Been here with friends and coworkers a handful of times. It is always great service and tasty drinks! Super cute and clean place. I highly recommend trying it out. Mostly outdoor seating and it's a small little shop but nice for a quick coffee. read more

The Vietnamese iced coffee was a little weaker than I am accustomed to, but it was still very good. The pastries are where this place really shines. I believe my wife ordered one of everything and we crushed it all. Very delicious. read more

Boba shop that happens to sell coffee. Overly sweet and tastes cheap. The pastries are ok though - 85 degrees grade.

Super cute newly opened coffee shop. Have unique coffee flavors - Spanish latte, honey lavender, and chocolate orange latte, which tastes just like those chocolate oranges you get at Xmas. Have a bakery case with choc buns, matcha croissants and other items. Free wifi. Near 24 hour fitness. Plenty of parking. Enjoy! read more

Here's an idea: When taking someone's drink order try to waiting till they've actually completed a sentence instead of cutting them off halfway through and demanding to know if there was "Anything else?!?!?". Myself and my kids were the only people in your store so it isn't like it was busy or something. It's also probably not the best idea to do the same thing to the customer's kids when they are placing their order. It's rude and it causes your boss to lose business. Additionally, making fun of someone's accent after being rude to them is just a testament to your character and nothing else. All of this is an aside to the fact that the boba here is terrible and my drink was wrong. The tapioca balls were under cooked and a third of my smoothie was brown sugar syrup because they never bothered to drain them correctly before adding them to my drink. Oh well, plenty of better places around that will actually treat me and my kids with some level of respect when we come through their doors to spend money. EDIT: To the owner, this was definitely at your store. I'm not sure what kind of misunderstanding would have taken place for your employee to be so incredibly rude to myself and my children. I have provided you additional detailed via private message. read more

Delicious coffee drinks, unique combinations! They also have boba and milk tea options if you're looking for a fix. They also have Fill Bakeshop mochi donuts available for preorder on occasion and the owner is super nice. We've been a few times now. Never disappoints. Also tried Dalgona coffee for the first time there. SUPER. STRONG. Mix well! Brown Sugar Boba Latte is a fave of ours. Coffee? Boba? In brown sugar?? Yes!! So yummy, we forgot to take photos read more

Sunmerry Coffee - Fill Mochi Donuts - Available for preorder on some weekends - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brea, California

Hot americano coffee wasn't hot at all nor hot Einspenner. Most of baking goods were good

Mochi Donuts: 6.5/10 The donuts are very well decorated and displayed. The taste however is very very average. Not necessarily memorable. Iced oat latte (decaf): 3/5 very average, most decaf coffees tend to taste more on the "burnt" side. Store: employees are really nice and helpful, store is clean and location is good. read more

Earl is so nice!! Called here to ask about their location. I'm driving into town tomorrow to deliver a couple of facemasks to my friends that are in their 80s. They insist on having a coffee with me before we both leave back to our homes. Earl said he could put a couple chairs outside 6 feet apart so we could enjoy a cup of coffee before we leave. Thank you for your genuine kindness, Earl. I will add more to this review when we have the coffee tomorrow, which I'm sure will taste delicious. read more

This coffee and tea establishment is located in a busy marketplace next to the Target. They have a wide range of menu items with different ways of customizing your drink order. I ordered their cold brew with foam and my girlfriend got the Blueberry Matcha Latte and they were able to make a hot version of the drink for her. The Blueberry Matcha Latte was phenomenal! So delicious! I honestly will get that next time. The cold brew was decent but I am a snob when it comes to cold brew, but still definitely better than average and the foam was well placed and had a great taste. Service here was phenomenal and they practiced great safety with managing the current Covid-19 epidemic by staying six feet away from customers while still providing excellent service. We will definitely be returning customers! read more

I discovered this place thats only 3 min from my house. I have been coming here everyday and would have continued to keep coming here since its so close to my house. But had the employees been a been more courteous and respectful. The 4th visit I came in with my mom and a baby in the stroller and the cashier yelled out from the register saying I cannot come in without a mask. If he only asked respectfullly, greeted me with a hello welcomed to our store ... may you please wear a mask ... or offer one. But he came out to be loud, rude and unwelcoming. My mom and I were shocked and offended after that and we just left. The 3 times I have come here and bought the passion fruit tea, tiger boba, the waffles and they were incredibly delicious. I definitely rate this place a five star. The first time I came here I brought my 3 year old daughter and there's stuffed animals being sold her as well as candles and key chains, etc.. We ended up buying a boba stuffy and its been my daughters favorite stuff. I would have been here everyday seriously. I have met the other staff here and they are incredibly friendly. Theres was also a male staff member or maybe owners i spoke to the 3rd time I came? He was incredibly friendly and suggested other drinks that I should try next time. read more

I ordered the "Top Sellers Bread Box" through Grubhub. For this selection, you are unable to choose which types of bread you want. The box is pre-arranged and may include duplicate items; however each item was fresh and delicious. My boyfriend really likes their bread. read more

Coffee: if you love Sweet coffee it's for you . Personally I have tired their special coffees is too sweet and double espresso is way too bitter . If you the type enjoy high quality coffee it's not a place for u. Bakery : is very standard but definitely better than 85 degree. It's sad they get rid of their tuna bread I personally think that was the best bakery they offered. Staffs: also friendly and welcoming. So overall, if you are going just for bakery I think is fine but coffee definitely can pass on. read more

Pretty decent, a little bummed we didn't get to try the drink we wanted to try from when this place was called press coffee. We tried the basic brown sugar boba latte with oat milk and it was better than some places but not the best. They are doing good with the social distancing and will bring your drink out to you after you order so you don't crowd the building. read more

