This is a hole in the wall place in St. Augustine. Both food and service was great at this place. It was our first time here as my wife read about this place on a restaurant magazine when we visited for the weekend. The green curry was one of the best I have had in a long while. Came in rushed on my lunch to order some pho to-go it was an interesting encounter. I say this because I have been to this location a few times to dine in. Today when I came in the woman who took my order was not too friendly. The steak pho was $18 same price as the Andaman in the shores. (That location is always friendly, very attentive whether the order is dine in or to-go) Not bad also got an order of fried gyoza which was $11 crazy too expensive when other places in the area are cheaper, and tastier. My total was $29.70 I paid $30 cash and wasn't given my $0.30 change. Personally I don't care if my change is $0.01 please provide my change unless otherwise mentioned. The mere thought of someone assuming their servive is top notch that they can keep my change is bad business practice, and on that basis alone I won't be back. read more

This restaurant wasn't far from the hotel I was staying at so I decided to stop in for dinner it was quit busy and had a lot of people popping in for take out orders, which was a really good sign! I place my order and was disappointed the food was not to my liking the dumpling noodles looked and tasted fine but as soon as I cut them they fell off the meat inside. The meat in the noodle was not good quality there were multiple pieces of cartilage in them. I did not finish those. I had the tiger cry which is a favorite of mine I always order it whenever I see it on the menu. Worst I have ever had. The Sauce is what make the tiger cry if you've ever had it. This was just off and if you look at the picture closely you can see lumps of what tasted like instant cold gravy that they couldn't be bothered to mix. I will be not be returning. read more

Being a regular here is nice. Always get a good booth when I go. Excellent service. Peruvian and Thai Ceviche is delicious. Also love the papaya salad (som tam). Absolutely incredible experience -- 10/10! Traveling from south Florida for the night of lights. We visited this Thai restaurant in St. Augustine (on Anastasia Island) and were blown away. The food is phenomenal, the ambiance is warm and inviting, everything is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and fast. Honestly, some of the best sushi I've ever had. We loved it so much that during our short trip to St. Augustine, we ended up coming back a second time -- it was that good. The yaki soba noodles were amazing, and the sushi was next level. Location: It's less than 10 minutes from the lighthouse and the beach/pier area, and only about 13 minutes from the St. Augustine Historic District (Castillo de San Marcos put in maps). Super convenient if you're exploring Anastasia Island. Lovely cozy restaurant with roomy indoor seating for a small space and a small outdoor space too. The staff is super friendly and checked on us often. Food came out quickly. We started with the Shrimp Tempura appetizer which was crunchy decadence with thick slices of tempura vegetables included with the shrimp. My Teriyaki Steak bento lunch included fresh slices of assorted sashimi, nigiri, half a California roll, and a side salad dressed with the yummiest dressing ever! I think maybe it's a type of miso sesame sauce. The tender smoky thinly sliced steak was served on top of broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Oh man, so delicious! My husband ordered the Salmon Teriyaki which came with the same sushi, half roll, and salad, which he enjoyed very much! Ample portions and I couldn't eat all mine so half the bento and the tempura shrimp had to be boxed to enjoy at home later. Prices are very reasonable especially considering the portions. Just awesome food! We were staying nearby and we were offered some restaurant magazines that included discount coupons. After checking out Yelp reviews for the Andaman it looked very promising. Located in a large shopping center, there is plenty of parking with access to the restaurant. It is not very large, but does have several outdoor tables and an indoor dining area. This restaurant does an amazing amount of to go business. We were pleasantly greeted and our server, although new in his role, was very efficient. We tried the sushi sampler and the steamed gyoza which was a nice way to start the meal. The house salads were enormous, very crispy, and had an excellent ginger dressing. For our entrée, we ordered the chicken and shrimp Pad Thai, respectively at medium and hot levels, and both were outstanding and generously sized. The restaurant does have alcohol available as well as Pepsi products. Coupon was for 10% off the meal which was a nice perk from the local visitor center. This was a very good find, and if we have enough time, we may try it again. I highly recommend this location read more

Ate at the restaurant near St. Augustine beach. Nice restaurant- it's on the small side, maybe seating a dozen parties. Highly recommend reservations because it fills up fast and people were waiting a good amount of time to get in. Ambiance was nice but space here is limited so it felt a little crowded. Service was great. Greeted immediately and ongoing service was attentive- never lacked for drinks. Waitress was very friendly. Food took a little longer than expected to get but certainly worth the wait. Great sushi and Thai options. Sushi was fresh and really good.- we had both as an appetizer and entree as rolls and both were fantastic. We also had crab Rangoon as an appetizer which was some of the best I've had anywhere. Chicken Pad Thai was good- standard. Would say their "medium" spice was on the light side for heat. If you like heat would go with American hot. Red curry didn't quite hit the mark. Sushi is definitely the focus here and would highly recommend it. Great place and would not hesitate to recommend to you- just be sure to make reservations and on any given day of the week as you will need them to be able to walk in a get a table. First real cold day of the season deserves a big bowl of yummy pho and I got that exact thing:) first off, such a cute place, well decorated. green tea and tripe pho kept me cozy, pho was PHENOMENAL. Came here after visiting St. Augustine and it was refreshing to eat some tasty asian food in the area. We got the A1A sushi roll, the beef special, and panang curry. The A1A roll came with 6 pieces (would have preferred 8) but the restaurant was pretty generous with their fish portions and the roll was tasty. The beef special i liked the least out of the 3. It was a crispy fried beef appetizer and much smaller than I expected for what we paid. The panang curry was very tasty but too salty without rice and they only gave us 1 small scoop of rice. Note: this location was not serving bubble tea when we visited. The service was nice and we were able to get seating on a Saturday night without a reservation.
