I've given this place multiple chances simply because its location is convenient to wear I work but wow I have yet to have my order 100% correct and each time there's been something a little off with the food. I know prices are raising everywhere but for the price you're paying, SOME food quality would be nice. This was the last straw for me, I ordered a taco and a chicken salad. The taco was so beyond salty and oily I could not eat it. It literally melted thru the bag that's how oily it was and the amount of lettuce on it was almost comical. The salad I thought would have grilled chicken nicely on top but it was actually a bunch of cooked chopped chicken and a grip of cheese melted on top (I was unaware this is how they did their salad so that's my bad but also why put a bunch of hot chicken on lettuce like that??) it wilted the salad underneath which already had some bad leaves in there anyways and kind of defeated the point of a salad for a healthier option. The service is hot and miss, sometimes they're nice enough but a lot of the time it almost feels like you're bothering them or something The inside is your usual American type fast food place. Their burgers and Fries aren't bad (when they give them to you and not a tuna melt instead) but all and all I think it's worth passing on this location. My wife usually patronizes this location while she works in this area but on occasion, I join her for the drive to this area. Their burgers are simple, yet so tasty!! I usually pick the bacon cheeseburger and wifey prefers the junior cheeseburger with onion rings. My burger was pretty sizable, juicy, and full of flavour ! The bacon was crisp, and ample, adding a nice smokey touch to every bite! All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Wifey's burger echoed my same sentiments but just a little smaller. The sauce they use is just enough to add a hearty and tangy note allowing just enough kick throughout the entire burger. Our onion rings were crispy and cooked perfectly, not dried out or overfried. They had a nice natural crunch to them, making them a wonderful addition to our quick and filling dinner. There are multiple locations for this place and I usually go to the one near LBX Airport. But we were coming home from a long week on a Friday night, and wanted something quick and close to home. The staff here is great and they push the orders through. Took about 10 minutes to order and get all our food: 2 burger specials, fries, chicken strips, small chili cheese fries, and a couple of drinks. There is a small dining area to eat there but its a bit small and it was cold out so we took it to go. There is also a drive thru but I tend to get off because it is faster and more convenient for me. The burger specials come with fries and a drink. The burger patty is charbroiled so it tastes great. The fries are lightly seasoned and are always a favorite of mine. This was the first time I ordered chicken strips and they were also good. Definitely great food, great price, and fast service so definitely recommend if you are in the area. The food is FANTASTIC! read more

Problem is that the tables are always dirty inside and whoever is in charge of cleaning, the manager should be looking at these window sills inside to see that they are extremely dirty full of bugs and spider webs. I've been to other locations and I liked them just the same, however there are some hard no's for me. The last time I came here, it was cracking on a Friday night - lines were long and the parking lot was full. My friends and I shared the following: -chili fries ($5.35) -pastrami sandwich ($8.25) -patty melt ($4.55) I'm not entirely sure how accurate my pricing is, but in any case, these are ball park numbers. To be honest, I didn't like the patty melt (hard no). It was composed of thin burger patties, sandwiched between two slices of American (perhaps Kraft cheese) and sourdough bread - not great. It was slightly dry and not memorable. It felt like I was eating a burger sandwich. You could live without eating this. As always, I enjoyed the pastrami - it's of the thinly sliced sort and there's a lot of it. There are pickles and mustard involved and I think it's a great pastrami rendition with no frills. The chili cheese fries were just okay. They were underdeveloped, slightly soggy fries topped with goopy chili cheese - not bad if you're drunk, but real bad if you're sober. Overall, Fantastic has a little something for everyone at great prices. Oh and the ranch is fantastic - ask for extra if you can. All the more reason to love Fantastic's. read more
