The lobster rolls on their website look delicious, and worthy competition for the Cousins Maine Lobster truck. They sell out of items quickly, so be sure to call or email them in advance. I'm curious about their quinoa burgers as well. For lunch, I got their quinoa salad with asparagus, feta, cherry tomatoes&zucchini. It's simply called "Lunch Time" and it's addictive. I also got their Spanish tortilla, a thick omelet with chunks of potato. They offer to heat it up and/or add sofrito. The parking in the area is a challenge. It's a mixed industrial/residential area, across the street from a Best Western, a hair salon, a wine academy, and a storage facility. The lot behind it is probably reserved for employees. This event was amazing with over 50 crafts and food booths and over 20 food trucks. I always try to support the Asian community as much as possible especially when it's located in EG. There was sufficient parking in the parking lots as people come and goes after an hour or two. We had lots of fun checking out craft stores and be buying Doraemon stuff and wife getting quite a few unique desserts. We will definitely return again if they continues this event next year.

My two friends and I enjoyed the snow falling, the giant presents, and hanging out with Santa & Rudolph. We were having such a fun time, snow was falling in July! Other patrons came to talk to us and we all were enjoying the season. Staff were so friendly and let us entertain ourselves with all the fun decorations. Felt a little like they made an Indian quesadilla with a spiced potato filling. Oh, and they made the corresponding "tortilla" on the spot. Complete with cups of "salsa" when finished. That being said, it was not a quesadilla. It was a wonderfully savory fold of crêpe. ALL of the buzzwords: Vegetarian, Gluten-Free & Vegan Friendly to get the Yelp crowd aroused. They took wireless payments as I'm sure most folks do these days even in mobile setups like this one. Try it out if curious.
