We ordered the classic and classic double burgers. They were really good and the size was good too. The patties were smashed to perfection and the buns were solid!! It's drive through and take out only. An area to sit and eat would be an improvement. They forgot my fries but were quick to correct that. Overall it was great. read more

Tried this place after seeing how busy it has been. The burgers, fries and onion rings are very good. The only concern is the location. It's on a very busy street and right on the corner causing some safety concerns if you are using the drive thru. I recommend you park down the street and walk to the window to place your order. Traffic can back up using the drive thru and I can see someone getting hit by another car driving to fast or not being patient. But the food is good, I would go back for sure. read more

Pros: -Food is really good. Thankfully they allowed me to retrieve my drinks as i waited. Fries, although slightly over salted, and onion rings were perfectly crispy. I think they use brioche buns? Burgers were nice and juicy even from getting just the single patty. Chicken was also very moist and tasty. Ranch as also very good. -They use a speaker system to announce orders ready for pick up -Security on site Cons: -This is subjective but music is blasting from the 1 large speaker near the pick up window. -No seating at all. Drove to LBX to eat. This has to be intentional when you observe the parking situation... -Parking? Misrepresented as it's essentially non existent for patrons. It feels as if the lot itself is actually just for employees. And i saw the security guard put up cones when some employees left. There's handicapped parking but it's unusable and inaccessible because the 2 drive thru lines block it. read more

They are currently operating out of a food truck while they renovate the actual building that's behind it. Burgers were pretty good. Fries are the nice crispy on the outside kind. So what sets this place apart? It's solid. Single classic cheeseburger is $5.99. They make it fresh. And best of all, service was superb from every employee there. They cleaned off the tables, welcomed us with a great attitude, and looked as if they enjoyed what they were doing. I bet the restaurant is going to be 10 times better. read more

Terrible service, guy that takes your order had no respect and ignored me... I didn't even place an order, I stayed in the line for no reason. And didn't have the opportunity to try storm burger :( read more

Unbelievably rude service, false accusations, and cold food at the Long Beach location I came to Storm Burgers in Long Beach after working an exhausting 17-hour shift to buy food for my child. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked a worker about my order. She dismissively told me she was prioritizing online orders first. When she finally handed me my food, the onion rings were cold. I asked for fresh onion rings and placed the bag back on the counter. She immediately snapped at me in an aggressive tone, saying, "I'm canceling your order and giving you your money back." I told her I did not want it canceled because my child needed to eat. She rudely replied, "You may not want to, but I'll do it anyway." Other cashiers saw this and called the manager. When I explained what happened, the worker outright lied and accused me of throwing the food at her face. I told the manager to check the security cameras to prove she was lying. The manager apologized and gave me fresh onion rings, but left me with the same cold burger. Terrible service and dishonest staff. read more

My first time visiting Storm Burger this morning. All I can say is the food is nasty. I purchased the turkey burger combo. I requested for the meat patties to be well cooked (done). The meat was not well cooked. The burger was sloppy put together. I did not have a good experience for this to be my first time eating at this establishment. I prefer to go to Marathon Burger or In-N-Out. read more

omg i'm actually so disappointed, this is my second time ordering. the first time was overly good when i got a turkey burger. i guess this time, they decided to not give a f* and just mold the patty and forget to put it on the grill. nasty ash, my bf and i took 2 bites. and, i unfortunately got it delivered! we both threw up. never againnnnnnnnn. i called them them they have the audacity to not have a number that rings the restaurant! read more

If you love a good burger and fries, you need to try Storm Burger!!! The burger? Soft bun, juicy patty, all the classic fixings -- basically everything your taste buds have been praying for. But the fries... THE FRIES. I'm convinced they sprinkle magic on them. Best I've ever had, no debate. The staff is super friendly and really wants you to enjoy your food. They're operating out of a food truck while the brick-and-mortar gets built, but honestly? I'd eat these burgers out of a cardboard box if I had to. I check their IG like it's my job just to see when they'll be nearby. And here's the funny part: when I went, it was all women waiting for burgers. Not one man in the line. Ladies know where the good food's at. read more

I was so excited to try this place seeing all the long lines, it had to be good? WRONG! I waited 30 minutes for my food and my burger was cold like it had been sitting there for awhile. I was so disappointed. My kid loved his burger and when he tried mines he said the same thing that it was cold and said they did you wrong mom ‍. The fries however was good. read more

The food at Storm Burger is genuinely great, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the drive-thru experience left a bad enough impression that I'm seriously reconsidering returning to this location. When I arrived, there was only one drive-thru line open, so I got in line and waited like everyone else. After several cars had already been waiting, a second lane was opened. The problem is that newly arriving customers were able to enter the new lane and effectively move ahead of people who had already been waiting in the original line. As a customer, that doesn't feel fair at all. If there's a system behind it, it certainly wasn't explained or communicated. The result was watching cars that arrived later get served before customers who had already invested time waiting. Great food, but the drive-thru feels like a game where the rules change halfway through. Customers who had already been waiting in line watched newly arriving cars get served ahead of them once a second lane opened. The food is worth trying, but the traffic flow and customer experience need serious improvement. read more

