Grilled cheese sammies AND salad wraps??? Can you come setup business in Sacramento, too, please?! The 916 be callin... For real though.... as a lifelong vegetarian, the concept of healthy inspired fast food has been my dream for the longest time. When I grew up, options were basically a garden burger that lacked flavor and didn't taste like anything good. It wasn't a burger, and it wasn't a salad. Just gross. But this concept for a mobile foodie truck is so simplistic yet delicious! I recommend following their social media presence and definitely getting a bite to eat when visiting the Napa area! 5 stars! read more

I've been getting the caesar wrap for years now and it never misses! The service is always so amazing and prices are very reasonable too, I paid about $12 for my steak caesar wrap. The best place for salad wraps for sure :) read more

I work about half a mile from this restaurant, so had lunch delivered one day, to try something new. My order, the Santa Fe Wrap, was prepared really quickly, which is always great. The lettuce and tomato were very fresh and crunchy, and the chicken was seasoned pretty well. I will say if you're not a big fan of Fritos, then maybe remove the tortilla strips. Definitely recommend and will be back! Also, a little random but the NAPKINS! They are brown, but don't let that fool you into thinking they're those basic, scratchy ones. They are very substantial and so, so soft!! I recommend grabbing a few extra. Chipotle could never, I'm sorry. It's the details. read more

I don't work far from here and with all the tacos truck options, hands down always choose that salads! It's in the name itself! Service is quick, always so fresh and so tasty! read more

hired these folks for an event. food was fresh, healthy, delicious - crowd pleasing healthy wraps. super nice staff.

They had a truck at Bottlerock music festival in Napa this year. I got a mexican salad with chicken and it was great! I think it was $18 entree. Included in that price was chicken on it or you could get black beans as a vegetarian option. It was a good size and one of what I would think of as a healthier option at Bottlerock. (I had searched yelp for the keyword 'bottlerock' prior to going to the festival and did not find much, so thought I would add to yelp in case others search for bottlerock in the future.) read more

I hired Phat Salads and Wraps for my Year End Event. They were easy to work with and the truck arrived early. Everyone loved the salads & wraps. Great food truck! We will be using them in the future. read more

Really good chicken Cesar warps and salad only place in Napa offering salad and warp on the go!

Look at this beautiful salad from Phat Salads and Wraps! Perfect work day lunch. This is a food truck and not a sit-down restaurant. You can order truck side, by phone and pick up or order through DoorDash. The owner is hands-on and takes pride in his food. read more

Delicious salad and it was big! Just a little hard to read their website for the location of this food truck. The dressing on the Santa Fe was bomb. read more

All I have to say is wow! This was such a good meal I ordered the New Yorker with black beans, I love this place!

Phat Salads&Wraps has touted itself as the healthy food truck, frequently parking in front of HealthQuest. It appeals to the Californian healthy lifestyle vibe. They are more than happy to accommodate specialized diet requests, to their credit. The owner, Gia, is very friendly. They'd be at the now discontinued Thursday Night Chef's Market in downtown Napa. I'd often order their Santa Fe with steak (interestingly, salad is the most popular takeout item in Santa Fe) on whole wheat. The avocado&black beans make it filling. The chipotle lime dressing is excellent- perhaps Phat should bottle up its own dressings&sell them. However, they tend to overdo it with the lettuce. They're kind of pricey, but they're still OK. Phat is fine. Current status- According to the food truck's official website, they'll reopen on October 31st, due to change in ownership. read more

"Best salads in Napa" is right (I googled best salads in Napa and Phat Salads popped up)! Fresh, huge (what you want when you're just having salad) and delicious! This place is AWESOME! It's a mobile salad palace! Gia was fantastic (great customer service) and my Santa Fe chicken salad was delicious ... Love the chopped salad style with the perfect amount of dressing and extras (not overwhelming, just right). I also tried the tortilla soup which was amazing. Beautiful chunks of perfect, ripe avocado, homemade tortilla chips and a perfect chicken broth. Love the speed and service ... the food is freshly fantastic! read more

I was excited to try them out as they have a food truck. They didn't offer as many options displayed on their truck. I asked to replace the meat for a substitute protein like avocado and they would not honor that option. Instead they wanted to charge for it. It is very frustrating that something so simple and that could go a long way was not an option. No options for vegetarians. If you are don't waste your time here. read more

I got a Chicken Cesar Salad Wrap from here a few days ago. They have many options and 2 different types of tortilla as well as the option to "make it phat" which is double meat. I only gave them 4 starts because it took a lot longer than I expected, especially when I only have a 30 minute lunch break. My wrap was huge, which is great for the price. But it fell apart all over the place and I had to use a fork and knife. The wrap had good flavor though and there was lots of chicken. I just wish it was slightly smaller and had less of the white romain lettuce ends. read more

Went to Cooperage Phat salads and wraps happened to be there in order to drink beer you have to purchase a meal my s/o and I ordered from them and we didnt enjoy what we had ordered only good thing was, the lettuce was fresh it's boring food that's all you cant please everyone not everyone is gonna like the food read more

Amazing truck food I discovered at Iron Ox garden event. The food is delicious and full of flavor. Menu has great selection with many choices to pick. Great food with a pint of great beer. read more

