I used to love Fadi's, it was a great restaurant you could go to any day and know you are going to have a well priced high quality meal. However, today was not like before. My girlfriend and I always order the same thing. Gyro plate, avocado salad, beats and spinach's with cheese. The gyro meat was very burnt and dry, the avocado salad was brown; spinach and cheese was VERY dry and the tzatziki sauce tasted expired. We have eaten here in the past when it was amazing but recently this past year it has been another story. I hope it gets better but for now I cannot recommend Fadis, especially the westheimer location. read more

Not that I've had extensive experience with Mediterranean food but this is definitely the best Mediterranean restaurant I've ever visited. The welcoming and comforting ambience had me as I walked up through the front doors. The pick of fresh out the oven pitas, the amazing assortment of freshly grilled vegetables and the tender grilled chicken kabobs had me happy I stopped here for lunch. The complimentary tea service at the end of the meal was perfection. Seeing the other dishes available from folks at other tables made me look forward to making it here again to trying more from the menu. read more

Super delicious Mediterranean spot! It's cafeteria style where you grab a try and tell them what you want. I ordered 1 entree + 2 sides (~$17). They have a plethora of sides to choose from, and I decided the chicken kabobs (forgot to take picture) with Greek salad and pesto pasta. It comes with 2 giant pieces of pita or chips. The chicken kabobs tasted so fresh and flavorful. It was on a bed of rice with a side of garlic sauce, which was extra garlicky. The pesto pasta was cold, but I really enjoyed it. It was topped with crumbled feta cheese. The Greek salad was pretty basic, and not much stood out to it. The lady added too much dressing to it, so it was too tangy. Another Fadi's restaurant pops up on the Galleria side of Westheimer and of course I had to try it since a lot of Fadi's have their own differences! (No food pics because we all ate our food fast ) + Menu: Standard Fadi's Menu - nothing different and nothing missing. They do have specials though such as a meal for 4 which is $34.99 and a daily special that is $18.49 + Seating: Lots of seating! Most of their tables are on the bigger side though so if you were to eat by yourself you would most likely be seating at a table for 4 + Service: Fast service! Usually at other Fadi's when you order their kebobs or kafta you would usually have to actually wait the 10-15 minutes for it to ready but our kebabs were ready by the time we were getting ready to sit down! The staff is nice too! + Food: Delicious as always! There are small differences between the food here such as the pita breads being slightly thicker than normal and the lamb wasn't as fall off the bone tender. Only complaints are that the potatoes had a lot of lemon on them so it gave them a very sour taste and the soda fountain was giving flat and almost flavorless soda (according to my brother and dad). + Parking: The lot is on a tiny thin strip which means the parking is also on a tiny thin strip I was luckily able to get parking right in front of the restaurant on a Thursday night but I bet at a busier time there would be a parking struggle. + Would I go here again: Definitely! read more

Chicken is juicy and very flavorful. Everything was very yummy!! But Wow! I'm not one for hype, but it was definitely better than I had expected. I could have easily been fine going with the 2 side plate as I didn't realize it came with rice as well. They are not stingy! The portions are large. So definitely room for lots of left overs. The interior of Fadi's in Westheimer location looks very nice and clean with a good service. However, the food was such a disappointment, first of all they didn't have many options available (no chicken), and the beef and lamb meat was dry and chewy. Tried: lamb shank, cabbage rolls, beef kebab. Also the famous delicious guava drink was here very thick and tasteless. I think I only liked the sides at that point, the kale salad was the winner. I would recommend to choose different location if you want to enjoy Fadi's. read more

This is the best Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food I have ever had. The meat was cooked fresh to order, there was a large selection of side options that were colorful and equally flavorful, and the pita bread was baked in house. We had the chicken and lamb kabobs. The lamb meat was a little tough but still tasted delicious. When we thought the experience couldn't get any better, one of the waitresses brought us a brand new basket of freshly baked pita bread near the end of our meal to help us finish off the delicious hummus and babaganoush. Hi, I am a frequent customer of the Fadi's Westheimer location. The food is absolutely delicious, which is why I keep trying . The ambiance is alluring and appears to be very clean. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't necessarily say they are bias towards Mediterranean clientele, I am American, I live in TX. I get extremely aggravated with them , not even trying to understand what I want, when I call them, or go inside to order. Maybe that's how they are with everyone. If that is the case, they need a course in Southern Hospitality. The menu's have changed, and ALL of the many websites, and believe me there are way too many, for this restaurant at this location, all of them with different prices, restrictions, and forget about special requests, most of the time those are ignored. Sometimes I just give up and order from another restaurant. Which is sad, because I do love the food I get. read more

Absolutely, one of the best Mediterranean/Lebanese restaurants I have ever been to. If you have the opportunity to dine in, do so. The food and portion sizes is incredible. At the time of my visit, there was a combo meal special. You get a choice of 1 meat, out of 4 choices. This also includes 3 half size sides. This special, even though it was for a single person. Was enough to share with another person. If you can't stay and dine inside, they do offer takeout. Even with takeout, the portion size is huge. I strongly recommend this restaurant. I am so disappointed after ordering from Fadis - I thought this was a fine Greek restaurant it turns out it is a chain fast food Greek? Idk I couldn't tell on doordash... but.. the "fried" cauliflower was cold and mush - and the chicken was missing its topping and flavor. The rice is not flavorful and the pesto pasta wasn't chilled when it arrived neither was the Lebanese salad the ingredients did not feel or taste fresh. I love Fadi's food in general but the service at this location is great. The employees were actually sweet and warm: it's my first time in 15 years of trips that I felt comfortable asking questions about the different items. Maybe it's because the distance between the server and customer is smaller? Smaller restaurant in general? It wasn't quieter, but, I could actually hear the guy on the other side of the counter. Because i could ask questions, I tried new stuff. A++++ homemade custard (flan), super fresh falafel (which came out so fast; normally I wait 10 mins), and I now know & love the lentil soup. I don't remember the curries at other locations either, and they were nice to try. Plus, I'd been ordering from my regular location in the wrong way and was paying 25% more than I needed to on my regular order - I would've known if I could've actually heard the server way back when I started being a regular at another location. Decor was nice and new and modern. I went back and the half-side servings are smaller; however, I was charged about $1 less. I don't know if they lowered the price to match another Fadi's or it was the cashier's mistake. Twice I've seen salmon salad among the veggie choices. That's excellent for pescatarians like me. The hot tea served at the end was lukewarm. The food is so fresh, authentic, and the people are amazing! It's also incredibly reasonably priced. Make sure to ask for the chai after you're done eating!
