    Lemon tart, peanut butter sandwich

A must visit once you're in Yountville!!!! My bf and I got a plethora of different bakery items including the baguette, peanut butter sandwich, chocolate almond croissant, and lemon tart. Absolutely DELICIOUS. The baguette and their butter were my favorite part. (They make everything in house) Be prepared for at least a 20 min wait!!! But once you order, it's almost immediate!

The ham and cheese croissant sandwich was a hit. Very polite service and we got our order quickly. The cafe is beautiful, especially with their displays of pastries. There were tables outdoors in the beautiful city of a Yountville. Highly recommend checking the bakery out in the morning if you're around Yountville.

Bouchon Bakery is always a must stop for friends, family, and me when we go to Napa. The line moved quickly and excellent staff took our orders and processed purchases professionally and swiftly, as always! Their Kouign Aman is my absolute fav, and I've had my share of Kouign Aman's from numerous bakeries. It's Bouchon Bakery's perfect blend of sweet, buttery, and flaky for me! I finally got to enjoy a Fuhgeddaboudit that my friends have raved about and I ended up devouring this chocolate, sea salt, and caramel Rice Krispies culinary art piece! I also picked up goodies of Netter Better, strawberry and chocolate Oh-Oh's, croissant, and oat meal pecan cookies to treat my family. I tried their cream cheese, flaky pastry, topped with powdered sugar and a cream cheese swirl. Its presentation and taste were exquisite! Until next time, Bouchon Bakery!

A must-go whenever you're in Yountville! The cheese danish and chocolate almond croissant are my absolute favorites -- perfectly flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. Always worth the stop

Service: despite the line, we ended getting served very quickly. Perfect spot to drop in and get a few items to go. Ambiance: super cute! Food: WOW. Definitely a must stop during a day trip to the Napa area. I wish I could've ordered everything on the menu. The place definitely lives up to the hype. I ordered: - a pistachio macaron which was out of this world and massive. One of the best I've had and I've been to France! I really wish I would've ordered more. - raspberry and almond cake pastry: sweet light and creamy - almond croissant: not overly sweet which was actually really nice! Very crunchy and fluffy even after eating it a few days later. (Just bake with small cup of water in toaster or microwave with a wet towel over) A must stop. Hopefully next time we'll get to try the bistro connected to the bakery. We'll be back! Until then I'll be dreaming of that pistachio macaron!

The line was really long but moved along a good pace. There were still plenty of pastries even at 4pm. My favorites are the pistachio macaroon, TKO, and their baguette (not pictured). Overall enjoyable experience at Bouchon.

I came back to Bouchon Bakery twice in one weekend around 12:15pm on a Saturday, and 10:30am on a holiday Monday - both times were was a line that moved relatively quickly. The service is always quick and efficient, and you order first before paying at the register further down the line. Both times, we were lucky to grab the one open table outside - though typically people move on quickly after eating their goodies so tables open up relatively quickly. This time we tried a few new things: -cheese roll: this was pleasantly cheesy with a bit of a hearty crust on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside -oh oh: perfectly light, not too heavy or sweet dessert -blueberry muffin: this was nice and light, with a good amount of juicy blueberries, and not too sweet -ham and cheese baguette with tomato soup: we got this as part of the restaurant month offering, and were pleasantly surprised by how rich, creamy, and flavorful the tomato soup was! It came out pipping hot, and was nice and thick - perfect for both sipping on and for dipping our toasted baguette sandwhich in. The baguette was perfectly crusty without tearing up the top of your month, and with a good elastic pillowy-ness inside, and there was a decent amount of cheese and ham. Overall, a great meal, especially for the restaurant month price. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other goodies, and highly recommend trying the soup if you're craving something more filling and savory when you're here!