This food truck was at Trentadue Winery happy hour event. I ordered an Asian Grilled Chicken Wrap for $10. It took 40 minutes for my order. Many many others waited an hour or more for their orders. Some couldn't wait and asked for their money back plus the tip they left. That is really too long for your order especially when they advertise "Phast and Phresh". I will say when I finally got my order the happy hour event was over and I just took it home. When I got home and removed the paper wrapping it was huge and not even cut in half! I couldn't eat it whole if at the event still. So at home I cut it in half but it needed more dressing. Luckily I had Sesame Ginger Dressing at home so I added it to the wrap and it was good. It was a bit messy and I wished I ordered it as a salad versus a wrap. When you're the only food vendor at an event, you've got to get the food out quickly since the event is only couple hours. read more

Phat Salads and Wraps - Asian Grilled Chicken Wrap for $10. - Food Trucks Near Me

This truck is by my work every Thursday. Pro's: Super yummy, I always go for the Santa Fe Wrap with chicken. They are always willing to make a slight substitution for me, plus they accept debit cards. Con's: A little pricey and they tend to use a little too much dressing. Overall, I keep coming back most Thursday's so the positives definitely out weigh the negatives. read more

Pretty good breakfast burrito (huge portion) and very reasonable cost. Obviously not fine dining from a food truck but I do recommend. read more

As most Napans, I have driven by this place so many times. I finally stopped and so glad I did! I ordered the chicken Santa Fe and wow it was delish! I wish I would have ordered double protein, I ended up being hungry a few hours later. My only gripe about this place is that they sell out! I usually take my lunch from 12:30-1:30 and every time I go by, the owner tells me they are sold out. Sheesh, it's happened about 4 times now and I am almost ready to give up. Well not quite, but maybe I will just call my order in and reserve my wrap. read more

I live in Napa and have been visiting this truck for quite a while now. I was apprehensive at first to try the wraps because my past experiences with wraps in general have not been positive. However, I love these! I've tried every wrap on the menu and they're all good. She uses very fresh ingredients and they're just the right size. My personal favorite is the Caesar wrap with chicken. It's simple, but has a great spicy dressing that I love. She also does phone in orders, which is great when you're in a hurry. Overall, I'd say if you are looking for a lunch that tastes great and doesn't feel like a brick in your gut, this is a must try. read more

I've seen the Phat Salad truck on California St lots of times. But today I got a chance to check it out. And... YUM! I got the caesar wrap and a BLT wrap. I wanted to try a couple to check out the variety. Fresh, tasty, healthy, and super convenient. Both wraps had great flavor. And the portions are huge! Can't wait to bring in the wraps to work. The ladies at work will flip for these. ps- The truck takes credit cards now. Yay! read more

The Phat Wrap truck has changed ownership and sadly the quality has gone down hill. The last couple times I've ordered, I've found the salad greens to be not nearly as fresh. The old owner Gia always had the freshest salad. The new ownership seems to have also changed the recipe's somewhat, as I find the dressing they add to the wraps is slightly different much heavier application than before, which makes the wrap soggy. The final time I went, the chicken didn't quite seem right and it gave me a belly ache shortly after eating it. Back to the taco truck for me! read more

Finally Phat Salads and Wraps is back. I got me and my wife our favorite, The New Yorker with steak on a flour wrap. We both notice it tasted different, the steak and the dressing. It was a lot saltier than before and the steak had a different seasoning. The salad dressing also tasted different, it wasn't as good as it was before. Maybe I will try them again, but I hope they master the old recipe before it changed ownership. read more

Will be back for sure! I ordered the Cali BLT on wheat. The lettuce was perfectly dressed, not to heavy with the ranch so everything still felt light and crisp, but also enough to add some great flavor. I think I may try the asian or the santa fe next if I feel like venturing out a bit, but I loved the BLT. The owner was great too, she seemed to know a few people in the line - lots of repeat customers says a lot. read more

I have been out in napa at least 6 times this past month and I can not seem to get here while she's open It's been at least 3 years since I've been able to get out to eat here and I've been craving it ever since I stopped working in napa. Here it is Sunday morning 9:25am and I thought maybe she would be open for me to stop and grab some breakfast. So I checked the yelp and of course shes not just my luck and I'm starving! Guess I have to figure something else out lol maybe one day I'll be in the city and it'll be open. read more

I got a Texas themed wrap with chicken. It was filling and tasty. The owner had the same name as me, Timothy. My only complaint is that I wish they were near my work more near Airpark but great good and good service too read more

basically just shreded lettuce. The ratio of lettuce to toppings is non existent. We used to go at least once a week, but since they changed owners it has been disappointing every time. Won't be recommending or going back. read more

Healthy and good but not a good bang for your buck. Not a good combo of lettuce and meat ratio, and I had extra beef on my blt wrap.

Phat Food truck was at Trentadue Winery for Thursday night happy hour, June 13. Gave our order and was told it would take 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no food and lots of irate customers. We were told they were short one person. That being the case, they should not have said the order would take only 15 minutes. Either tell the truth or get extra help. My husband asked for his money back, and we left early to eat elsewhere. The staff should not have lied about the time frame, and we will not purchase from them again. read more

Dressing was super boring. I had a Steak Wrap and a BLT salad. Barely any meat in either one no avocado in my salad. Mostly just a ton of lettuce. 11 plus dollars each. Would not go back. Really need to work on your recipes and ratios of ingredients. read more