Stopped by on a Thursday at 12:30. Found parking and seating. Service was not only fast but extremely courteous! Great recommendations and amazing food. Onion rings were fresh and fries were perfectly crispy. Got the chicken sandwich deluxe (I think) with cheese and slaw and the BBQ bacon burger. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. The buns were amazing and a highlight of the meal. Loved the variety of sauces. Unfortunately we devoured prior to pics since I drove home to Lakewood but we will be back and will share pics next time. Can't wait for the brick and mortar. Don't let the truck and folding tables scare you. The vibe is great with music, nice staff and clean seating. Perfect for to go but fine for dining. read more

Amazing burgers and fries, and onion rings. Very affordable. Poor parking for pick up. Drive thru is fast. Easy ordering.

The food prices were reasonable, but fries were cold and the shake was too thick but I will go back just order something different

We live close by and drive by all the time. Finally decided to give it a try tonight. Our first impression was not good, unfortunately. FIrst of all, we ordered 6 combos but we were shorted a burger. The 6th fry and drink were there, but not the burger. Not even worth the hassle going back over there for them to fix it, so, we just did without. I guess I should have checked the bag while still there but you shouldn't have to do that. You assume people are doing their job correctly. I totally do not understand what all those long lines were about at the beginning because this place is not living up to the hype. Taste is fine but the portions were small. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was like kid meal size. I was still hungry afterward. the beef patties were paper thin. Apparently, that is what a smash burger is supposed to be like. Not a fan of that style, as you are hardly getting any meat. My husband was also very underwhelmed, as well as my 10 year old son who had been wanting to try it since they opened a few months back. We spent $80 and it was not worth it at all. We won't be back. We will stick to the Habit burger, which is much better, in my opinion, and a better value, as we can get a kids meal for about $8 and at Storm burger, a kids combo is $12, which in my opinon, is overpriced. read more

Go anywhere else but here. No burger is worth 1 hour wait and it's COLD when you do get it. The drive thru system is an EPIC FAIL. Save some precious time in your life and go elsewhere. Burgers are just burgers. I am so mad at myself for wasting so much time in the drive thru line. My first and last time here. Dear owners, you need to go to In n Out and watch how efficient they operate their drive thru. You might learn something. read more

I was at the window to pick up my food, and a very rude employee named "Estrella" waited on me. I told her I had been standing in the sun for over 25 minutes waiting for my order, and she said, "If you want, you can cancel and we'll refund your money." Are you kidding me?! I will never go back there--she showed a total lack of empathy and was extremely rude. She shouldn't be working with the public. She was so abrasive! read more

My husband and I ordered burgers, fries and onion rings. Also chicken tenders for our daughter. The onion were really fresh and best we had in a long time. We enjoyed the burgers and fries too. We probably won't rush back just based on the location. It's not that close to us and the drive thru was packed when we went. It was leading into the street. I think they are still working on getting everything flowing. Good spot to grab a burger if you have the time. read more

This review is solely regarding the initial drive through ordering. Just came home and our order was incorrect. When I looked at the receipt on the bag, I seen that a spicy jalapeño burger was inputted instead of the Deluxe CHICKEN sandwich I wanted. Mind you, the order was repeated. I take fault I did not double check the order receipt when the bags were handed to me. Unfortunately for me, this is the second time this happened. I strongly advise you make certain you have your order repeated a few times if necessary AND double check the food with your receipt. read more

Very crowded, but managed well. I got to my chicken sandwich within 10 minutes despite 12+ cars in front of me. They lost my order when I got to the window and forgot my sauce, but the food was delicious. The onion rings were battered perfectly and I had no crumbs in my bag. The strawberry lemonade also perfect, not too sweet and very natural tasting. Very impressed with the chicken sandwich. Every ingredient compliments the other. Will return to try the rest of the menu. I didnt select 5 stars because they did mess up and I had to repeat my order. But the food is 5 stars. read more

We've been stuck on this place for the last month- It's that good! Our faves are the jalapeño burger (wished it was more spicy, but still great flavor) and onion rings with apricot sauce . The lines can be long, but they are organized, professional and we def appreciate the great customer service. Shout out to Jess for her help today! They did forget my BBQ sauce on the side, but I was able to catch it before leaving and the gentleman who noticed me assisted me quickly and even gave me extra sauce without hesitation or my asking (that's great service). So THANK YOU to everyone for a great experience every time thus far! read more

I've tried Storm burger twice. Once through the drive thru and once via delivery. Both occasions the FLAVOR does not miss. The onion rings are hands down the best onion rings I've ever had. The smash burgers are excellent, my only exception would be to order dry with the sauce on the side so you can meter the amount of sauce you want. Fries tasted good but not as crispy as I like. The drinks are wonderful. Everyone was nice and the line was organized when I went. One of the employees taking in the line was not very familiar with the menu when I asked questions. I figured they were new.. it didn't matter because the food was awesome. Keep up the good work Storm burger. read more
