This spot of Jersey Mike's has been my go to spot, they continually get my online orders correct and promptly delivered to my home, the sandwiches come out delicious and always on point every time that I do an order or come in to place an order, the staff is always on point and welcomes you once you enter the door. read more

I had about 20min for lunch, and stopped into Jersey Mikes around 230p on a Friday. I was immediately greeted and assisted my the team, made to feel welcome. It was a line of about 6 customers, but everyone was helped speedily and accurately. Looks like one employee was being trained, but that didn't stop the efficient service. I had my usual, the #7, Turkey and Provolone, finished Mike's way. Tasty as always. Paired with Miss Vickie's jalapeño chips and fountain drink. Total, with tip, about $18. I decided to eat there, a delicious, quiet lunch. read more

Ordered on the app today in the early afternoon, and my sandwich was ready when I got there 10 minutes later. I was surprised as it was the weekend, but I guess its slow there on the weekends? My sandwich was delicious and made to order how I specified on the app. I forgot to add if they could separate the giant sandwich into halves and they did at the store when I got there with no issues. Staff was nice and friendly. Although, this store did not offer the Rosemary Parmesan in the app I was forced to go healthy and ordered Wheat bread. I'm glad because it was delicious. I like ordering the California club and do not forget Mike's way! It makes the sandwich that much tastier! read more

I was famished when I walked in there Saturday afternoon. Usually (especially when I'm starved), the orders ahead of me are either super complicated because of a difficult customer, or the workers do not have a particular sense of urgency. I have to tell everyone, I never saw a crew work that hard. Each one of them were working their tails off with smiles on each of their faces. Thank you ladies! Personally, I'm going through a difficult period and I really appreciate when I encounter people who genuinely care about what they are doing. It's also reflected in the quality of the sandwich they handed me. It really was perfectly made Mike's way. To Jose the manager (who I did already call), Thank you! read more

So let me start off by saying this was a online order. I arrive there literally no one greeted me. My pick up time was at 5:21p mind you this place is not packed, I didn't receive my order untill 5:35p. The two customers in line in front of me got their sandwiches before me when my order was an online order placed at 5p, . I'm not sure why they put me last but I hope it's not because of my religion or ethnicity. read more

The person who made my sandwich must have changed his gloves to new ones to prepare a new one. He was wearing used gloves. And I noticed, and he was very kind and attentive, but I think he was using that to distract me and not realize that he didn't change the dirty gloves he was wearing, and with those dirty gloves he was making my sandwich that I stupidly bought out of shame. Super unhygienic. I was even more embarrassed to tell him not to make me the sandwich anymore. I regret it, I threw $30 in the trash. BAD FOOD SERVICE! I'll have to go back to the Lakewood location, they're more hygienic there! read more

Great service! Kelly was super friendly and made my sandwich just the way I like it. Always a pleasure coming here!

I've been happy with the service and food the few times I've come to this location. The place is clean and complies with the covid-19 requirements and restrictions. I always order their gluten-free portobello, cheese, and onion sandwich. It is always fresh, hot, and tasty. The timeliness and efficiency of my order is something I like about their service as well at this location. Good job folks, you've won me over. read more

Horrible business ethics! They wanted to charge me more for a can of Stubborn soda, even though their fountain drink machine was out of order. This is what through me over the top. The soda can I wanted was cream soda, and they serve that in their fountain drink machine that wasn't working. How are you going to charge someone more money when 1, YOUR machine is out of order? And 2, the can soda I wanted had the same flavor as their fountain machine that was out of order!!!!Absolutely horrible! read more

Food and service are great! Always friendly and the food is fresh. Clean and well managed. I would definitely recommend this location.

