Super important this place is CASH ONLY! The donuts definitely hit the spot! We got a bag of donut holes and a few donuts. The donut holes come in a bag by the dozen. The business stated that they had malasadas on the window but we did not see them. The place is cute and small there were not any seating open. The seating area was closed.

If you're looking for donuts in Napa, this is the spot to go to. It's a plain and simple donut that is always consistently made. There is nothing fancy about it and that's what makes it so good. The best thing is they are the best priced donuts in Napa. The location isn't the greatest and it is somewhat out of the way but again, make the trip, it's well worth it. Tips to remember, it's CASH ONLY! Also come EARLY, they run out of donuts. (Another sign of how "good" this place really is.)

The donuts here are fresh and tasty. But if your a cinnamon roll person they put literally no cinnamon inside their cinnamon rolls. Had a light sprinkle on top. Also, the apple fritter had barely any cinnamon and literally no apple filling. For the $20 i paid for a half dozen donuts and dozen of donut holes i was disappointed. They were still good enough to eat but it was like eating a plain donut and you pay for fancy price. I pulled of the outside of cinnamon roll so you can see there is no filling. Don't forget to bring cash. They are a cash only business.

Greasy donuts that are either under (cake donut) or over (fritter) cooked. Would not recommend.

There were three staff members in total (thin build, Latino male), medium build Filipino female with glasses, and a thin build Asian female). The male was working on an in person order when I walked in, seven to ten minutes later the same woman was standing around waiting for parts of her order - no other in person customer was being assisted. A young woman, who had placed an online order for two coffee drinks asked repeatedly if anyone was going to make her drink order. It took two staff members - Asian female, Latino male) - to help figure it out, each debating who was going to make it. The Filipino female kept coming from the back to bring sandwich items to seated waiting customers. The male continued to look at online orders before helping the family of three in front of me. When their order was finalized, the male walked away from the register and proceeded to look at the online orders. He said nothing to the line, did not acknowledge our presence. He went to the back to make a sandwich - again two staff members working on one thing (Filipino female, Latino male) while in person customers stood and waited. The Filipino female asked what him what was in the bag while standing at the front of the store. The other Asian female was still working on the coffee drinks from the online order from when I first walked in. After about ten minutes of being walked by and disregarded, while waiting to be acknowledged, I asked is anyone going to take our orders at the counter? The male replied, "Yes, but we have a lot of online orders and we'll get to you shortly." So online orders take precedent over those waiting in store to purchase? If this is the case, then why are there only three staff members who are clearly not organized nor serve in the capacity of enough staff to assist customers online and in person? If I had not asked about being helped, no telling how long staff would had continued to ignore us. The Filipino female walked over, asked how my day was and asked what she could get me. After each donut selection shared, anything else?... She was being passive aggressive in her tone and with her words. As I was waiting to select my receipt options, she saiid, "All of that for two donuts" to the male. Who both went into the back while the rest of the building line waited. When I finished my receipt selection and entering my phone number, the father and son behind me were still waiting without any assistance or staff acknowledgement.. If I had not promised my daughter a donut prior to order road trip, I would have left long before. Worse service as it was nonexistent to those in person. There were three staff, two were doing staff and the third at the front was nonexistent. Do better Dynamite, your customer service was absent yesterday, staff not at all prepared or organized and your store is not staffed to assist both online and in person without neglecting in person. Communication was nonexistent as well, leaving customers standing in line without a single word or thought of returning any time soon. Online orders, you'll be waiting too. There were three people who walked in, going directly the register with a phone in their hands. They were waiting two for the pickup while the young lady wanted her coffees made. The ambiance here...people were upset across the board. I would rather drive to Pinole and get service, Dynamite donuts are not worth that wait or nonexistent level of service.

Y'all know he was expecting the macchiato to look like the one from that major chain. Apparently that made that up and it's not a traditional macchiato. Who knew. The fruit with his French toast was super fresh. Being from the St Louis Metro we don't really get fruit that fresh. So it was a treat. The chocolate croissant was a gift because we had a delay in our food being brought out. It was nice and flaky. Very delicious. A family came in for a little kid's birthday. It was quick. My favorites were the chocolate croissant, cream cheese danish, bacon cheese scone, and the raspberry macaron. I placed my order and asked for muffins, but was told they were sold out. I could clearly see five on the counter, and the employee explained they were already spoken for. I mentioned my kid would be disappointed and asked if there was anything they could do. One employee immediately said no, while another kindly checked in the back and was able to find one muffin for us, which I appreciated. A little later I noticed packaged muffins in the display case and asked if I could buy those, but again was told no. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. I realized after leaving that I never received the pizza I had ordered, and the avocado toast made me extremely sick. I spent the rest of the day dealing with what felt like serious food poisoning. I called afterward to request a refund ( I only asked to refund the avocado toast and the pizza) and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I called again and spoke with someone who said the manager had just left and would call me back. Again, no response. They mentioned refunding my card and I gave my card digits, but I'm pretty sure I had actually paid cash. Either way, I mainly wanted to speak with a manager about the situation, and no one ever followed up. What's especially disappointing is that I live nearby, come here often, and genuinely love this place. That's why this experience was so frustrating. I ordered a lavender coffee latte, which I was really looking forward to, but it lacked flavor and was disappointing enough that I chose not to purchase anything further. That alone might not have stopped me from returning, but what followed did. Knowing European culture, and especially Parisian cafés, are often very dog-friendly, and given Napa's well-known dog-loving atmosphere, I felt comfortable bringing my dog, who is a service animal. I was immediately asked to leave because only service animals are allowed, with the assumption made that my dog was not one. While he is in fact a service animal, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was no curiosity or neutral clarification... just an assumption and a request to leave. That moment really deflated the excitement I had walking in. Between the coffee experience and feeling unwelcome, I decided not to stay as long as planned or purchase anything further. I'm glad to see that others have had better experiences here, and the pastries certainly look lovely. I suppose those interested should trust other reviewers on that front.
