Last year I started doing this thing where I would go out, buy fruit, in a few days it world be rotten and I would throw it out. Then I tried freezing it, in the hopes I would make smoothies with my new blender thingy. Ha. Luckily, this year, I decided to get my nutrients via Tropical Smoothie while I was in Florida. There's something about sunshine and driving around for hours running errands that makes a smoothie a cool treat. Several days a week found me at Tropical giving a different flavor a try each time. (Green apple matcha is my favorite) They offer sandwiches and salads, and you can add a smoothie to the meal at a discounted price. Nice. I did have a hummus bowl and it was pretty good. Originally i kinda thought the smoothie prices were a tad high UNTIL I went to another smoothie place in Florida and it was way higher with a smaller portion and recently tried a place out here in NY AND THAT was even higher in price. Overall, great product, totally worth the $. read more

The smoothies at this location in particular are always SO WATERY. Been here multiple times and it's always the same. I love Tropical Smoothie but go to a different location. read more

Always been a fan of tropical smoothie. No complaints. Staff always friendly and yeah it's good

I go in a couple times a week, and the staff is always super nice and the food tastes great. They play nice music in the background and it's overall a really chill environment. The woman with curly black hair is usually who I talk to, and she's very kind and knows my order by heart. They make me feel really appreciated as a regular. read more

The tropical smoothie on 100 has a very un professional manager in charge an older woman with long curly black hair. She was continuously rude to customers about their orders as well as she was very rude to her own workers snapping at them infront of customers. Very disappointing and this needs to be looked at. read more

I waited at the register for 10 mins with no help or acknowledgment of me being present. Unacceptable service.

This location offers discounted smoothies every Sunday which is great for my family of 5. Store was very clean and owners were there working and were very nice and appreciative of our patronage. read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - How great! My family of 5 can splurge on smoothies! Owners were very nice and appreciated the business. Store was very clean. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Palm Coast, Florida

Outstanding service and great sandwiches!! Perfect Smoothie every time. Some times they may get busy but it is worth the wait.

This is really good food, i would definitely recommend this place because they are quickly and delicious.

Nice place, good drinks, good service. This is a good smoothies place. I haven't tried their food.

130 on Saturday afternoon one person in line in front of us first of all, they didn't take our order till 145! Then when I gave her the order and the coupon that came in my flyer yesterday to my mailbox, she said no we're not honoring them I said ma'am your address is right on it and it says good through April 30. She said, No the newspaper made a mistake we're not honoring them. This was very first time I've ever been in there and I guarantee you I will never never go back. read more

After my last review, I'm happy to say my experience has been amazing. The smoothies are good, they don't charge extra for substitutes (which happens a lot in other locations), the workers are very nice, and I heard they have $3.99 Sunday smoothies! Recommend the drive to this location. read more

I love this location in palm coast on et. 100. $3.99 smoothies on Sundays. Always good-highly recommend

No complaints here for this location. The staff are terrific, the smoothies are usually always consistent, there's a ton of coupons that you can find in local discount magazines, and it's no secret that they have certain days when they release text for $2 or $3 Smoothie days. When not looking for a bargain tho, the menu prices can run high just for a smoothie, so I would suggest getting one of the combo deals. Be advised, this place can get backed up! On text days, so go later at night. A few more things, it's nice to go here for the free wifi, chill and listen to the island reggae, and watch espn highlights on the LCD on the wall. You can normally always find a seat since most people grab n go. Best smoothie, the Bahama Mama with no strawberries ; ) read more

worst service ever! We called ahead because the wait can be long at times. Both employees looked at us but did not acknowledge us when we walked in the door. We watched her put our order in the refrigerator and turn back to the blenders to clean them and start another order. Marcus was making food orders and looked our way a number of times but still said nothing. The 3rd employee came back from break, checked in at the cash register and continued to the back. Once she took over making the food orders Marcus took off his gloves and finally asked us for our order! Seriously, we have dealt with slow service here many times but this was by far the worst. Two stars for the smoothies, they were great. read more

I am just leaving this location and have to leave a review. My wrap and smoothie were spot on! The Thai wrap was fantastic and avocado smoothie was better than any I have had at my previous locations. The reason I really wanted to leave a review was the service. The lady at the counter (tall with glasses) is fantastic. She was happy and positive and seemed to enjoy being there and making the guests happy. Customer service is a forgotten art and I wanted to let ownership know how lucky they are to have someone representing their brand the way she does. I will absolutely be back!!! read more

I am very pleased to find this place. It has a great combo for lunch - Flatbread and shake for 8 dollars. This isn't a tiny appetizer and it isn't a small cup of shake. You really get your money's worth and for this new Vegan/Vegetarian, finding a place that knows its ingredients and sensitivities of its clients is super important. Another really nice touch is that they offer Beyond Meat products for their dishes which shows a dedication to sourcing very high quality, healthy food. read more

Absolutely love this place I live on the other side of town and and have one 5 minutes away but I would much rather go to this one even though it's 12 minutes away the service is amazing and the people are so friendly all the time no matter what shift I walk in on I'm one first name basis with the staff and all ways give me a great greeting not understanding how it's only has 3.5 stars but 10/10 recommend this place it's my daily go to place either before work but if not open I always go after people gotta do better and realize they are the nicest staff there is the other location near me is terrible read more

