The lousiest Jack I've been to so far and I NEVER go to Jack, so imagine the disappointment finally giving them a try after three years and being met with the ugliest looks and rudest attitudes. They don't like to talk at this location, instead they'll point to things to answer questions. One star earn just for the new Coke Freedom Soda Machine which seems like a very awesome upgrade in theory with over 100 drink combinations but this was the wrong location to implement. Why you ask? Every broke@$$ lowlife decided to get a clear water cup and jam the machine as they sampled every flavor combo they could think up until the machine froze up and had to reboot. Instead of getting one stolen soda and moving for the paying customers, these losers hung out in front of the machine taking turns as if it were Christmas and they got an iPad (yes the soda machine is touchscreen). 5 minutes later...after they r@ped the new machine, I asked the manager to get my drink from the back. Good evening, me and my girl friend visited this establishment on 4/26/20 at 12:46pm. We went into the drive through twice because the person taking orders wasn't getting our order correct. The first time we got 1 regular popcorn chicken meal box, but she gave us a spicy flavor . We didn't realize this till we got home when my girl friends daughter tasted it and told us it wasn't regular, she even spited it out and ran for water she is 7. Second time we came we forgave the mistake about the spicy popcorn chicken because I actually liked it. After going in the second time my girl friend clearly told the lady we wanted the regular flavor popcorn chicken meal. As soon as we get to the window the lady hands my girl friend a small box, then my girl friend in a friendly tone told her excuse me this isn't the meal deal. Then the lady goes back and brings out another small box and we were confuses as to why we weren't getting the meal deal with the fries. The lady rudely closes the window and we are left in confusion. We go back inside and speak to another employee, he is a lot friendly and gave us our food ,but also missed to give us the fries in the box. This was very rude and we will not come back to this establishment till some good customer service is put in place. The employees are very rude unnecessarily. The girl at the drive thru is difficult to understand, so I simply asked her to repeat what she said, and she gave me a ridiculous amount of attitude. Then a different guy brought me my food, and he didn't even say anything to me. He just stuck his hand with the bag out the window. Then, in the middle of a pandemic, they won't even let you wash your hands in the bathroom even if you're a paying customer. They claim they're both out of order, so does that mean employees are peeing outside somewhere and not washing their hands? A restaurant should not be in business during a pandemic if there aren't working facilities. Side Note: why is the shake machine down for maintenance every day at 3am when the entire restaurant is closed from 4 to 430 for POS updates? I'm writing this after a 13hr work shift. Just wanting something quick to go home and eat and go to bed. Ordered my food. Got home and my whole sandwich and fries were missing. The drive thru guy knew it was missing because he took the bags back and asked a guy something and then proceeded to hand them to me.. I had a stressful day and this was the icing on the cake.