I told myself I would start writing reviews for 2020 and beyond! I've been to thousands of places and need to start reviewing them! I started my day here with an americano and an apple pastry. Both were delicious and great service! The espresso was the right temperature and well balanced, and the apple pastry baked in house. You could tell: it was so flaky and warm but not too sweet. I also prefer the vibe of this cozy place to corporate coffee places (you know who they are). It's also a great place to chill and do some work on a laptop. Even though I don't live in the area, I'll make it a point to stop by to try some of their other items soon! read more

Stopped by this little spot that is having a Soft Grand Opening and a 20% off deal. I had to try the tiramisu latte and it even had freshly shaved chocolate pieces on top! Best of all is they even offer Oat Milk! Not bad for a coffee shop just starting our, Starbucks doesn't even offer that. Needless to say the drink was great. Total Tiramisu flavor! It's a small little shop but enough tables a set up to get work done and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and answered my question (what's a "cortado").. which is what I'll be trying next time. Congrats on the opening! read more

Drinks (teas and coffee): 5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Pastries: 5/5 I'm SO happy they opened a location here in Brea as the Irvine one is a bit of a drive for me now. Although the variety of pastries they carry here is limited as opposed to the other location, the quality of the bread and drinks are still exceptional. The iced grapefruit green tea is SOO good..as they use real grapefruit so you get the refreshing pulpy sips. This time, I decided to try out their coffee & was blown away. Usually I'm pretty skeptical about trying coffee at places where coffee isn't their specialty. However, the espresso in my honey lavender latte was strong (just the way I like it) and so smooth! I love how it wasn't too sweet as many cafes overdo it with the syrups. A solid 10/10 for both times I tried their iced tea & iced honey lavender latte. They also have other non-dairy substitutes which is always a plus! Grab some fresh, fluffy pastries on the way out too. And mochi donuts if you get there in time and there's still any left :P. I really do hope they start expanding their selection of breads they carry in the near future (and maybe even some cakes, which is what they're also known for!). Obviously it's take-out only right now cus of COVID so they have you wait outside while your drink is being made & bring it out to you when ready. Love that they're taking extra precautions to keep both their staff & customers safe. I hope this bakery sticks around for many years to come cus I'm a fan!!! What a find! My mom and stumbled upon the cute spot to read and we loved our drinks and the pastries were definitely yummy! We will be back!

Usually very happy with the promptness of my order and service, but today was a total let down. Placed a pick-up order and arrived about 5 min early so I didn't mind waiting. As I arrived the associate asked my name and I let him know my name for pickup order and was then told they ran out of boba and it would take another 20 min. I feel as if you should have another batch on deck when you see you're running low so this does not happen. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience and there was no sense of urgency. I was very disappointed with this experience. read more

I have to be honest and say that this wasn't what I expected from looking at their Yelp photos. The shop is a lot smaller with barely enough room to stand around and wait for the drinks. They did have some yummy looking pastries on display though. Oh and it was like BTS exploded all over the shop with photos literally everywhere. The nutella latte I ordered was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out to be the right amount of nutella flavor and sweetness. My husband's brown sugar boba milk tea was overwhelmingly sweet. I guess if he had specified less sugar it wouldn't have been that bad. We left with donuts to go and cute boba plush we couldn't resist to get for the kids. We'll be back for another weekend coffee run! read more

Wow, SOme of the best coffee spots in the OC. I got the Spanish Coffee Tea and the Cold Brew Tea for me and my girl. We picked a good hot day to drink these after leaving the mall. I was looking for mochi donut around the area, and guess what? This Sunmerry has them! Based on my research, they don't have them in all Sunmerry locations (correct me if I'm wrong), it didn't say they have it in Irvine location. You know how the other mochi donut shop makes you buy half a dozen minimum and only makes 4 flavors per day? Well, not here! They have 8 different flavors, and it was just for me and my boyfriend, so we got 4, and they all SOO GOOD! Our favorite is Mango, it's not too sweet, but very aromac, which is something I like. P.S. I went here on a Tuesday evening, I was a little upset, because I looked it up and especially drove out in hopes of getting some, but they actually only have mochi donut on certain days (schedule was nowhere to be found online, as of Oct 27th, 2020), I took a picture of the time, unfortunately I lost it, but I'm sure one of the days are Wednesdays @10AM, because that's the time I got them and took a picture of these little cuties! read more

I have to say the main reason pushing me to write a review was the service I received when I came in. The girl who helped me was so kind and even sweeter when she gave me my drink. The best teas I've ever had, especially the fruit teas! They are absolutely amazing. I also love that I can choose the sweetness levels.

Great service and Great drinks every time I go. Especially today with this rude customer blocking the line. **She was being quite extra about not getting her refund on her raisin bread that she was refunded. The baristas took my order while that lady was holding up everyone and being quite selfish in my opinion** Anyways, the baristas did an amazing job handling that situation and serving our drinks with great attitudes. 5 out of 5 experience all the time. read more

My go-to drink from Sunmerry is the Jasmine Green Tea with Salted Cheese. We got the iced large for $5. I was so excited to get this drink, but it was kind of disappointing. Compared to other locations, this one does not make it as good. Our drinks were filled with a lot of ice and tasted watered down. I kept getting chunks of ice as I was drinking it. You couldn't really taste the salted cheese. It just tasted like a regular jasmine green tea. I prefer the Irvine and 626 locations. Service was quick and safety precautions were in place for covid but I wouldn't come back for their salted cheese drinks. read more
