The food is delicious, the service & ambience are always great. Definitely recommend!

Came here for a last minute date with my wife and we enjoyed it. The sign told us to go in to be seated. The person who greeted us has no personality but let us choose where we wanted to sit. I originally thought she was our waitress. So after she sat us as I asked for water she walked away and never got the water. Then this guy came over and introduced himself as our server where it all made sense. The server was amazing! He noticed we ordered all veggie options so brought to our attention which items we ordered in our meals that had animal products. We were impressed with his care and awareness of not eating meat. He went above and beyond to take care and provide information for us! We ordered a few sushi rolls and veggie hibachi and the food was great! The best part was the food didn't taste salty just flavorful! The only thing I'd say was our dirty dishes didn't get picked up quick but I saw a bucket holding dirty dishes so we placed them in their instead of sitting in front of us. Food came out pretty quick and tasted fresh. Overall experience was pretty good! We would go back again. Though be aware if you sit outside and eat you will also enjoy the smell of smoke in the air and maybe even some live music.

Really tasty dinner, sushi sashimi dinner was excellent. Nice venue, happy waitstaff, bright surroundings.

Food was amazing! Best sushi we've had so far. Service was good and the overall restaurant was comfortable!! Highly recommend

This is located in the European Village. We sat inside because it was pretty steamy outside. Not a lot of room on the inside for seating but we had a family of 7 and no issues around 6:30 pm. Very cozy inside. Staff super friendly. Ok - the sushi was sooooo... good. My husband and I are kind of sushi snobs so we know good sushi. We had several rolls and my husband got the Kings Deluxe. Everything was well cooked and the rolls were very fresh. Highly recommend! Will go back for sure.

Super good sushi, very fresh. Well presented and the cozy full restaurant length bench with cushions and pillows. Server was nice too :)

The best sushi in palm coast.. Service was good and specialty rolls range from 14-15.99

Red Koi, Honey Roll, Classic roll

Fresh and delicious sushi! The red koi roll is a hit, good flavor and mix of sauces and fish. Also the honey roll was really tasty. Salmon and avocado was super fresh and classic. Great place. Great service. Cute little place. I would recommend if you're in the area and want fresh, quality sushi.

Food is amazing, my family order from there all the time , we love it. Nice and fresh always

Mee ka thung w/beef and shrimp (upgrade charge $3), banh hoi, 1/2 lb of crispy roast pork, beef sticks, with drinks. Sprite and Vietnamese coffee. Mee ka thung: 0/5 do not recommend. It was bland. No taste. No charring of the noodles. The egg was overly cooked and we added that as an extra. The shrimp and the beef tasted off. It was fishy. Banh Hoi: 1/5 would recommend. Only good thing was the sweet fish sauce it came with. The pork belly was meh. Didn't have flavor. Tasted not fresh. Not crispy. Crispy pork belly: 0/5 do not recommend. The pork belly wasn't crispy. Tasted like they had it out for awhile and basically warmed it up when we ordered. The skin wasn't crispy. It was chewy. No flavor. No nothing. Did not taste fresh. Beef skewers: 0/5 do not recommend. Again, no flavor. No fatty pieces to counter the dryness of the meat. Nothing. The worst part. There were no pickled veggies. If they knew their skewers were dry, they should definitely have pickled veggies to off-balance the dryness. The only 2 good things that were good was the Vietnamese coffee and the fish sauce that came with the banh Hoi. Service was mediocre. Had to grab our own silverware from a near by table. Had to ask for plates. Had to ask for refills for our water. They didnt come around to check on us. We actually to wave them down. I don't live in the area, but even if I did, I wouldn't be back.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was SOOO......GOOD! I ordered the Pork Noodle Salad which came with house dressing. I added Sweet Thai Chili sauce to it I like the kick. It was a large portion and I'm a small eater so I brought plenty home. Put it in the fridge and went back about an hour later for more and it was even better cold. The pork was so flavorful and the pickled carrots and diacon was the perfect topping. I'm sorry I didn't think to take a picture at the restaurant. This is different, this is the real deal. You look at their menu and know it's legit at once--then there are the desserts which are also legit and remarkably so--very welcome. My bun bowl with skewered grilled pork and spring roll was absolutely perfect. Like, it seriously could not have been any better. Adrian, my waiter, was also excellent. My only critique--and it may seem a petty one--is the music was banal, trite, American and British pop hits from the early 2000s. There is so much good Viet pop and other Asian music--K-pop if nothing else--they could play, so why this? I don't want to hear the same music Kohl's plays at a restaurant so magical and delicious. But aside from the bad choice of tunes, this is a gem in full.