The food is OK. The smoothies are pretty darn good. But at this location, there is an owner that yells at employees. I find it very uncomfortable to be there when that happens. And it's happened on more than one occasion. read more

Nice and friendly staff and owners. My favorite place the last 8 years. Clean facilities. Smoothies are made to your liking. Sweetener alternatives are available if you are diabetic like me. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I called to speak with the owner about a concern of mine and she said she didn't care. That if I didn't like it to not return. Guess what, I won't! I've never seen a store owner talk to a paying customer like that! . read more

Love love love this place! Very friendly staff! Their avocado smoothie is my fav! I recommend Cuban sandwich with the apple slaw!!! Yummmmmy

needed to grab a late lunch Greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant, order was taken accurately, Our Wraps were Hot and prepared to order, Each of us had smoothies, again they were awesome! Also greeted by the Owner, he asked all the right questions, how we were, if we needed anything but most of all, he was concerned that our food was good and how were we enjoying the food. 6 of us ate! Thank You for a great experience. Friends from Georgia... read more

I went back for more. Kids got their free cookies & their meals were really good. My smoothie was excellent. The Wednesday & Sunday text message deals are great. Support this place. read more

Every time I come here, I remember why I don't come here. I ordered a smoothie 15 mins before actually walking in the facility and I still had to wait in line to pay and then I had to wait another 25 minutes or more for just two smoothies. I actually watched ppl walk in after me and get their meals and drinks before me. Smh fucking pissed. read more

The cashier was nice, but the managers were careless and unhelpful. One of them picked up the phone, put it on hold, and just didn't answer even though he wasn't doing anything but standing in the corner watching everyone. It was weird and uncomfortable. Not to mention it wasn't busy and they couldn't keep up with their orders. Also the smoothies sucked. I got a blimey limey and it tasted like straight up orange juice. Overall it was honestly the worst tropical smoothie experience I've had. Not going back. The actual employees were nice, but the managers/owners were not personable. One of them handed my fiancé and I our smoothies side ways..?? Lol idk it was weird. read more

I've had salads and wraps here and they were both lackluster. The sesame chicken had only a few small strips of chicken and was mostly lettuce. Crispers has much more ingredients in their salads for the money. What happened to getting a salad for 6-7$ that was so big it could be split into two meals? Not in Palm Coast. Extra star for good service though:) read more

One of local favorites but almost always a wait food has been consistently good and fresh and we love the smoothies though sometimes I wish they had a variety of sizes. Sometimes I just want a small one. My fav is mocha madness and really can't bring myself to try anything else. I'm not crazy about banana in drink form and a lot of choices include banana. My daughters fav is pomegranate plunge but she is more open to trying more of the offering than me. I like having the option of Splenda instead of sugar. Overall a great place. Would give five stars except for the wait time but I totally understand when you are making up fresh smoothies and flat bread for each order there is just no way to do it quickly enough to avoid some wait time. I have yet to have bad or rude service. Everyone has always been friendly but I'll be on the look out and update accordingly read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Be careful when you ask for extra pesto - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Palm Coast, Florida

Food and smoothies are amazing but your guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes for just a smoothie! The wait is ridiculous ... I try to call in my order but half the time they don't answer the phone. FYI the health nut smoothie & chicken pesto flatbread are delicious ! If you sign up for the text messages on Sunday's and Tuesday's smoothies are 3.19 instead of 4.69/4.99!! read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Usually always a line ... - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Palm Coast, Florida

I'm not sure why this location doesn't have a higher rating. The staff has always gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Including let me order off the kids menu sometimes, which some places make a fuss over. The owners have been there almost every time I've gone. That to me shows they're passionate about the place. I've been here over 10 times, never had raw chicken, never a screwed up order, and always prompt service even with a line out the door. read more

First time I came to this place was today. I've seen lots of people going in and out of the place since it opened but I had never gone myself. It had a nice menu selection with very reasonable prices. Our order came up relatively quick. My wife had a minor complaint which they gladly resolved quickly. Portion size was good and flavor was good as well. Everything tasted fresh. We also ordered a large smoothie to share and we're quite satisfied with the flavor, price and amount they give you. I would definitely recommend this place for a healthy alternative for a quick lunch, snack or breakfast. read more

Horrible customer service! Called many people in the restaurant rude names. the owners also treat their employees pretty rudely too. I watch them be extremely racist to a man, told him to " go back to his country" and refused to make his smoothie. AVOID!!! read more

Smoothies always so watery. It's not even a smoothie. Basically a juice cup! Do not recommend. Better go to the one by Old Kings Road.

People are nice. But the wait is HORRIBLE. Every single time I come here there is a line of people. I talk to people who won't even come here because of the wait. Perhaps they should have a dedicated person for Register and more people making the drinks/food. I tried downloading the app ordering and paying online thinking it would be faster. NOPE still waiting and it's already 10 min past my pick up date. :( read more

I don't live in Flagler, but I go often to visit - and when I do, I always make it a point to go to TSC. So first, the food is amazing and the smoothies are always on point. I try something new every time, and I've never tried something I didn't like. Second, the service is GREAT. The people who run the place are super caring and always so considerate. Really great people. :) The only downside is that, during lunch, it's always busy - so if you're going to go, call in ahead of time and order to pick up. (But even then, they work as fast as they can and get through the orders!) Definitely recommend this place! read more
