We had an awesome time a few weeks back when we went down to Cafe Eleven in St Augustine for Storytellers show and Meet & Greet with wrestling legend Mick Foley! The venue is on A1A, right by St Augustine Beach. This was our first time there. They serve food but we had dinner beforehand, so we only had drinks. It's a nice little venue though. The show itself was awesome and Mick was so nice to meet afterwards! Why am I giving a 5 star review when we didn't even try their food? I'm at fortunate to know a few people that many would consider to be famous in the world of music. I have tagged along with them when they've done meet & greets at venues of various sizes from hundreds of fans to thousands of fans. Many, MANY venues handle these things very poorly. It ends up leaving fans feel as if the artist doesn't care about them when it's actual the venue that is unprepared and/or is treating the fans that dirt. That was absolutley NOT the case at Cafe Eleven. Every person we encountered from the staff seemed genuinely concerned with making sure the fans had a good experience. For us, this started a week prior when they took the time to email us to double check something about our order because our order was a bit odd. My wife paid for part of the order and our friends paid for the other half. The venue actually took the time to reach out to make sure we knew everything needed to match up. We did know that ahead of time but the fact that they even bothered was a touch I don't think I've ever heard of another venue taking the time to do. Well done Cafe Eleven! Based on that alone, I wouldn't think twice about driving down from Jacksonville next time there's an event at Cafe Eleven that I'm interested in. read more

5 stars hands down! Came in around 10am before dropping the littles to school. Walked in, no one but another couple was inside looking at the menu. We glanced at the menu and ordered at the register. Bring cash! Helps local businesses keep more of their profit than paying high service fees for card payments. 3% charge for card swipes. I love the cash payment way over cards anyday but I'll leave that for a forum discussion. We sat outside and food arrived promptly. Ratings are as follows: * Kids Pancake 10/10 (fluffy, air, tasted like vanilla it was delicious. *French Toast 4/10 I could be wrong but I thought the menu said cinnamon roll on a brioche bread. Not sure tasted like regular white bread flat and not cinnamony. * Kids egg breakfast 10/10 she left nothing *Coffee regular self serve 10/10 dark roast! 8 of us went to dunner here before an event. Unpretentious place with a large beer, wine and drink menu. Order at the cou ter and they bring your food to you. Most of us loved our food. Tacos great, salmon salad great, chicken sandwich my husband was impressed with how good it was. My friend's meatloaf was very tasty, but the mashed red potaoes and vegfies had absolutely no seasoning. The potatoes and vegetables desperately needed salt at a minimum. We like this no frills breakfast buffet. The buffet part is meh, but the made to order omelets and pancakes are the star of the show. pancakes here are amazing. The topping choices are awesome and my kids favorite place to go for pancakes. Especially considering the price - however their drinks are very expensive $3.50/$4.50 for an apple juice with no refills. The omelets at the embassy suites down the road are way better and even considering the lower price here - the embassy's includes soda/juice AND coffee so the price would even out after drinks. We'll go there instead going forward unless we are craving pancakes. read more

This is our go to for breakfast whenever we get the chance. It's all you can eat and the food is amazing! Kevin makes the best omelettes and pancakes fresh and made to order. The prices are great too. Worth the drive from Jacksonville or anywhere in the surrounding area. When you're done eating, you can walk right across the street to the beach access. The atmosphere at cafe eleven is definitely Rock N Roll. However, they serve a kickass breakfast and they have a breakfast buffet on the weekends. I haven't been here for the live music but I bet that is cool as well. Service is friendly and prompt. Overall a hip interesting experience definitely different and worthwhile. read more

The food was not good. I got the tuna salad wrap. The tuna was dry, grey, and flavorless. The wrap did not include any sides. At $17 for the wrap and an iced tea, I would also have expected the wrap to come with some sort of side. The interior was cool, but very dark (not well lit). I suggest people avoid it his restaurant. My wife and I took in a concert here last weekend. We had an absolute BLAST listening to Ballyhoo! The size of the venue I found to be perfect for my liking. Not too big, not too small. I found this place by pure luck and what a great find it was! The beer is a little on the high end for price but it's no different than you'd find at any other live band venue. I plan on coming back here many more times in the future and look forward to it! I would highly recommend this establishment. read more

