It feels like a total rip-off to pay top-tier rates for service that is bottom-tier in reliability. Every time I call, I get the same scripted 'restart your modem' advice that does nothing. If you have any other option in your area, take it. This service is a headache I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I spoke to Erik Stefani who was super helpful and generous with his time. He demonstrated real product knowledge, and was great and not pushy at all in his follow up. Derrick Pettit was our installer when the day came, and he was legit. In just over an hour he had all 4 TV's up and running. He programmed all the remotes, ran us through the operation and just had good energy. I'd totally recommend these guys.
