A senior VP, not a manager of stores could put a timeframe around what good is good Customer Service services and getting people through the door. Compromise. But my experience today was horrible! My one star is a minus for zero stars. For me it's always a bad sign when all men are working in a business. I'll always ask for the female working. As I did the last time I was in the store and I got great service from her. I was there for my same neighbor. She didn't give me a hard time. She worked it out where I could get my business done for my neighbor She spoke to my neighbor on the phone for consent. Easy. She was smart and helpful. Professional and too smart for Cox. This day not one female working probably about 6-7 guys working in the store. Back to my zero experience. Again, I was in there for my neighbor but a different issue she had moved and wanted to transfer services. On customer service on the phone one guy a jerk. Same attitude as the store. We hung up and called back. We got another guy he was pleasant and told us to go to the store. They would help me help her! I had same evidence she was a real person. I had same items but now we could not get her services transferred. Three minutes after I got into the conversation. While I was there after waiting 35 minutes but it wasn't the wait. The treatment! I'd be respected if I spoke Spanish. I am French Irish. The guy i got, was rude and just ignorant he shut me down and refused to listen. He did not attempt to help saying unless she comes in we can't transfer her service. I said she's disabled. She's on a fixed income. A senior. She has no car, can't go anywhere from her apartment. I can't put her in a lifted Jeep. she'd never make it. I said she sent me on her behalf what do you need to get this done. Again he shut me down he said you'll have to talk to the manager. That jackass was as bad. No. That manager standing right beside him who took over 35 minutes chitchatting with a person. He turned said no we can't transfer her service, it is the same address but different apartment number. I could not believe the idiot. I went back and we got on the phone with T-Mobile not only T-Mobile offer a Senior/Disability monthly cost. Lol. We got a woman! She was professional. Friendly. Great sense of humor. She had no Problem with Mary yelling out her consent. Her attitude was how to get this sale and work to find the best solution with the circumstances. Her equipment will come in two days and directions to hook it up. We asked if I could get it from the store with my name on it. Yes! Cox spectrum can go to blankety-blank they're the worst of the worst. Then we had a great female rep. She made her rounds every week. She gave pizza nights to answer questions. The Cox guy Mary has has never made rounds. He wont answer his phone. He doesn't make good on free phones. He has excuses rather than make appointments. Complaints go nowhere. In my business I hire female staff. I did try to hire a guy and it was a disaster just absolute laziest human being on the planet. And worse to customers! The photo is the Cox store to the right of my parking. I heard Cox was so bad that they could not stay in business why sold to Spectrum. Now Spectrum will take the dumb and dumber rude approach. But Mary does not care she is happy.