A friend gave us the heads up on this little place located on the strip. A no "table" service restaurant that had you order your drinks and food at a counter. The counter person was really personable and explained some of the best choices. The beers we had hit the spot on a warm day. Wife had the Cali BLT, a good size sandwich, loaded with bacon and avocado. I had the Buffalo Chicken Panini and their homemade tomato Bisque. This laid-back place near the beach was a great little find. On a busy night in Saint Augustine, we were able to get seated. Great menu with American food along with beer and wine offerings. We've been coming to Cafe Eleven for years for food and beer. On Thursday night we went to a concert here for the first time. Wheatus performed for two hours to an enthusiastic crowd of around 100 people. The band consisted of lead singer Brendan B. Brown and two backup singers. Brown let audience requests dictate what they played, saving Teenage Dirtbag for the end. It was a boisterous set and a great vibe for a smaller venue. They changed some lyrics for a crowd that included parents and kids. Tickets were sold standing room only but there were eight tables at the sides and we snagged one. Will be looking for more cool acts coming here in the future. read more

Ate there for the first time last week. I ordered the cafe 11 club sandwich. Gotta say was the best club sandwich I ever remember.

This place is set up where at the time that we visit which was the day after Christmas you grab your menu you look at your menu and you go to the register and you pay for everything and then you take a seat and they also give you a letter to put on your table or at the barn where other you sit And they take your order at the register you pay and the food is brought out to you. I have the breakfast burrito with potatoes I Felma with the potatoes. Great seasoning you were able to taste seasoning and I love that the breakfast burrito was outstanding I couldn't eat the whole thing just half of it, my husband had made to order a sandwich so he had eggs over easy with bacon on a ciabatta roll. It was toasted perfect sandwiches huge and he ordered potatoes as well. The burrito does come with the potatoes like I said, I fell in love with the potatoes I'd love when I get a great breakfast potato And I have to stay that they were us outstanding, and like I told one of the workers that was behind the counter he was making the coffee drinks like the lattes cappuccino smoothies. He was amazing watching him work back there was just amazing how we was getting orders out highly recommend this place highly recommended we didn't wait much Due to there was another restaurant right down the street that we wanted to go to but there was no parking at all so we ended up at the café 11 which we found love with the atmosphere. The inside was beautiful beautiful, so check this place out if you're hungry for breakfast they're not open all day. Food was edible at best. Nothing fresh, it was all pre made! From the blackened chicken bowl to the chicken cordon blue. We have had such great food in St Augustine until now. By far the worst meal on the island. 1/2 off drinks for happy hour might be a win but would not recommend eating at cafe 11. read more

I ordered the Portabella mushroom tacos -- they had no flavor. The rice with black beans was very dry, and the sweet plantains tasted awful; they were clearly not fresh and seemed to be from a microwave package. The smoothie didn't taste real either. I would give this a 0-star review. read more

This place has a sizeable indoor dining area with a soundstage that doubles as their spot to put out the beautiful breakfast buffett they offer on weekends. We were checking out some hotels in the area and saw the sigh fir breakfast buffet. So, we pulled in and grabbed the last parking spot. We were waited on very quickly and they had a table saved for us. We paid for two buffets, a glass of water and a mimosa for me. It was $l1.95 per person. Not bad. The mimosa was perfect and so was the breakfast buffet. They have the breakfast buffet until 12:30pm every Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend this place. We got there at 815 and it was perfect because at 9 there was a line waiting for tables The overnight French toast was delicious and so was the feta scramble. Went for breakfast and the wait was so long, it turned into lunchtime! I recommend getting there early (at least during Covid's limited seating.) The few employees that they have working here really hustle and are fantastic multi-taskers! I love how a place with nighttime live music and a variety of craft beers also has a substantial variety of creative breakfast food as well as a great lunch menu. The entire vibe of the inside is comfortable and creative. I would skip the cinnamon roll if I were you. While it looks gooey and good, it was far from doughy and moist and not very sweet or cinnamony (I know that's not a word but I expected cinnamon on it.) I had the Steak Spinach Salad with Gorgonzola cheese, cranberries and sunflower seeds. The serving was large, the spinach was fresh and the dressing perfect. The steak was pretty tough although I ate every bite of it! Often I refer to a place as cool, but this place is really-really cool. First time here so wasn't sure of how it might be. Plenty of table seating inside and some outside where it is brighter. Music is a theme here and was told that all the poster on the wall are of singers that have performed on stage. Look at their website for music events. Was looking forward to the huevos rancheros but it was the weekend so not meant to be- the brunch was fantastic- I did feel a little guilty because I don't carry cash and the brunch bar had an omelette and pancake station with a tip jar and the guy running it was great.
