I decided on the Caribbean Palmer and a s'mores cookie (even though I wanted to try half the cookies she had on display)! I know next time to ask if there can be a few less syrup pumps to make it a little less sweet but still get the mix tea drink effect. The cookies have great presentation in general but you can see that my marshmallow topping was a little on the burnt side. But, I guess that kinda mimics a real s'more, so I got the full effect! lol. The cookies are huge and shareable. Taking them home and warming them up makes them even better! Great taste, enough toppings, and yes, I'd pay for this cookie any day before spending the same amount on a Crumbl cookie. The side of fried chicken was a must after seeing it was their claim to fame. It was slightly dry but seasoned incredibly well. The highlight, decor-wise, was their superhero-themed restroom. The walls were full of every Marvel and DC character you could imagine. Every time my wife and I travel we always try to find a place that we'd revisit. Sunshine Cafe will be that spot in Napa. Did you hear me say "clean?" I didn't want you to miss that observation. The owners work their restaurant and thank God for that. Teresa is the face of the establishment . She took my orders, I took her suggestions and the chef, Teresa's husband, really knows what he's doing! He in charge is the kitchen. Not only does he know his stuff when it comes to the BBQ but he also makes their Banana Pudding!! Loved his take on the pudding. Oh!! I had their potato salad and It was good.
