Had a wonderful lunch here today! My hisband brought me here after saying this is the best burrito he's ever had. So of course, I had to try it out. I got the carne asada tacos, they were very flavorful. I got the mild salsa on them which was actually still pretty spicy! My husbands burrito was reeeaally good. It had the perfect proportions of everything and something was different about the tortilla, in a good way. I should've got my own burrito; next time! We also got a chicken quesadilla which was delicious and perfect for kids too. Their horchata was creamy and had a slight coconut taste. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Even just for a burrito! The staff were all very kind, there are two tables to sit at and enjoy your food, and plenty of parking. read more

The flavors are there. The portions are great unfortunately the Carne Asada, you can see the marks where the jockey was whipping the horse. Most ground Clydesdale with crystal and fat chunks I've ever had in Kearny Asada. I won't be re-ordering. read more

I say- don't waste your time or money at this Mexican food truck.. there are better ones in the area... When people order birria tacos, the whole point is for it to be served with the consume and they charge an extra 3 dollars a CONTAINER. That's wrong... why even sell birria tacos? I swear this is the only truck in Napa who does. And they do not put it on their menu that they are Nickel and diming you for something that belongs with the tacos to begin with... it's why people order the birria tacos. They advertise Guacamole on their burrito options but lo and behold, it's actually NOT a traditional guacamole, it's more of an avocado salsa.... Why put it on your menu? It's false advertisement... And the staff is nice- don't get me wrong they are sweet boys, but they should be up front with their practices, put things like that on the menu and maybe not put guacamole on the menu when it truly is not guacamole.... Taco addiction is a way better food truck, and has consume included with their tacos.... I also got sick with the chicken burrito I ordered and to be honest, it didn't taste too much like chicken and looked more like pork ... not the first time my order has been wrong.... I would say I'm done with tacos el cunado and will go to other trucks with better practices, honesty and better food. read more

We just moved to Napa and of course, the first thing we did before unpacking was to have dinner at a local taco truck. We chose this one because it's close to our home, and were glad we did. Husband and I both had burritos supreme, al pastor for me and veggie for him. Mine was loaded with delicious pastor - fresh, flavorful and crisp around the edges. I've tried their street tacos, super tacos and quesabirra tacos and all have been great! Highly recommend the quesabirra tacos - they're super cheesy and flavorful! The people working are super sweet and attentive! I was torn between ordering spicy or mild and they included spicy salsa for me to try on the side. Its Christmas today and nothing is open. We were driving down Jefferson and saw the open signed. We stopped by and we were not disappointed. This visit (because we do plan on coming back) we tried the quesabirrias, the tacos, the steak fries, and the regular quesadillas. Everything we tried was super good especially the quesabirrias! Apparently this is the only place in Napa that sells them. It's run by a family and they are so nice. They have a pretty big menu for a food truck and everything is super affordable. Today we stopped at El Cuñado after looking at several different taco trucks. Out of all of the trucks we found El Cuñado took a card, so the meet was purely by happenstance. We ordered five asada tacos which tasted delicious. The tortillas were fresh, the meat was well marinated and the salsa was amazing. If you're not a fan of spicy, pick the mild salsa. We also tried a quesabirra which we had never had before. It was absolutely amazing and a must try. The gentleman operating the truck was kind and accommodating and helped make suggestions. On the hunt for some good food truck food so I came to try this place out. Nice ppl makes you want to love their food. I got a steak taco and pastor, also got the Birria tacos and ramen. The steak was oily and tasted gamey. The pastor was dry and hard, was chewing on hard nods of meat or fat? The Birria tacos lacked flavor. They put more cheese then meat. The ramen was pounded into bits, I couldn't eat it with me fork. Some technical problems on top of lacking freshness in the meat. I'll come back and try them again. read more

I had the birria en caldo and oh my gosh it did not disappoint. It is so flavorful and comes with the a side of cilantro, onions, radishes, limes, hot sauce and tortillas!
