiting experience, however, was extremely frustrating. There is some outdoor seating, but I wish it were reserved for customers only. Many people were using the tables for their own picnics, leaving paying customers with nowhere to sit. A few more umbrellas would also make a huge difference, especially when you're waiting outside for 40+ minutes in the sun. Since we were hungry, we walked over to Burgers & Half Bottles, ordered lunch there, finished eating, and returned to Addendum. By then, about 45 minutes had passed, yet our order still wasn't ready. Around us, many other customers who had ordered at the same time were also still waiting. The pickup area became complete chaos. People crowded around the pickup window because there was no clear system or communication. Even the manager from the main restaurant came over to help, but the process never really improved. Several customers around us ended up cancelling their orders out of frustration. We finally received our food after **1 hour and 5 minutes**, and only because we stood right by the pickup window the entire time to make sure our name wasn't missed. Judging by the conversations around us, we weren't the only ones disappointed by the experience. As for the food, the **Three-Piece Fried Chicken** was definitely the highlight and the reason the restaurant is so well known. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and flavorful. It came with macaroni salad and cornbread, both of which were decent but nothing memorable. The **Shrimp Po' Boy** was underwhelming. The shrimp had a noticeable seafood smell, lacked seasoning, and tasted quite bland. The **coleslaw** was the biggest disappointment--it was overwhelmingly sour, almost like eating straight vinegar, and we ended up throwing it away. Overall, while the fried chicken was excellent, I'm not sure it's worth waiting over an hour in an unorganized system, especially with the limited seating and lack of communication. There are definitely improvements that could make the experience match the reputation.
