I booked a couples massage with ease on their online booking website. We arrived for a midday Thursday massage and was greeted warmly by the receptionist who escorted us to the lounges which smelled great and offered tea, water and chocolates. Our massage therapists Brenda and Naomi were fantastic. We both left feeling relaxed and recharged. If ever in the area again, we will definitely pay them a visit.
I went in for a 1-hour massage and while getting my service done all I could think about is when is the next time I'll be here. I came in on a weekday afternoon with an appointment. It was quick and easy to check out and head to their lounge. While in there they have an assortment of tea, waters and chocolates. The florals all around the spa and the smells in the spa were divineeee. Shortly after starting to get comfy my massage therapist came to get me. Jennifer was lovely , she did exactly what I needed (not too hard). The bed was warm and comfy and I loved the ambiance over all. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.
Unwind Wellness - Navy Yard met and exceeded all of our expectations. I worked closely with their coordinator, Anna, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach by email, text, or phone, and her communication made everything simple and stress-free. The setup was beautiful and perfect for the bachelorette spa party I hosted. Every guest received a massage and the feedback from all the girls was incredible. Our bride had a postnatal massage as she just had a baby the month prior. Afterward, we relaxed in their private room for about an hour, enjoying champagne, light bites, and lunch. Their sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere made it feel special and intimate. The girls were so surprised how flavorful the sandwich were. Especially the jerk, chicken sandwich and the beef sandwich. The partner they work with for food, champagne, and decorations was amazing and so attentive. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. Overall, the entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and memorable. It was our first visit to Unwind Wellness - Navy Yard, but it will not be our last. We're already looking forward to going back for more massages and another perfect day of self-care. Five stars all around. Also special shout out to my masseuse, whose name was Francese. Her hands are magical and she stretched me and gave me an abundant amount of tips to help with my problem areas. She even gave me a tip to listen to Tibetan Healing Flute and a Thunderstorm on Ocean Waves when I'm struggling to sleep at night. Definitely recommend
Visiting DC with my son and his sister, the plan was for facials at Silver Mirror -- Navy Yard. Well after the facials, the kids wanted massages (how sway of them!) I looked up massages in the area and came upon Unwind Wellness. Unwind Wellness was well within walking distance of Silver Mirror Facial Bar, so I made appointments for the three of us. Very surprised to see how inexpensive a thirty minute massage session was for THREE people!! Upon entrance, we were checked in, offered tea|water and led to the lounge|waiting area. My son and his sister were shown the direction of the bathrooms. The Lounge | Waiting area was a vibe in of itself, I could definitely see myself lounging there (without a massage appointment). It was very comfy and cozy. The wait for my masseuse was not very long. I was led to Room 9 by my masseuse. She allowed me to undress to my comfortableness before preceding with my massage. She asked me what type of pressure I needed and areas to focus. She immediately was able to feel the tension in my neck and shoulders and worked her magic. She massaged me deeply which I needed (the next day I was a little sore, but less tense). The room and massage was definitely relaxing and at times I felt myself zoning out. Will definitely be back for another massage, but this time BEFORE the facial!!
Super easy to book. I was visiting DC and wanted to relax. I found this spa that was around the corner from my hotel and to my excitement they had availability same day for a facial and massage. Both services were absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here when I visit DC again!
I went here for the first time 7 months pregnant for a prenatal massage and it was such a great experience! I had called ahead of time prior to scheduling an online appointment to ask who would be the most experienced in prenatal massages and they recommended Naomi. She was wonderful, kind, patient, and paid close attention to details. She asked how her pressure was and if I was feeling ok every 15 minutes or so. The room was super clean, had great and relaxing spa-like sounds, and the oil was the perfect warm temperature. I ended up purchasing a package for 5 additional prenatal massages leading up to my due date because it was so great.
I had the most luxurious experience at Unwind Navy Yard! This was my very first massage, and I chose a prenatal session as I near my due date. My mom was visiting, so we booked a couples room. She got the signature massage (which she loved) while I had the prenatal. Both were absolutely wonderful. The whole experience felt professional, relaxing, and truly spa-like, exactly what you hope for in a massage. I was nervous going in (I'm a pretty modest person), and we both had male therapists, but they made us feel completely comfortable and respected our privacy the entire time. They went above and beyond to ensure we never felt awkward, and the couples room helped me feel at ease. The receptionist was also lovely, so welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. A few tips for first-timers: - Arrive early to check in, use the restroom, and settle in so your massage time starts smoothly. - You'll be draped the whole time (start off more modestly as they will work the parts they need to as the massage goes on, but don't be afraid to ask if something needs adjusting for comfort, they're great at helping with this. - Showers are available on-site, but I was glad I showered and shaved my legs at home beforehand for my own comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful first experience and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you're considering a prenatal massage. I'm already looking forward to coming back after baby arrives!

