More than two weeks after the retreatment, I still had visible movement and lines. I've been getting neuromodulators for several years, and I've never had a treatment fail like this--let alone a retreatment. Instead of addressing the fact that the follow-up treatment also failed to produce the promised result, I was told I was now "outside their adjustment window because it had been eight weeks since my original appointment." ?????? That completely ignores that they chose to retreat me on June 8 because the first treatment hadn't achieved the desired outcome. Rather than standing behind their work or offering a reasonable resolution, they simply suggested I try a different product and pay again in the future.

If you don't do an add on or buy a product they genuinely treat you worse or act really annoyed- even though you're already spending over $120 on monthly service. She did a great job on the bleaching and it's not damaged at all. The main gripe I have is that the dye she put on top washed out after one wash with purple shampoo, something that had never happened to me before when I had gotten my hair balayaged elsewhere in the past (nor when I'd gotten it toned every two months). She'd recommended using overtone conditioner--unfortunately, the silver overtone conditioner did nothing except give my hair a green twinge (looks a lot like hay currently.) When I panicked and told Doan about this she was kind and offered me useful advice--clarifying shampoo, which I hadn't thought about--and relayed the brand of dye she used so I wouldn't have an alternative salon use it on me in the future. Sadly, only two weeks after getting my hair done I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed, hence the three stars. :(