Had some sub sandwiches delivered to my work very fresh very prompt. Very friendly service. Very tasty. I love the gluten-free cookie. I will keep trying every sandwich. Yummy yummy read more

I ordered a #9 and wanted one tomato cut in half. The man preparing the food grabbed a knife with avocado on it. I advised him that I have an allergy and cannot eat avocado. I then said I would hate to have to pass along the hospital bill. The man said "That would be Mike's issue to deal with". I replied by saying, "Well you prepared it and I don't want you getting fired over avocado." He replied in saying, "Again, that's Mike's issue to deal with!" I was appalled at his reply. He did care I had allergies. He didn't care it could land me into a hospital. He simply said, "That's Mike's issue To deal with!" read more

So I ordered 3 sides of Chipotle mayo. But explain to me why when I open up my bag, it isn't there? I called so that I can specify my order and still they don't get it correct. No wonder I stopped coming here before. This isn't the first time it's happened. Shame shame shame on this establishment to not read what they need to get right for people to be satisfied with their order. All you have to do is read and put everything in the bag. Don't make me come back because you made a mistake. read more

New kid in town and next door to my work. Fresh cut deli meat makes the sandwich almost melt in your mouth. The bread is good and Mike's way adds a unique flavor to the sandwich with vinegar, oil and pepper spicing up the bread. They have cold and hot sandwiches. Not as many options in fillers as the competition, but the end product is very good. Value wise, the competition may be cheaper in price. At $9 for a meal, this may not be your everyday lunch shop, but once a week it is a nice treat. Shop is new, so it is clean and inviting, fresh. Staff is friendly. Coupons are available on line. Get yours and give it a try. I think you will like it. read more

Extremely rude service from Dylan or Dillan, he claims to be a manager there and I would be shocked if that were true. He was completely unprofessional from the moment I walked inside so I assume his behavior is the same all the time. read more

Great sandwich place. Mikes way is the way to go. Pretty affordable for a lunch spot and they have a rewards program

Located off bellflower and alandra: horrible service NEVER order online they basically do what they want with your order. You'd literally would have to stand there and watch them make your order if you want it done correctly. That's sad My two cents read more

Come here frequently with my co workers and it always hits ! Excellence service, very welcoming and the food never disappoints ! ‍

I should have checked Yelp before going. The subs actually ended up being pretty good but I was inside so long my friend, who waited in the car, came to check that I was alright. Third in line and it took 25 minutes to get my sandwiches. Lucky that I am an honest person because the guy handed me my sandwiches and walked away. I held up my credit card so he came back surprised that nobody had closed out my ticket. One of the guys treated customers, not me, rudely stating 'It is your sandwich'. Wish I had gotten his name but they do not wear name tags. read more

I've been here twice in the last month and both times all the sandwiches were perfection plus the service was excellent.

Third guy in line and it took forever. Prices are higher than Subway along with the wait time.

Lexi is a stand out employee at this location! I frequent this location often, every time I come in she is pleasant and working so efficiently! She is moving as fast as possible to move the line, ensure that sandwiches are made correctly, and she is also assisting the other novice employees. You seriously can not "out work" her! She deserves a promotion and a raise! I told her, If I had a job to offer her, I would surely hire her! I manage people every day and I know a good hire when I see one! read more

This location isn't bad when you go in to order because you can actually watch them and instruct them on how you want it but when you go In to order but when you go online to order they always mess up, even with the special instructions you can leave them they don't even read it and it's frustrating. This has happened more than once! So definitely will not be using online service again. And we tipped which makes it that much more frustrating tipping when you didn't get what you asked for read more

Great food and Amazing Customer Service would recommend to anyone to eat at Jersey mikes!!!

Complete disappointment after paying $23 for a sandwich combo. After asking them to please not add lettuce or tomato to my sandwich as I am allergic to the seeds in tomato, I ordered my food and returned to work to eat my lunch just find both items in my giant sandwich. Had to give away my food. I was truly upset and when I called customer service I got a voicemail that gave me 0 comfort. Still hoping for a call back but nothing yet. Order a #56 and of course it had no mushrooms or jalapeños and not to mention it was super salty. Wow! You expect the employees to know what goes in a sub without having to tell them all the time. I feel super cheated and dissapointed. Not cool for a $15 sub. read more

I frequently eat at Jersey Mike's. However, today I decided to order via the app. The chipotle turkey sub says it comes with provolone cheese on the app, but when I go inside the store I'm always being charged an additional $1.15 for cheese. I went to the location and was told i have to pay extra for cheese, and something is wrong with the app. I am pissed that I had to pay extra for cheese but clearly it says the sandwich comes with provolone!! read more
