The wing was the first piece grabbed out the bag and the temperature wasn't there. No juice, just luke warm dried meat. The second piece I grabbed was the drumstick and again temperature was off. No juice or no steam. It didn't feel like these pieces were under any heat lamps. Felt left out as each piece eaten didn't really have any residual heat. 3rd piece I grabbed was the thigh which I mistook for a breast because it was bigger in size. After positioning in eat mode I decided to pack the rest home instead because the chicken wasn't hot enough. Funny thing is after 1 hour drive my chicken breast piece had some retained heat. It's not a fast food restaurant so they do make the food to order, which is great. The owners Joseph and Young are such sweet human beings. The restaurant is their next endeavor in life and they've made the most of it. You can't help but wish them a lot of luck and hope their restaurant succeeds. Their hours of operation is very limited because they use the down time to prepare for the following week. They have low overhead, which means they are able to offer their meals at an affordable price and the quantity is bigger than most. We came here on the one Saturday they are open per month and there were lots of regulars here already. We wait a little while and got to know the owners a little more.