Drove through town and so glad I stopped into this bakery. There was a line when I arrived late Saturday afternoon. It goes fast. The bakery is really small but I loved what I ordered. Ordered the cream cheese Danish, so good with raspberry filling inside. The cream cheese wasn't too sweet, crust was perfectly flaky. Also ordered the raspberry danish. It was delicious. The third item i tried was the better nutter cookie. It was filled with a creamy peanut butter. It was really really good. I'll definitely be back to try more pastries. There's a few tables outside to sit & enjoy your pastries.

Bouchon is my favorite dessert place in yountville. Love the different pastries and desserts. Was a line today on Sunday, but they didn't run out of what we all wanted. She bought one of their medium tote bags which was cute too!

After a bad experience at Bouchon I was hesitant about heading to the bakery. But the bakery was amazing!!! The pastries were excellent and the bread was top tier, like seriously, top tier. The coffee was delicious and there was a variety of options.

The $3.50 macaron is very big and chewy. It was chewy and dense, I like them more light and airy
    Lori I.

Before you freak out about paying $5.75 for each macaron, know that it's the size of your palm. They are super sized macarons which you could possibly share. Also, you're in Yountville where everything costs more. I was disappointed there were only 3 flavors: raspberry, pistachio, and salted caramel. I just read my review from 9 yrs ago stating that they were chewy and stale back then. They still are. However, the texture was different for each flavor, the pistachio one was more crisp, light and airy on the outside, and then moist and chewy inside, the way I like it. The other 2 were more stale and chewy all the way. The line was out the door and I waited 40 minutes, once you're inside you need to make quick decisions, so look online while you're waiting or send someone in to take pics of current offerings so you don't hold up the line while deciding what to order. The other reviews about flies were true on the day I went. They have breads and pastries out in the open and the flies are all over.

I do always love my visits to Bouchon. This time was no different. An Americano and a cappuccino. They did not disappoint. I also had the Almond croissant and a moist, delicious cream cheese roll danish. I took to go a couple bags of the shortbreads. A bit pricey at $13 plus for 6 pieces but worth a try and that is what I did. The seating in the outside courtyard was glorious and we were able to enjoy the sun this late morning before it got busy. Such a beautiful visit and walk around Yountville.

    Todd M.

Amazing! A must visit. It was though so busy that I suggest getting there early if you don't like crowds. We ordered a sour dough loaf to go and a few different kind of croissants. All of which as you would expect from a Thomas Keller restaurant were perfect 10's. Highly recommended!. Wow....so traditional in flavor and crunch. I mean I could eat there all day.

At around $3 per bonbon, it's definitely on the pricier side--but considering the quality, creativity, and variety of flavors, I think it's completely justified. It's especially heartbreaking to share that this is widely considered one of the best artisan chocolate shops in California, and they're now closing their only store in Yountville due to slow business and rising costs. Classic shrinkflation by which a $20 salad (yikes!) is padded by a heap of greenery. Furthermore, the squash was undercooked and disappointing even in the few bites of it I had. From the beginning, there seemed to be constant miscommunication between staff. We specifically booked an outdoor reservation and were seated inside instead. While mistakes happen, it set the tone for the rest of the evening. The bigger issue involved the wine and corkage fee. We purchased a bottle directly from the market associated with the restaurant and were told by the employee there that the corkage fee would be waived if we bought their wine. When we sat down, our server Sara told us that was not true and that we would still have to pay the fee. I explained what we had been told, and when she asked if I wanted a manager involved, I said yes. Before the manager even arrived or clarified the situation, the server opened our bottle of wine. In the silence and confusion, I reasonably assumed the fee issue had been resolved. Then the manager came over and told us we would still be charged and implied that nobody at the market would have told us otherwise. The way it was handled made my husband and I feel like we were being accused of making the whole thing up, which was especially upsetting on Mother's Day. At that point, the bottle was already opened, so we were essentially stuck paying the fee regardless. Between being seated incorrectly, the poor communication between employees, and how dismissive the situation felt, the service completely overshadowed what should have been a special meal. The rest of the service we felt ignored and there was minimal effort to accommodate. Great food alone is not enough to justify returning when the hospitality experience feels this frustrating and unprofessional.
