Thank goodness they can pull up all purchases by your phone number, so my return was processed faster than the time I spent waiting in line. The absence of a dedicated register should mean more space for merchandise, but they were out of many products.

He knew exactly what I was looking and showed that it was hidden because people will commonly try to hide it for one reason or another. There were all the things you would expect a beauty supply to have, jewelry, wigs, extensions and all of the various product brands you know and love. Unfortunately, ALL sales are final so that's the major reason for 4 versus 5 stars. So it doesn't matter if the package is unopened with the seal intact with a receipt. Once you buy, it's yours! She explained the process, took a before picture of my gray roots, and found my correct color. She recorded it in the computer, so that I can go to any location in the future. While she applied the color, I sat in the cool little gown to protect my clothes. Once she was done, she made me tea and I read a magazine while I was waiting. She finished with a wash, and an explanation of the blow dryer bar, which had free product to use, brushes, and a blow dryer. I finished my hair, and Tiara took an after picture of my roots. This was the most fantastic hair coloring experience that I have ever had! Thank you, Tiara! Highly Recommend!
