I came to this establishment over a few weeks ago(Yelp took down my original review) looking forward to getting a sandwich and was happy that it was 24 hours. I went inside to get from one of your associates. (Yelp doesn't want me to put description of what the associate looks like as they would flag it) She seemed nice in demeanor and made my sandwich. I noticed my sandwich didn't seem as filled in comparison to other sandwiches I've gotten in the past. When I got home to enjoy the sandwich, my sandwich looked like it had no chicken, mostly bacon cheese and veggies. I decided to go back to the establishment to have my order fixed. When I presented the whole sandwich (opened up for her to view) to the associate, she said that she put chicken in my sandwich. As I looked at the open sandwich, I couldn't see any chicken. I asked for a refund. She was not going to complete this request. I asked her to give me the manager's number. She just looked at me with an attitude. She grabbed one of her gloves, to dissect it sandwich some more and found there was only little pieces of chicken, not the usual amount they put in the sandwich. She said this is the standard amount they put for a chicken sandwich (not true). This associate was not willing to provide a solution and any real customer service. As there was no manager in sight, I ended up grabbing my sandwich and left. Will be filing a grievance to corporate. The customer service thing this person couldn't done was to apologize for the inconvenience and add some chicken to the sandwich or something different/better to better the situation. read more

After my sandwich was made and I had gotten to the register to pay another customer behind me in line pointed out there was a dead fly in the spinach compartment. Then employee instead of taking out the container tried to move the fly off the vegetables and only remove the surface layer. Will not be eating from establishment again. Man the service here is absolutely astounding and the workers are very friendly and kind. When I went, I had a curly haired girl with glasses help me and she did everything so fabulously. She gave me such generous portions of the items I asked for and even fulfilled all of my orders and needs, for example, toasting my sandwich 4 times because I love my sandwich to be very crispy. My usual order has pastrami, bacon, tomato, spinach, and ranch, and the amazing work the curly hair girl did made my favorite sandwich taste like it was handed down to me from the heavens after a long day of working. I don't always go for subway but every once in a while I pay them a visit . My grandmother is actually the one that enjoys subway so I come and get her a sub. This location is kept clean and from the looks of it they are a high traffic location with stores like food 4 less and target nearby . Parking is plentiful but since it is in a busy shopping center it can get pretty packed . The employees weren't rude but they did seem kind of cold although it could be attributed to a packed house and a few loud kids in the building asking for cookies . So to start, the only reason I'm not putting employee names is because yelp takes down the whole review. Me and my sister both came in to get some lunch but were welcomed with rudeness and sas. The little girl (to immature to act like a young lady/women) threw me and my sisters subs together very messy. Not caring about the quantity of the amount of ingredients she put in or the quality of how the sandwich came out. The girl had placed the dressing on the edge of my sisters sandwich which caused it to become soggy.
