This is amazing stop. It hit all the spots....spicy, hot, healthy and delicious. Of course it's in the mall so it was quite loud here. It's in the food court so you order at the counter and take your food to eat in the main area. I love Sult'an Pepper in the tunnels so I decided to try it in Memorial City Mall as well. It unfortunately did not hit the same. It was definitely good for mall food but did not have the same depth of flavor as the other location that I was used to. Definitely still a tasty mediterranean option in the mall with fresher options than a lot of other vendors. Maybe my it was just my beef kafta and sides I got. Stopped in for a quick lunch while shopping at Memorial City Mall. Service was greet. The staff were warm and friendly. Answered all my questions. My wife and I were looking for a quick lunch on the healthy side. We decided to give Sultan Pepper a try. There display was beautifully presented and everything looked fresh. E weren't disappointed. My gyro was huge. Lots of beef & lamb and with lettuce tomato & onion. Delicious. FUI, the server carefully weights the gyro meat to be sure everyone gets the right sized serving. My gel salad was crisp, with plenty. Cheese, tomato, pepperoni and just the right amount of dressing. ( not drowning the lettuce). I hadn't been in this place in a while. I chose the falafel platter for $7.57. It's falafel pieces served over rice and lettuce and tomatoes. The staff person who served me had his mask down. The falafel pieces are very salty. I don't think I'll get falafel again. The owner/manager told me I won't like it the next time then because that's how it's prepared. The taste won't change he said. Never thought I'd be reviewing a place located in the food court of a mall but here we are. The people behind the counter are so friendly and I am always impressed by the freshness of the food. The salads, meats, pita, etc. is always on point. The chicken shawarma wrap (I get it spicy) is my go to - plenty of filling with a garlicky sauce and the pita is perfectly griddled. My go-to side is the tabouleh salad but they have several other options including a serve-yourself salad bar. Signature Beef Eggplant, Tabouleh salad, and Spicy Hummus. Everything was fantastic. The eggplant was hot (in heat) and flavorful. The Tabouleh was very fresh and tasty. I usually order the veggie plate special (~$7) you can pick 4 veggie sides. I always get the Mediterranean salad, spicy hummus which comes with pita bread, pesto pasta, and their roasted potatoes. All delicious but the spicy hummus is my absolute favorite! It's just the right amount of spice and it's soo good. Highly recommend! Their Mediterranean salad is light and refreshing. The pesto pasta and the roasted potatoes were on the heavier side but it's still good. This plate will definitely fill you up because they give you a decent amount of food. The prices have increased crazy amount. Sandwhiches were 6.99 to $9 and the fries combo was 2$ now $ 4. I had to pay $30 for 2 sandwiches and the worst part is the attitude. They changed everything in this place, it used to be so much better now they don't even offer refills on the drinks. Customer service poor. I absolutely loved this place . I was so hungry today and there's so many options at the memorial mall food court but this place was definitely the way to go! I was originally making the line for chipotle till I noticed this joint and noticed they had shawarmas, so I had to try . I had the salad meal which brings 4 sides for 11 dollars great portions . And I also had a chicken shawarma Ofcourse. Everything was delicious I am extremely full which is great because people usually over charge and serve very little but this place was great . So much food for only 21 dollars plus a drink! Definitely worth it I love this place and will be coming back . And it family owned which I absolutely appreciate . HALAL People and Everyone: Great tasty food with the help of it not making you lethargic after you eat it. My three favorite things are the Sultan Platter(chicken), the baklava and the falafel. Sultan Platter: The yellow rice in the platter is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Just yellow rice itself without the meat and veggies is delicious. Kinda wish y'all would let us buy it alone. Hehe. Do add the orange sauce, it helps the chicken. If you get gyro, you only get like 4 pieces.... might need to fix that. Overall, it's my favorite and when we stayed near the hospital we had it at least 10 times and the taste was consist. Baklava: Just the perfect amount of sweetness and crisp. I usually don't like baklava but this one was perfect. The Falafel: It actually tastes like the real deal. And with hummus... yummyy! Side note: The one thing I would critique is the to-go boxes for the platters. They really don't close and it can easily cause the food to fall or slip. Please, we don't want a happy customer step out and realize their food has been exposed, making a mad customer. The owner is kind and professional with service. read more

I work 1 mile from Sul'tan and was eager to try this place. I ordered a simple rice dish and a salad. I chose delivery and was prompted with a 35-45 min wait time.. Seems reasonable right? Two hours later, here I sit with not food, lunch well past over. No contact from the restaurant. I contacted Grubhub who fullfilled the order and they gave me a refund so 5 stars to them. I imagine their food is good from the other comments, but I guess I'll never know... Edit: management reached out to me. What a gem to have in a mall. Excellent food and very reasonable prices. There is another restaurant in the food court serving similar food (will remain nameless), but why go there when you can support a smaller, local business that has been in operation longer? The only complaint I might have is that there are two lines. If you want a sandwich, you have to order at a separate register near the entrance for some reason. If you want anything else, you just walk up to the employees and order. Seems to cause unnecessary confusion, but whatever, the food is excellent. read more
