I went here yesterday around 5-6pm and their workers are RUDE and LAZY!!! I was warned by my mother abt them prior to going, the customer service was HORRIBLE! I was ready to leave all 3 of my sandwiches and go to another subway, but it wasn't in my character to do so. The lady made my sandwiches with an attitude, gave me the 3 tiny remaining tomatoes, and said she would have to go to the back to get more, yet she refused to. Also they wouldn't bring more Swiss cheese or shredded cheese to the front, which led me to ask are they closing soon, I was ignored. I told the woman "a little mustard", and she put a lot. She put all the olives on one side of my Grannies sandwich, and hardly toasted my sandwiches. It's a subway I don't know about you but it is what it is and if you come in you know what you like. For a suggestion I'll throw out the Cold cut combo on the 12 inch jalapeño cheddar bread with mustard mayo cucumbers Bell peppers onion jalapeños and yellow peppers with a finish of salt and pepper oil and vinegar. I came in last night and asked for a Cali fresh turkey sub .. I made myself clear because this is not the first time the same kid has messed up and had an attitude . The little girl was too busy talking to her sister inside the store . . I went back inside to let them know my avacado was missing and so was the stuff I asked for . I'm tired of these kids not caring and getting away with it . The little girl told me not to fucken come back if Im going to complain . I told her to do her job correctly . First time coming to this subway and I'm just disappointed. There was a lady working there so rude to the client infront of me kept cutting her off when she spoke to her and had attitude. When it's my turn to order my sandwich she made me feel rushed to make my sandwich. Mind you I am now the only customer there. I ordered avocado and I am aware that they charge extra. But this lady put a quarter of the avocado for my foot long sand which. And when I told her your suppose to put a whole half of the avocado she said "we can if we want to but we don't have to." I was in shock your charging me for extra add on and I'm getting skimped from my add ons. Another typical day at Subway and usually my experiences with other Subways are poor. However, on a long trip to DisneyLand I just had the craziest urge for a good sandwich. Honestly, the workers were so kind and compared to any horrid experience I've had at a late night Subway in San Francisco, this was by far the most enjoyable. The service and attention given was amazing and I would come back on my trip back north! I appreciated how the person who was waiting for my order was patient and understanding of my indecisiveness. My husband and I used to go to this Subway every couple of weeks. They no longer accept our coupons that come in our mail. They are not "participants" for the coupons any longer. The owner of this subway is the kindest person I've met in ages.. I came in in the morning just to get a coffee and charge my phone so I could call triple a because my car and phone are dead. I have been charged for a transaction twice, once on Paypal through subway app and the second time when the store manager Repul saw an opportunity to pretend the transaction didn't go through and asked me to pay for the second time. I called Subway corporate but they didn't seem to care much and their solution was to make the same manager who ripped me off call me back and still pretended the first payment didn't go through and insisted on keeping the money. I have receipts from both transactions and I am planning to take this further. Will update this review once the issue is resolved. read more

Worst customer service and meal Prep ever. they are slow, sloppy and not accommodating to the customers at all! I will not be spending my money here again I was charged for a sandwich FULL PRICE and I was not able to do any substitutes because I do not eat the particular type of meat SUGGESTED. Couldn't change my choice of meats but was going to still be charged the full price. When I spoke with the manager she would not make any exceptions to satisfy the customer. Slowest workers ever!! I came in and no one was in the front I waited for them to clear out, when they finally did she started making my SUB but talking to her coworker so she was going soooo slow!!! She literally put like so little cheese I had to pay extra for more and she put me the same amount other subways put but not paying extra They didn't have water cups either. I worked at this subway for about two months. They only promote Indian workers to become managers, they violate health & safety laws such as food temperature and proper time & date markings and employee rights such as breaks and overtime pay, they encourage employees to give far less than the standard subway veggie and meat portions unless you ask for "extra," and they also encouraged us to slip extra charges into the customer's bill, such as a bag of chips or a soda. (If they came back we were told to refund it and admit it as our own mistake, but only about half of the people ever did this which resulted in the owner making a huge profit off of them.) In short, if you go to this subway and buy a sandwich, not only will it be of poor quality but you will also be supporting a corrupt business in the process. read more

I love Subway and can eat their fine inexpensive sandwiches almost every day, however let me tell you about my horrible experience at this particular franchise. Never have I had anyone make such a skimpy sandwich out of already cheap vegetables. I doubt that they even wash their vegetables. I went with a couple of coworkers today and the tuna made us sick. Care and concern for my daughter has just morphed into anger and outrage with the manager (Barbara) of Subway at South and Cherry. My kid was up all night with violent vomiting, and diarrhea. Her doctor confirmed that it's food poisoning, from the subway she ate last night. She's feeling better now, and we're waiting for the health department epidemiologist to call and talk to her. People are heading out for lunch soon. I called Subway to give them a heads up on what's going on, and what my daughter had on her sandwich. I didn't want them to poison anyone else. Barbara wanted to keep interrupting me to tell me that the tuna is made fresh daily. I finally got through to her that the kid didn't eat tuna. She had Black Forest ham, roast turkey, red onions, cucumber, and spinach. Barbara insisted that they don't sell bad food. I stressed that sometimes food comes from the farm or distributor already contaminated. I would have had as much success just talking to a wall. They plan to take no action unless the health department says to. A whole lot of people are going to get a big surprise after their lunch. I guess Barbara doesn't have a clue about all the people who have fallen ill, or died, as a result of eating contaminated raw spinach in recent years. I'm not one to believe every bad review. I like to see things for myself. I am not surprised about negative reviews as I have witnessed first hand that they are true after my experience here today. From the moment I walked in I felt unwanted. My server didn't smile and acted as if I was keeping her from something more important. She just threw the items on the bread and seemed to be annoyed that I wanted the sandwiches toasted. It's seems like that type of behavior is accepted there. Shame on her and shame on Subway for keeping her employed there. She should not be in a position where she deals with the public. I'm a big tipper when warranted but I didn't leave her a penny. Even her co-worker treated the other customers badly. One day I will give them another chance but it won't be anytime soon. I'm tempted to call the Area Supervisor and report them. read more

If you want your subway sandwich served with a side of RUDENESS, then I welcome you to feast amongst the uncaring, potty-mouthed, no eye-contact giving "sandwich artists". I have never had a negative experience at a Subway, until I came here. It was interesting to note that the gentlemen customer was greeted but not a female (me) while entering the facility. I brushed that off thinking it was a silly thought of mine. Secondly, a customer tried to help out this business by nicely returning change from their machine because it gave him too much. He was kindly suggesting that they check their change machine. The abrupt and insensitive response that followed: "That machine doesn't make errors!" WOW! I put that incident to the side. Finally, the person making my sandwich did NOT give me any eye contact, not even when he rudely dug through my spinach to find a sliver of a bell pepper because I asked for more bell peppers.
