This place always gets my orders wrong and when I call the store to complain nobody ever answers. An employee there once told me that they don't answer calls. I was starving, craving for eggrolls and I saw this one. Decided to dined in instead of drive thru. Small dining area but clean enough for me. My eggroll turned into a Jack Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead when I saw the whole menu and didn't know what to choose. Got my food and enjoyed the meal. It wasn't busy and the order was a breeze. Customer service was nice today when I asked for change! They gave it. I was looking at their menu and they have some good items. I usually get the salad which is now $8.75 and or $13 for a combo which blows my mind! Prices are inflating. Gotta shop smart but I guess you are paying for convenience, which is important and high demand. The ambiance they can clean it up a bit more. Overall it's ok. If I could provide less than one star for this review, I would. I had a disappointing experience at the drive through of this establishment on Thursday, 06-26-2025, sometime around 2:45 pm. I politely inquired with the manager, who I was told was named Robert (middle-aged Hispanic man) whether they offer a military discount. He explicitly stated that they do not offer any military discounts.. I also requested a senior citizen discount since most other establishments I've visited are willing to offer at least a senior discount when they can't provide a military one, however he also declined. Seeking clarification, I asked a young Hispanic cashier about the discrepancy. He mentioned that he was sure they did honor military discounts and could not explain why the manager refused. When I tried to further discuss this with the manager, he pretended not to understand English and rudely walked away. I asked the young male cashier if he could call, the manager back at which time I heard the manager tell him to say he was on break and unavailable, essentially avoiding the conversation. This manager seemed to have some hostility towards military personnel and refused to extend any courtesy. This lack of professionalism and customer service left me disappointed and unlikely to return. Aside from all the negative energy I received at this location, my order was missing items as well. I don't recommend service members support this establishment if they're not willing to show their appreciation for us by providing a mere discount upon request. read more

Both times I got a single and undercook burger.bun not even toasted (tasted doughy). I understand messing up here and there but this is consistent. Horrible service overall, waited about 3 minutes at the drive thru box to order my food, then when I received my food I asked for buttermilk (had a kids chicken nugget meal, large curly fries, 7pc jalapeño, and large onion rings) when I asked for more the guy walked away so I waited and a young lady came to the window asked me it something was missing I then requested more buttermilk and had to pay. No problem make sure I get a receipt, then the guy comes back with an attitude. Get home everything was cold except the jalapeño poppers, my kid chicken nuggets only had 3 instead of 4. CUSTOMER SERVICE. This Jack in the Box is horrible. Today I ordered the value curly fries, and I observed him just go over and scoop up some curly fries that were already cooked. So I felt them to see if they were hot, and of course they were not. I kinda shoved the bag of not even warm curly fries back to him. He didn't like it but I felt like I gave him the same respect he gave me as a customer giving me curly fries that had been cooked who knows when. He tried to tell me don't shove the bag back to him, and I said don't serve me old fries. So when he made my fresh order he put as little as possible in my order, plus their oil is old and need to be changed. I will not look for a actual real response back from them, because the Manager at this place has never contacted me like their corporate office said they would, the management at this place just don't care what you think about them. They getting orders to you fast is better than giving you fresh cooked hot food. So while waiting on my hot fries, I observed them constantly give customers food that been cooked much earlier, tacos, fries etc. already cooked and bagged as customers ordered, unless it was a burger. Tacos just sitting there, and the girl just cooking them and they just sit until someone orders them. I saw why when I order tacos they are not hot, with wilted lettuce inside. You cannot even get your sodas from the machine. I received very good service. The food was good. Mid morning Sunday. Not too busy. Good attitude, the whole staff. My only problem was a gentleman, that appeared homeless came in, brought a use cup in from not Jack in the Box. Went to the self service soda bar, rinsed it out, and got a drink. Very unkept, hands appeared to be dirty, clothing torn, dirty, didn't fit, and were women's sweat pants. He was a guy. Then he sat by the back doorway, and continually ask to use the bathroom. I would of liked to get a re fill of my drink, but I had a hard time finishing it. But it worked out for the better.
