Although we didn't receive the rice we had ordered, they made up for it by providing extra pita. One challenge was that the AC wasn't working, but the staff handled it as best as they could by bringing out a large kitchen fan to help keep guests comfortable. I picked something else and was confirming what it came with, and rather than point me in the right direction, she went back and forth with me. My husband has worked in the restaurant business and was shocked at the interaction. I wanted to order an alcoholic beverage, but after the negative interaction, I opted to leave it at food only. Found out that they actually gave my food to another person who had already left the restaurant. Several mins later the man returned when he realized that they gave him the wrong food, AND they tried to give me that same food the man had returned. Then the cashier was upset when I wouldn't accept the food. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. To make matters worse, I later called to report the situation to the manager and it turns out the manager was the one that tried to give me the mishandled food. Plus the employee I spoke to also tried to defend and justify the behavior. He said "I don't think there was anything wrong with the food". There is obviously something wrong going on at this place. Needless to say I will never return.
