The lady combo burger was alright, could have been a bit more sauce, as it was a bit dry honestly. The Bison burger was very good, had a good juice to it. The fries were done just right and were crispy enough. The outdoor painting said it was one of top 25 places in the country for burgers so I felt like I had to try a burger. The menu has about ten different burgers to choose from, as well as other sandwiches , salads, and even about ten breakfast items. All of the names of the items have a car reference since the restaurant was previously a filling station. The decor also has a car ambiance. I chose the mustang burger. It had American cheese, bacon, bbq sauce and an onion ring on it. It was very tasty. Side options were fries, coleslaw, sweet potato fries or onion rings. I went with the onion rings. Portions on the burgers and the sides were very good.

Glad we did! We ended up walking there and it was easy to get to. When we walked inside, we were able to get a table inside right away. It was clean and cutely decorated. Our server came by quickly and got our drink and food order in. I ordered the breakfast tacos (comes with 2 good sized tacos) - sooooooooo good! They hit the spot! What got me... it had goat cheese on it! It was delicious. My husband got the fish tacos and he said they were good too! Definitely a great place for breakfast and lunch if you're in the area!! Apparently they have some great bloody mary's too!

For our visit this time they said about a 30 minute wait which was actually 20 minutes. The vibe of the place is very cool with the old jukebox and a bar as well as tables both inside and outside. We were seated outside this visit which was fine as it was shady. I had the corned beef has with hash browns and 2 sunny side eggs. The corned beef is full of shredded corned beef with just a small amount of potatoes. The hash browns with onions were nice and crispy as I asked and the eggs were cooked nicely with the right amount of run when broken. My wife has the Classic Breakfast which is somewhat similar to what I had but with no meat. Hers was done nicely too. Thanks for a nice visit and see you the next time we're back to St. Augustine Beach!

Friendly, attentive, efficient and professional. She made our experience here seamless and very enjoyable! You couldn't ask for better service. She gave great food recommendations. Also, Jeff (the manager) stopped by our table, took the time to chat with us and made us feel right at home. We appreciated the old-school St. Augustine Southern hospitality that has been lost since the inevitable growth of the area. You definitely can't go wrong with their Fried Shrimp and Chicken Wings (loved the flavors of that buttery Garlic Parm)! Both seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ample outside seating steps away from the beach, feeling the breeze off of the Atlantic Ocean, a truly laid-back atmosphere, sunburnt tourist watching and counting all the Jeeps heading out to brave the soft sand while enjoying an ice cold beer or sweet tea...so priceless.

She started us out with baked oysters and they were good, but it was too much bacon and cheese for me personally. It overwhelmed the oyster flavor, but if you're trying oysters for the first time or wanna please a picky group then these are good. My daughter got the stuffed flounder with corn casserole as we called it, as her side. It was delicious! Probably the best thing ordered! Tacos and kids grilled fish was great too! Definitely a solid amount of fish nuggets in the taco. The fries were some of the best ive ever had. For the seafood feast, we ordered scampi style and it was good, but it reminded me of a clam sauce style, not really buttery and garlicky. It was still good, but what disappointed me was the melted plastic bag served at the table. It was difficult to open, even our server had trouble opening. Idk why everyone loves serving food in plastic bags. It's sooo hot from the steam that plastic leaches into the food. I don't get the infatuation with this, unless you're ordering to go. The fans upstairs are a nice and necessary touch and not too hot up there, despite being summer in July. I would go back and order the stuffed flounder again! Seriously, that was the best thing we ordered. Ashley was johnny on the spot too!

