    Went in around 11:15am when they opened at 11 and was met with the least enthusiastic individuals…read more Two walked to the back and one person stayed up front, Angie. She didn't help us she made us wait a little and then a lady asked about her bill and asked if she still owed money because where it dates owed it showed .88. Angie said, "Do you see the lines there? That means credit." I was called and I asked to change my bill because it went up $40. She said "Yes, that's what happens when contracts are up." Clearly it was a tough morning for this lady because why would you apply for a customer service job if you don't like talking to people right? Wrong, she continued to be disrespectful for no reason and condescending when I asked about other plans. She eventually said I could get rid of unlimited and asked how much I use every month. I let her know I'm not sure and she said, "That's why you need to download the app." Where did this app come from? After looking it up and some more remarks from Angie I did as she recommended and ended the unlimited. I let her know I will just cancel and get the cheaper plan and she said, "You can do whatever you want." A BIG THANK YOU TO ANGIE. With your encouragement we cancelled our plan with cox. The whole interaction was no more than 5-6 minutes because who is going to sit there and get spoken to like that. Friendly reminder, no one forced you to get a job where you interact with people.
