Not worth the wait. It took 45 minutes just to get two burgers, and honestly, they weren't anything special. The burgers were small and tasted unseasoned, definitely not living up to the hype I've seen from social media. Service was just okay. Shoutout to Brandon, the young man who took my order, he was polite and took the time to recommend some items, which I appreciated. However, once the food was ready, it seemed like no one was paying attention. I saw multiple orders just sitting on the counter for several minutes, and people had to approach the window to ask if their food was ready since no one was calling out names. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Great effort, but the food and overall service didn't make it worth the long wait. read more

I love this place. I love coming here, but I have a problem. The young black lady,at the last window has an attitude problem. This happened today, July 3 at 12:28 PM. She shouldn't be rolling her eyes at customers just because i asked for a cup of water that wasn't given to me in the first place even after i had told the young lady that charged me to add that and if a customer say thank you so much she should learn how to reply and say you're welcome. Have a nice day because if it wasn't for us, she wouldn't be needed.l,you guys need to train her better or better yet get rid of her for the sake of this business. Overall, this was not a good experience. The first issue is parking. The front of the establishment is consistently blocked off with cones, making it impossible to park. If you're ordering for walk-up service, you'll likely have to find parking in the surrounding neighborhood or on nearby streets, which is inconvenient. After placing your order, you have to pick up your food from a side window. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to hear when your name or order number is called because of the loud music they play. To make matters worse, the wait time was unreasonable. Despite there being very few customers, I waited approximately 40 minutes for a burger and fries. This is unacceptable. Additionally, there is no seating area or restrooms. Due to the lack of organization, long wait times, and overall inconvenience of the ordering and pickup process, I will not be returning. This establishment needs to improve its system and customer experience significantly. read more

I waited almost 40min in line while they served everyone behind me and I just sat there. Mind you, all I ordered was one burger, and one fry. Why they were able to serve 7 cars behind me before I got my one burger and fry is beyond me but it's safe to say this is the worst level of service I've ever received. Eventually, someone came back to my car to ask what I got since they clearly forgot me, I then had to wait another 20min for them to make the order they should have done 7 cars ago. As I write this I am now an hour in, still sitting here and have no order as of yet. They need to train their staff a hell of a lot better if they want to stay in business. UPDATE: 9 cars behind me have received their food and left and I still am sitting here. I've eaten at their Inglewood location so when I heard they were opening up another location in Long Beach I was excited that I no longer have to make the drive through LA traffic. They are not open yet in Long Beach, but they do have their food truck in the parking lot of their soon to be location. I had to visit the food truck as I wanted their chicken sandwich and it hit. Their menu is limited for now. There are not too many parking spots since the truck takes up most of the parking lot, but they do fulfill orders fast so parking spaces do open up. They have some tables and chairs set up if you want to eat there, but we took ours to go as it was loud with all the cars passing by. I can't wait until they open their physical location and start serving their full menu with milkshakes. I'll be back once they fully open. read more

Neighborhood burger joints like Big Burger, Nilly's Tam's, Fantastic, and Douglas are a 100 times better. Or go to In-n-out which will never fail you. The lemonades are so good and actually taste real because they use fresh fruit, which you can tell right away! The onion rings were one of the biggest standouts for me. They're hand dipped in batter and fried fresh, and they taste like it. Nothing felt overly processed or stale. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The spicy chicken sandwich was honestly incredible. It reminded me of the Ding's chicken sandwich from Hillstone, which is not a comparison I make lightly. Pros: Local always tastes better! The burgers are fresher, more substantial, and have a beefier taste than In n Out. Very similar in quality to a pub burger, but not as pricey! The chicken sandwiches are great too. Fries are done very well. My mom is a picky woman, and she's rarely happy with what she eats. However, she's asked me to return to this place twice. Cons: Each time I've been here, I've gotten shafted with waiting in the outer line of the drive thru. It moves slower, but the security guard will usher you into that line if there's availability (makes sense). The employees are great, and they'll take note of which cars arrive first so they can take your order in a logical manner. But I've consistently received my food two cars late (as in, the cars that arrived and ordered after me in the faster inner line gets their food before mine). It's not a big deal realistically, but StormBurger is popular (justifiably so) and it already takes a while to get your food, so this might be a level of annoyance you'll have to prepare for mentally. Idk what the solution is, but would love if these logistics got worked out! On the customers' end: Maybe order your food on foot? Avoid the outer line if possible? Employees and food are a hit so I will be back regularly! Just maybe not by drive thru haha read more

Storm burger is amazing, we were eating there almost weekly when they were still serving from the food truck. Once the brick and mortar building came up, due to its delicious reputation, there were long waits but they well worth it. I say this because I read some negative reviews about the wait times, but it was in the first month of its grand opening after buidling a solid reputation for quality. We came for Mother's Day and they gave my wife a rose, which was a nice surprise to our order. Don't let the line discourage you, if you have ever waited at In-N-Out or Chick-Fila, its not bad, plus everyone has a phone now to help pass the time.
