We stepped into this café, thinking it was more coffee and tea, but it also includes a number of different Vietnamese style foods. This actually is not a bad place if you wanted to sit down and have a meal as well as some very nice coffee. They also have the Boba tea for those that like that. The service by the teenage boy was very nice and polite. Everything was prepared for my wife and I and even the extras that she requested or provided. This place is within the European Village in Palm Coast. It's only about five minutes from I-95. The pho was phenomenal! I ordered at the counter, and the cook, possibly the owner, came and delivered it a short while later. Truly superb broth and it satisfied my pho craving which pops up every few weeks for me. As a sidenote, the Vietnamese teas are very popular here as there was a steady stream of people ordering them to go, and they all looked rather excited about it. Not sure what it's about, but it's clearly a moneymaker for this restaurant. The place is clean, the employees were super friendly and I would not hesitate for a minute to go back or to recommend to you to give them a try. I was traveling home during this pho stop and when I sent this picture to my wife, she asked that I pick up the exact same thing to go to bring to her in Fernandina Beach. Yes, the pho is that good. First time here and I was happy. The pho was good. It was served in a disposable bowl with the veg in a plastic bag. For dining in it seemed weird, but no big deal. The banh mi was real good. Nice pickled veg, pate, and all the usual toppings. The bread was good. Bubble tea was tasty. Boba were soft and easy to eat. Dining room had five tables. Don't expect much conversation from the lady at the register, just order. So I will come back. Probaly the best asian food in Palm Coast. read more

I think on weekends they have other specialities. You look over the menu and order at counter. Have a seat, and they will bring it out to you. I had Pho Ba #P123(steak, brisket and beef ball) My husband had Pho Ta Nam #P12 (steak and brisket) Broth is rich and flavorful. Meat to noodle to broth ratio generous and equally portioned. Condiments and toppings included were bean sprouts, Thai basil, limes, jalapeños, Sriracha, chili oil, hoisin sauce. You can adjust to your taste. There's only one bowl size. It was very filling for me, my husband was full, but it was really good that he wanted more. We finished off with iced Vietnamese coffee w/condensed milk. So good. And a honeydew bubble tea with strawberry popping pearl. It was SO good. Perfect lunch in a relaxed, pretty outdoor setting. There is also inside seating and place is very clean. Everything was so fresh, the bread was like a perfect chewy slightly crunchy baguette, and my milk tea was slightly sweet with a strong black tea flavor (just the way i like it). My new go to pho place in the area. I had never tried it before and I will be forever a pho fan. I tried the chicken one and the chicken was so tender and flavorful but not dry one bit. We went mainly for the pho and truthfully it was a solid 3/5. Right off the bat you could tell it was oily and the noodles were over cooked. They give sufficient meat which was nice but the broth wasn't the best and I've been to numerous pho restaurants. The boba drinks were good. I will give them that. And it was pricey for a regular sized bowl of pho served in a plastic container. The fried spring rolls and Banh Mi were also mediocre. They serve their pho in plastic disposable bowls with plastic disposable silverware. I never eat hot foods out of plastic, so that was an issue for me. I thought it was because I was sitting outside, but when I went in everyone inside was eating out of "to go" containers as well. A disposable plastic spoon doesn't really work for Pho because it's too small, so I ended up drinking it out of my plastic bowl. The pho itself was pretty bland.. I could also have just been turned off by the amount of single use plastic. Even the plum and siracha were in mini plastic containers. The sprouts, basil, and lime were in a sandwich baggie. I wanted Vietnamese coffee, which they advertise, but do not sell. They will pour you a cup of regular coffee and then add sweetened condensed milk. It was $16.. which would have been fine, had it not looked like it came from a cafeteria. read more

This is my favorite restaurant, bar none. The service is incredible and the food is always perfect no matter what I get. The way they do take-out is great. I'm about 20 minutes away and whenever I get take-out my food is still fresh when I get home. My personal favorites are the Pho-ga and pineapple smoothie.