Far too long. The room is loud as well. Sound echoes through the cavern that is this restaurant. This is the worst thing I can say about the Black Molly because everything else was absolutely stellar! Our server, Justin, took quite awhile getting to us (we are certain he was just covering too many tables of 4 or more people), but he was an excellent, enthusiastic and helpful and attentive server when he arrived. The salads and entrees were fresh, loaded with high quality ingredients, and each was remarkably tasty and well made. The grilled foods were grilled to perfection and the smokey taste of the grill was embedded into every bite. Black Molly dinner salads are enormous - they are a full dinner in and of themselves. There is a Cesar, a Mediterranean, and a Chef salad offered. I had the Chef and The Boss had the Mediterranean with Shrimp. I had no idea they were as big as they were or we might have downsized a little. They came in a bowl that was really big, full of fresh mixed garden greens, excellent grilled vegetables, plump juicy tomatoes and were a delicious meal all by themselves. Half the salads went home with us to provide another meal. The shrimp were huge and perfectly prepared. The Chef Salad had great hunks of real ham and the most amazing produce and the dressings were excellent. I will be saddened to go back to store bought dressings and ranch and balsamic glazes. Get a side of (I think you have to specifically ask for) "Crispy" French fries no matter what else you order. They are the perfect size fries, crispy outside, moist delicious inside, and seasoned to perfection. We saw another table eating them and they looked so good we ordered a side - so glad we did. The restaurant is not inexpensive, but it is worth it. Quality food prepared with great attention to detail, fabulous tastes and excellent value. I'm accustomed to the batter being too greasy (cooked too long or left in too low a temp), or the fish being mushy or overcooked. This sandwich was neither of those things! The fish was firm, flaky, and delicious, and the fried batter was the best I've had in at least two decades. All of the toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions, lettuce) were fresh and crispy. The house tartar sauce was superb! Just enough dill to add tangy seasoning and not overbearingly sweet, like most tartar sauces. I was so impressed that I actually wanted to meet Randy, who prepared that amazing meal. Add to that the service provided by Brendan, our waiter, who was legitimately friendly, very knowledgable, and super- attentive! Management did come by to check on our experience, and they seemed like they genuinely cared how everything was. Our server Derek was very attentive and helpful with making some decisions. We enjoyed starting with the Hush Puppies and a cocktail - their Pina Colada! We must say they were the best hush puppies we have had in a long while! Perfect crunchy outside and SO moist inside! YUM! The Fish (Halibut) and chips were good. The outside was perfectly cooked, nice crunch with a delicious flavor, but some areas of the haddock were little over done. The French fries were good, but a bit on soggy side. The founder was stuffed with their crabcake mixture. The flounder was a little over cooked for my liking but everyone has their own preference. It had great seasoning and the crab was noticeable throughout the mixture. The mashed potatoes needing something, a bit dry. The tropical Cole slaw was fantastic!

Servers were friendly, a bit on the "chill" side but honestly just giving off the "island vibe". It was a pretty pleasant evening and they did engage the fans out there but if it's a warmer period you might opt for Inside Dining. We had draft beer, the amber lager made for Mango Mangoes, Tasty and cold! Here's what is surprising, the menu is pretty varied but it's not so complicated that you get exhausted looking at it. Just enough to give everyone a choice and we were all about it. I had the Chipotle Shrimp Tacos with seasoned fries as my side. Really good! I was worried the Chipotle treatment might be overwhelming the shrimp but it was pretty subtle and the shrimp came through. There are plenty of sauces and seasonings on the table if you want to amp up the experience! The venue is on A1A, right by St Augustine Beach. This was our first time there. They serve food but we had dinner beforehand, so we only had drinks. It's a nice little venue though. The show itself was awesome and Mick was so nice to meet afterwards! Why am I giving a 5 star review when we didn't even try their food? I'm at fortunate to know a few people that many would consider to be famous in the world of music. I have tagged along with them when they've done meet & greets at venues of various sizes from hundreds of fans to thousands of fans. Many, MANY venues handle these things very poorly. It ends up leaving fans feel as if the artist doesn't care about them when it's actual the venue that is unprepared and/or is treating the fans that dirt. That was absolutley NOT the case at Cafe Eleven. Every person we encountered from the staff seemed genuinely concerned with making sure the fans had a good experience. For us, this started a week prior when they took the time to email us to double check something about our order because our order was a bit odd. My wife paid for part of the order and our friends paid for the other half. The venue actually took the time to reach out to make sure we knew everything needed to match up. We did know that ahead of time but the fact that they even bothered was a touch I don't think I've ever heard of another venue taking the time to do. Well done Cafe Eleven! Based on that alone, I wouldn't think twice about driving down from Jacksonville next time there's an event at Cafe Eleven that I'm interested in.

Once we gave him the information he needed, Talon proceeded to make us some amazing cocktails. I absolutely loved mine and could have drank them all night. I tried some of my friends' drinks and they were all excellent as well. We ordered several appetizers to share (guacamole, wings, empanadas, and mojo chicharrones), everything was very tasty. Talon came back over to ask us what options we'd like for our second round or drinks, so we all went with something different than the first order. Every cocktail he served us was really good and based on our individual tastes and preferences. I wish I lived in the area because I would go to Odd Birds regularly.
