This is by far the worst subway store there is about a few months ago there started an elderly gentleman and he is very very slow, and he has no assistance he is their alone he is very feeble and hardly puts any stuffings in the sandwiches especially the meats. Today was one of the worst sandwiches ever I ordered on the app like I usually do, to pick up and take to my husband for me and him to share for lunch. I ordered a cold sandwich the one I received was hot but more like steamed not toasted. The bread is peeling on the top as well as the bottom as if a Frozen bread was put in a microwave. My sandwich was so full of mayonnaise and the bread fell apart soon as I gave my husband his half it just broken the pieces. I don't know what the senior citizen is doing but he is cutting corners drastically and putting a bad name on this store or franchise. There is no other help that comes in anymore they're used to be a young African American girl and she was very polite and made the sandwiches just right. I'm not sure who to complain to at their corporate but something is going to be said about this cuz this is the only Subway for miles and they are doing an awful job by having this one employee there, or is he the manager? I wish I had taken a picture of my sandwich I had to end up throwing half of mine away because it was just too messy and the bread didn't taste right either. read more

I ordered a wrap which came with guacamole or avocado not sure but to my Surprise it looked like meat or poop! Check the picture and you be the judge. Luckily I work near by so of course I drove back and asked for a refund. The older gentlemen who I'm guessing is the manager or owner, if it's a franchise, said they had a "bad batch of avocados" shipped to them. I'm sorry but I wouldn't have EVER tried selling such avocados. The girls working gathered to the side room which made me believe that they clearly knew what they tried to do. If I could I would give this location 0 stars. This location on 6145 Long Beach blvd is disgusting. The parking lot has what looks to be abandoned vehicles. From seeing that I should have went elsewhere but I was in a rush and decided to go in anyways. I went in around 12:15-12:30 there were several people ahead of me in line. The two women making the sandwiches were very nice. When I got to the register to pay for food there was an older gentleman working the register. I had asked for cookies when I noticed his thumb in which he was about to grab the cookies with had a cut on it and there was blood on his thumb. The very same hand he was about to grab the cookies with. I immediately said something about the blood on his thumb he mumbled something under his breath but did nothing to remove the blood or even get gloves he proceeded to get the cookies as if I still wanted them. I just walked out. Didn't get the food or anything. There was a customer right next to me who watched everything as it happened. Today's service was the worst!!! I came in and requested the rotisserie style chicken Caesar wrap. The girl that helped me was Jennifer and she seemed lost as if she didn't know what that was. She asked which one again and I repeated the rotisserie style chicken Caesar wrap. She asks "so you want the sesame ginger glazed chicken?" I said no I want the last one on this list of wraps and pointed to it and repeated once again the name. At this point the girl at the register tries helping her understand which one. They ask me what kind of chicken I want . Umm, how about "ROTISSERIE STYLE"? I tell them they usually give me the rotisserie style and point to it, trying to stay nice. So she starts making the wrap and I kid you not, she scraped the last bits of cheddar cheese from the container and I'm thinking she would take out a new refill for the cheddar and put some actual cheddar on my wrap and not just cheddar crumbs But nope she leaves only crumbs and continues to add the chicken and all my toppings. I tried to snap a picture because I was about to lose my sh*% but that's when she quickly added the chicken so I didn't quite catch it. I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time or energy to say anything. I know I'm not crazy either because I've ordered this wrap about a dozen times before only difference is the girls working there knew exactly what they where doing and greeted their customer with a smile, fast service, and knowledge of the menu. read more

I always go to this subway For my sandwiches and im use to seeing these two lovely ladies working in the morning shift and last time i seen the older man screaming at them infront of me BUT TODAY was about 100 degrees outside and he had them working with NO AC ! Before I start the review, I have to say that I go to this Subway pretty regularly. It's close to my work and the food quality is just like any other Subway. You have to keep an eye on the the employees making your sandwich. I ordered a Ham foot-long sub, and when I got back to my work... I discovered the sandwich had practically no meat in it. I debated whether it was worth it to drive back and show them. I took a few bites and it tasted like a vegetarian sandwich. So, I got back in my car and drove back to ask them. It turns out that they are supposed to put 8 slices of ham on a foot-long as opposed to 4 slices on a 6-inch. They employee only put 4 slices on my sub. I attached pictures to show you what this looks like. They fixed the sandwich, but it did require me to make an extra trip back to the store. I find it difficult to believe that the employee did this by accident, because as she's laying the ham on the sandwich, it's visibly obvious that something is not right. First off I love subway. I get the Veggie Delight every single time I come here. The girls that work here are always friendly and have a great attitude. Sometimes I can be pretty picky with how my sandwich is made & they are always patient with me. The place was quiet when we walked in, and the young lady behind the counter lifted the covers off the food to serve us. I like this idea, keep it fresh! She was very helpful, answering any questions we had and making sure our sandwiches were to our liking before wrapping them. I wish I could give negative stars... They do not deserve the one they got from me. I am so disappointed in this store. My mother came to order sandwiches for a birthday party. She placed the order with the owner/manager. The owner did not take the order correctly. My mother asked for tomatoes and pepperoncinis (banana peppers) on the side. Mustard and mayo was also requested on the side. When talking with one of the associates, I found out they do not have mustard and mayo packets! They'll pour some in a soup bowl! Ridiculous! Tomatoes, mustard, and mayo were found on the sandwiches. And there were no banana peppers at all. This is totally unacceptable when some of us have food allergies. This meant some were not able to eat! Not only did they incorrectly make the sandwiches, they made whatever sandwiches they wanted to make. The portions were unequal. Some were small and some were big. In addition to the turkey, ham, and roast beef sandwiches we asked for, we were given cold cut trios. Who asked for cold cut trios?! My biggest complaint is that they did not give us a copy of the order. Customarily when placing an order, a copy of the order is given to the customer. This allows people an opportunity to review what was discussed in regards to their order. Had we been given a copy, maybe we could have averted this disaster of a sandwich platter. When I called to complain about the tray, I was told I could bring the sandwiches back so that they could remove the tomatoes, but there was nothing they could do about the mustard and mayo. I also asked to speak with the general manager. They told me that there was no general manager. There typically is someone that makes sure that all franchised businesses are equitable. I don't know if the girl I was talking to is unaware or if there really is no general manager. There definitely should be some accountability for this establishments irresponsible, neglectful, and unethical business practices. I and the rest of my family will never patronize this establishment again. I encourage everyone to stay away. read more
