First time at this location, got there and employee which I think is the manager saw me arrive. He went to the back and completely disregarded that I was there waiting. I kept waiting to be serviced and manager came out to the seating area and talked with someone and sat on a table and still completely disregarded I was there. Dang! It seems we have a few dissatisfied customers for this store at Mopac & Wells Branch, but I'm gonna come try to bring some objectivity. It's Subway, y'all, so my expectations are pretty low. If they make me a fast, cheap, reasonably healthy meal (sandwich, wrap, salad, or pizza), they are doing alright by me. This store near Walgreens and Jumpoline always delivers that to me. Parking is easy, the staff on the floor during my visits are always friendly & competent, and I generally have few complaints. I even have some big Subway kudos to mention: First of all, did you know Subway now has tender rotisserie chicken breast chunks as a protein option? I was thrilled to find this filling available on my last visit. The texture & flavor are a million times better than that weird pressed chicken patty they've been trying to sell me for the past few years. I don't know why they still carry the patty - I guess there is still someone out there who prefers that one? Not only is the food here very good, so is the service. I know in the past there was some speculation that the bread was not fresh or there were some dangerous chemicals in there bread I was one of those people who believed that and I'm sure it was true however, that was, about 15 years ago it seems like they gone right back to making the bread fresh and real ingredients for real tasty food. Everybody that was working today was absolutely rude! I walk in, nobody says one word to me. As if that's not awkward enough! The first guy I see acknowledges me by looking me in the eyes, sets down some ingredients, doesn't even say one word then proceeds to walk to the back. At this point I look over, just to see another girl look over at me then follow him back there. This happens within a matter of 20 seconds of being in the building. So now I look over to the last person that's standing in front of the make-line (a young woman), and I say "hey how's it going", she doesn't say anything. I said "hey I have a pick up order" she mumbled something under her mask, which I can understand it being hard to talk with a mask on, but they have music blaring so loud you can't hear anything on top of it. I told her that I couldn't hear her, and she looked at me like I did her wrong somehow. I think she thought I didn't see her but she rolled her eyes ( having a rough day I suppose). She repeated herself to where I can barely hear it over the top of their loud R&B soul music. At this point I'm just like you know what I'm gonna kill them with kindness, I said thank you so much, y'all have a great day!! My order was spot on, but like I'm sorry y'all hate your jobs, but geez... It's a subway, they make sandwiches that are consistent! They're close by to my offices and when the cafeteria just doesn't have a good selection of the day, I make my way over to order a sandwich. Subway does a great job with constant deals of the $6 footlong or having coupons for folks who are always coming back. The one thing I dislike is the location always has 2 employees so in the lunch rush crowd, there's always only ever 1-2 people getting their sandwiches made. They'll get made eventually, just waiting is involved if you don't beat the line. Soda fountain station and occasionally they have the buy a large drink and get a 6" sub for free. Totals out to a $2 lunch deal which is a good score! I'm a loyalist to the chicken teriyaki but eyed the carved turkey meat and am excited to try that as my next sandwich meat selection. Much as I love to chow down on deep fried kimchi spareribs while chugging down shots of soju, I can't do that all the time without getting sent to the cardiologist, the oncologist AND the gastroenterologist, probably all in the same week. At some time, you just gotta slow down and take care of your health. Subway is a great place to do that. You can order any of their subs, hold the bread and make it into a salad. Bang, a salad with all the evil stuff you can ask for, and its good for you too. Enough flavors of dressing and garnishes to make it taste any way you want. MMMMKKKKay. My husband has school on Saturdays, so we opted to catch a quick breakfast before he left home today. Where to? Why not Subway, they have the new thing going..... So, what should have been a 15 minute stop turned into a 45 minute fiasco. As we walked in we see a lady tidying up the place and quickly making her exit. "Call me if you need anything," she hollers on her way out. The guy at the counter is all smiles and quickly takes our order. Then, he figures out that the oven is not on and that he doesn't know how to do it. He quickly calls her and she barks instructions over the phone. Click. "I'm sorry it's my first time opening and I'm new." No problem, things happen, right? Well, after waiting fifteen or so minutes for the stove to warm up, more customers come in. By the time our English muffin sandwiches are done, the poor guy is stressed out. He tries to ring us up and can't figure out the register. Again, he calls the vanishing manager. He's so flustered that he is shaking and opts for a hand calculator. After getting half-way through our meal, he calls over to my husband. "Excuse me, sir? Uh, you actually owe me an additional $0.75" My husband looks at him blankly. "I'm really sorry, it's my first day." My husband just laughed and handed him the change. This poor guy had a rough day all because his manager was too lazy to stay half and hour to ensure he didn't run into the EXACT type of problems he came across. I went in here to try the daily special "oven roast chicken" sandwich and I had a coupon for a free drink and a cookie. Surprise this location doesn't honor this coupon. The sandwich was light on chicken flavor and the meat was a type of soft chicken mystery meat, so very meh....Also no WiFi, and restroom is locked - you have to ask for a key from the manager. This is substandard service for a fast food restaurant, so I ate my sandwich without my drink and cookie and then drove across the parking lot to McDonalds. Nice renovated dining area, clean bathrooms and free WiFi. This may be the last time I venture into a subway.... read more

If I could give negative stars I would. So on Saturday August 18th 2018 at around 5:40 I walk in to this Subway and it was empty which was great because I was in a hurry. The employee was in the hallway on her cellphone and she told me to hold on so I did. She then walks into the kitchen and continues her conversation for a few more minutes. She finally appears behind the counter and tells me again to hold on and disappeared into the kitchen again for about 5 minutes all while on her cellphone. She come back to the counter and then said to me, what do you want? She puts on her gloves and picks up her phone and stroked her hair ( so unsanitary ) and I give my order and she walks off on her cellphone again. At this point I can't believe the disrespect she is showing. I finally left after being there for 20 minutes and no service in an empty restaurant. Also noticed flies on the dirty sandwich prep area so I probably would gotten food poisoning anyway. I used to stop there a few times a week but fuck this place after that experience. I suggest you guys stop hiring kids to do adult jobs. In case anyone from Subway reads this it was horrible the way she treated me. Food seems as fresh as it can get for a fast food place, and they are always just a good quick lunch. They made my sandwiches, cool. I appreciate that. But what I don't appreciate is the extremely unprofessional attitude these two night employee's have. I walked in and before I could even open my mouth to say hello, the employee at the front screams to the employee in the back "WHAAAT?!?!?!". Save that crap for when no one is in the store. It's ghetto and annoying. I brush that off but what bothered me more was when I was looking at the menu trying to decide what I wanted and she rudely asked "do you at least know what kind of bread you want?!" No, I don't know what I want. That's why I'm standing there contemplating what I want... I let her know what type of bread I want and I politely asked her to toast it with cheese. Right after she puts it in the oven she straight eye rapes the guy coming up behind me and ignores me. If I wanted to watch someone gaulk over a dude, I'd goto a club. She then tells that guy to "WAIT!", walks off to the back and then comes back. "I forgot my hat for my hair. Great, so your making my food without a cap but you see some dude you wanna suck up and go get you're hat? Gross. Lickin her lips and stuff lol. This was just a literal disgusting experience for me.
