There was no cashier person to take any orders nor offer help to two old ladies needing help until they came up to the girl behind the counter to ask for assistance. Anyway, seems too that now fewer employees behind the counter. I ordered a double char with cheese from the kiosk although there was no cheese on the burger. Also, the actual burger looks small and flat as compared to the picture on the kiosk. I didn't really make a big deal about the cheese since I probably can do without cheese. I like new technology and convenience of it but I don't necessarily like using the kiosk since they don't clean off the screen after each person uses it, so germs can be easily picked up by touching the kiosk screen and then touching one's food forgetting to wash one's hands after touching the screen that many people touched ordering their food.