The server looked at with a smile and slight confusion. We realized they were not yet open! I felt like a dunce. We offered to come back. She made sure we were comfortable, provided several laughs, and advised that the chef was preparing. The ambiance was so inviting and the overall vibe was great so waiting was not even a concern. We started with the wings. Oh my! They were out of this world. I can only assume (because I didn't ask) that they were soy garlic, and oh so yummy. Extremely tender and moist, with more flavor than any wing should have. My Daughter ordered the chilli oil noodles. They were a medium spice packed with flavor. My finance ordered hot and spicy noodles that didn't hold back. They were as described with the perfect about of heat. She'd felt they would have benefited from a bit of sweetness, but were delicious. I thought they were great. I ordered the mongoose Dan Dan noodles. They were also delicious. The noodles themselves were the star I feel. They had the perfect amount of bounce giving an authenticity I didn't expect. I tried all three dishes and my favorite was the hot and spicy noodles but my daughter gave her leftovers to her boyfriend! I was offended but I survived. We shared a slice of pistachio cake that was truly special. The server told us it was amazing but we didn't expect it to be that good. It was super moist, not overly sweet, and was nothing less than perfect. Totally unexpected. This is a true gem.

The soba noodles were light, refreshing, and coated in a rich sesame sauce that had a great balance of nuttiness and subtle sweetness without being overpowering. On the other hand, the chili noodles had a completely different flavor profile-bold, savory, with a slight kick of heat that built up without overwhelming the dish. What really stood out to me was how well the noodles themselves were cooked-perfect texture, not too soft or too firm, which can be hard to get right. You can tell there's attention to detail in the preparation. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to answer questions and give recommendations, which I always appreciate. The ambiance inside is also a big plus-clean, comfortable, and modern without feeling too trendy. One unique touch I loved was the cooking videos playing inside; it adds to the overall experience and makes the place feel more engaging. Overall, everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere made this a really enjoyable visit. I'll definitely be coming back, and this is quickly becoming one of my go-to spots when I'm craving noodles.

We made an early reservation since we saw they do Happy Hour 4PM to 5:00PM everyday so we had to get in on that. We walked and and were seated at our table. They made sure to let us know you can sit anywhere during Happy Hour and still get the specials where many restaurants limit it to a bar area. Rustica does a great job of Happy Hour. They have appetizers, cocktails, beer, Sake, wine, and even main course happy hour entrees too. I started off with a cocktail going for the Liliko Martini which I really enjoyed. I have really been into my Passion Fruit drinks lately. We of course had to get some of the Happy Hour appetizers too and we might have gone a little overboard but for sure worth it. We got: The Naan Bread Yellow Beet Salad Crispy Tofu Roasted Pork Belly Bao Crispy Pork and Shrimp Lumpia Japanese Style Fried Chicken These were a great way to start off dinner and not one of them were $8 or less. If I had to pick favorites the best was for sure the Roasted Pork Belly Bao. I think it might have been the best Pork Belly Bao I had ever had. I was a large thick piece of Pork Belly but it just melted you your mouth and had so much flavor. We also very much enjoyed the Crispy Pork and Shrimp Lumpia which were much bigger then expected. The Japanese Style Fried Chicken was great too and the BBQ Ranch took it to the next level. For my entree I went with the Basil Crusted Roasted Monkfish which came with Vietnamese Yellow Curry, Crispy Shrimp and veggies. The Monkfish was cooked perfectly. I had a great sear on it too which gave it a bit of a crunch. I know Monkfish can sometimes be intimidated people because it was pretty ugly looking but let me tell you if it's prepared like this you're going to love it. Some of the best fish I have had. The Vietnamese Yellow Curry paired very well with it too. Wasn't too heavy and didn't over power the fish but just added an extra boost of flavor. I know what you're thinking who could was possibly be hungry for dessert but it sounded good so we ordered the Thai Milk Tea Creme Brulee and the Yuzu Cheesecake. Both were light enough that we could still really enjoy them after all we had eaten. We really like that the Thai Milk Tea Creme Brulee also had bubble boba in it which we didn't expect. We had an amazing meal and for sure be coming back sooner rather then later.
