    Fried Zucchini

Stopped here to grab a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. They have great lunch specials and are serving up many of the traditional items you would see on diner menus. I ended up just ordering zucchini fries for myself and they were delicious. I also tried some of their chicken which was good too. The service was nice, she gave good suggestions for meals. I like how they have an outdoor patio option for seating as well. Worth checking this place out!

Amazing food and service. First off, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Finally, the food is very well prepared, hot, and delicious. Today, on a cold, wet Sunday fun day morning, we decided to have menudo con pata--mmmm good. I'm a foodie and highly recommend.

I paid 6.79 for each taco

Food is ok. Service is subpar, which I guess for a joint like this is to be expected. A massive issue is the price shown on the menu is different from the price you pay. I ordered two crispy fish tacos which were $5.79 each on the menu. However after I paid I noticed on the receipt they charged me for $6.79 each. When I went back to the counter and asked they just shrugged and since I was in a hurry there wasn't anything I can do. Won't be coming here or any other locations again and I stronger recommend you pay extra attention when you get food here.

    Breakfast please

This place has quite a menu. Everything is pretty much delicious, especially their burrito. I've been coming here for their breakfast burrito or their Asada Burrito. Both are great choices. Today was something different. I was craving for something usual like chicken, and they have few choices when it comes to chicken. Like the fried chicken meal or chicken strip, but the chicken wings caught my eyes. Well, hellooo, Chicken Wings! Yummy in my tummy. Was pretty quiet during this hour, so ordering was a breeze. The lady that was taking the orders was pretty nice. She didn't rush you, but she did acknowledge you in case you were ready to order. So, thank you for your patience. She was polite and kind with a great vibe in general. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Main: 1. CHICKEN WINGS BASKET WITH FRIES 6 PCS FRIED CHICKEN WINGS WITH A CHOICE OF SAUCE / NATURAL-CUT FRENCH FRIES The Wings was good and well season, but it's was a little too crispy as in, the meat almost disappeared but it was good. The Fries was perfect! Was crisp and delicious. Cook to order same goes for the wings. Who doesn't love a good Fries, let's go. I recommend this location due to their good customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!

This is what I got. The portion gotten smaller .

I orded some chili cheese fries, and I noticed the portion was a lot smaller than what I got last time. It was almost empty compared to before. It seems like the portions have gotten smaller lately. Just wanted to point it out in case it's something that can be looked into."

Mediterranean plate is good, so is the chicken plate, kids love the Carne asada fries

    French Toast

Well I ordered through Grub Hub. The coffee had spilled all through the paper bag so the sugar packets where not usable. The coffee smelled great and fresh but little strong The food , unfortunately wasn't anything to rave about As it tast just like any other french toast combo. However, My bacon was not Burnt.

This is probably why most people came in with online/phone orders for pickup and got the heck out of there in a hurry. Fries are okay at best but the onion rings are fantastic! I don't recommend the smash style burger because it's smaller and doesn't come with the fixings, but if that's your thing than by all means enjoy. I got the backyard bbq burger and it was very tasty. Not the best I've ever had but it definitely hits the spot and prices are not bad at all here. If I happen to be in the area again I would definitely be down to phone in my order and pickup for takeout to enjoy the tastiness somewhere I feel a little more comfortable. Staff was also very friendly - when they could be seen at least, but it was one cashier/server with two guys in the kitchen and although it's a small hole in the wall place there is still plenty to do if you're understaffed so I'm not even mad about it. Thanks ya'll!

Read the room burning the edges of the burger surely alters the taste of what might have been a great burger story. We were very disappointed to say that the fries trumped the overcooked cheeseburger. I started with a cup of their beef and barley soup. My wife and I both make this at home from scratch and we're both impressed by theirs. My wife took a taste of mine and instantly ordered her own. Very rich and flavorful. I kept looking at photos of their take on chicken and waffles and knew I had to try it. Seriously epic and was good as it looked. They coated the chicken in a chili rub that gave it a sweet and spicy flavor when paired with their maple syrup. Served on top of a waffle and topped with an egg. I loved it and would probably order again on my next visit. My wife had the American plate which was your classic eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sourdough toast combo. High quality ingredients elevated it beyond your typical diner food. Drinks were great too. I had their house made bloody mary which had a nice kick to it. TLDR; It's expensive, and not worth the routine visit, but worth the one-time stop in to experience the festivities. The Miracle pop-up at The Ordinarie is somehow even more decorated and extravagant than you'd expect from a seasonal pop-up. The line looks long outside, as there are no reservations, but it moves quickly since they hold everybody to a pretty strict 2-hour time limit. The drinks are good, the cups are cute, and everyone is festive. It's an all-around fun experience.  I think because of this, you do pay a premium price tag for food and drinks that are just good or okay. I think it's something that is worth the visit if you've never been and you enjoy getting into the Christmas spirit. I think that outside of the pop-up, The Ordinarie is a fun spot to check out in Long Beach. It't not a pillar of the food scene if you're a tourist, but it is a good, late night spot if you work in the industry nearby. They have a great late-night menu with a killer smash burger.