She was incredibly prompt and professional, providing exceptional customer service throughout. The entire process--from selecting the food to organizing and scheduling massages for 11 women--was a breeze thanks to her expertise. On the day of my event, the spa itself was simply beautiful and relaxing. I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist and Antonio, who is absolutely amazing. We were assigned our own massage therapist, and they were all amazing! I felt less tense and relaxed once it was over. As part of my package, I rented their lounge space, and the decorations and food presentation exceeded my expectations! Antonio went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. As the mom-to-be, I was able to truly relax while he handled all the details--pouring our beverages, plating my food, and making sure we had everything we needed. It was the best spa experience I've ever had, and I definitely plan to book again! Thank you all so much! My friends enjoyed the space and the event just as much as I did, and that's entirely because of your dedication to putting customers first!
Amazing experience with Avis! First time getting the lymphatic combo massage and she was very informative and gentle. Put in extra attention to my troubled areas. Can't wait to come back! Beautiful location as well!
I was given this experience a gift and let me tell you...Antonio and his staff are top tier. He and his assistant, Simon was so attentive. My masseuse was Jayda, and she was fantastic and understood the assignment. This was such a dope experience. Will be working to make this monthly in 2026.
Spoke to Ana who checked the schedule and told me I would get a formal quote in 4 days. On day 5 she sends me a quote and 15 minutes later, while talking to her she asked me to change the date. Beyond unprofessional and don't trust your events to them! To add insult to injury, Ana provides me with another clients phone number when I asked for her Manager's number...I call and I am shocked to find out it is a purchase number. Absolutely crazy day!

I had an exceptional experience at Unwind Wellness (Navy Yard location) for my 40th birthday celebration. From start to finish, everything was absolute perfection. Chris coordinated all of my reservations and handled every detail seamlessly. They truly did not miss a beat. From the beautifully curated setup to the thoughtful touches--balloons, champagne, mimosas, strawberry lemonade, sparkling water, tea, and an incredible spread of light bites (charcuterie, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and strawberry shortcake)--everything was executed flawlessly. The experience felt incredibly exclusive, almost like I had the entire spa to myself and my guests. Antonio, the owner, greeted us personally and ensured we received white glove treatment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I genuinely felt like a queen celebrating such a special milestone. When I walked into the lounge and saw the setup, I was overwhelmed--in the best way. I actually cried. The robes, slippers, added seating, and overall décor were stunning. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. My massage with Brenda was phenomenal. She worked out tension I didn't even realize I was carrying, and her nurturing, calming energy made the experience even more special. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and completely restored. I'll absolutely be booking with her again--and I'm already planning to return for a facial with Ruby. If you've ever considered celebrating your birthday--or any special occasion--this way, run, don't walk to Unwind Wellness. I would rate this experience a 1000 out of 10. Antonio and his team are AMAZING!! My friend celebrated her 40th birthday party here and his team went ALL out!! They treated with the luxury we deserved!! This place smells good from the outside before you even walk in. I felt relaxed the moment I walked in! We were greeted with a beautifully decorated sitting room overflowing with a delectable spread of a fruit and treats. My 60-minute massage was divine! I had Otelia and she has healing hands! I fell asleep at twice and didn't want to get up when it was over. The room was peaceful and serene, and the music was the perfect level. I highly recommend this place for all things!! read more

Brought my partner here to celebrate his birthday and we loved our experience! We both got a facial massage and 90 minute deep tissue- also got him the detox body wrap which he enjoyed. They did a great job with the interior design of the spa- bright, pretty, clean. Customer service was above and beyond! Natalia at the front desk was super helpful, answering all my questions and attending to our needs promptly. Weeks before was inquiring about services and the manager Alekssa was super helpful, answering my questions over text. The owner Antonio was super hospitable and charming, as a birthday surprise they gifted us some Prosecco, juice, fruit and even brought us a cupcake with a candle! Ruby did my facial massage and it was heavenly. Edward did my deep tissue massage, he was also fantastic. LOVED- everything from the ambience to spa services to customer service. Highly recommend! Decided to go here for my birthday and the reviews were not lying! I think that was the most in depth best massage I've ever gotten. Shoutout to my masseuse Naomi for asking the right questions about where most of my tension was. She was really able to get in there and help me relieve a lot of the tension I was feeling in my upper back and shoulders. When I did arrive however, they weren't able to get me started until 45 minutes after because my masseuse was stuck in traffic. They ended up calling someone else and comped me for the time that I spent waiting. Besides that, it was hard not to give them 5 stars. Will be coming again! Pro tip: if you find street parking, the max amount of time is 2 hours read more

Loved this place, from the aesthetic, to the customer service to the actual service. We did a couple message and when we left we felt restored. I often have sore muscles from weightlifting and this massage reset me. Friendly staff and very pleasant atmosphere. read more

I went to Unwind Wellness in Navy Yard for the first time this week and I must say that this is my new Go To location. First, the location is absolutely beautiful and presents a sense of calmness and zenness. Second, the location has a lounge with is a plus because you can relax in the lounge and enjoy complimentary tea and water before your session. They also offer Yogi tea, which is my favorite tea brand. Third, my esthetician was Yasmine and what a beautiful person. Yasmine was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. She made the experience even more enjoyable. She gave me helpful tips and informed me of everything that she was doing during my facial. I will absolutely return and I will be looking for Yasmine. Thank you for a great experience and a great way to kick off the holiday season. read more
