Stormburger is living up to the hype. I've driven past it several times and finally got the chance to try it on two different occasions and tried two different burgers. Tried the limited time tevs burger I believe it was called. Other time I tried the lightning burger. The lightning had a kick to it but was good. The fries were worth mentioning. Only complaint is there's not really parking and you can't eat here really. It's set up as a drive thru and go situation. That's my only negative remark so if you want to eat there or use a restroom those things are lacking. Good food though just unfortunate they don't have it set up for onsite dining

Tried it for the first time yesterday. I ordered the double burger combo. The fries are good, and the burger was good too. I don't know if it's because of all of the hype, but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. It is also on the pricier side of $17 bucks for the combo. I doubt I'd go back but glad I finally gave it a shot.

I remember seeing long lines at Stormburger when it opened earlier this year. It popped up on my radar again recently and it reminded me to check it out. A half year later, lines continue to be long, as I waited upwards of twenty minutes to get through the drive through. Food is made to order, and they feature their smash burgers and chicken burgers. I got the BBQ bacon burger combo, which I thought was reasonably priced. It is their version of a western bacon cheeseburger with onion strings. Familiar flavor but was surprised to have such a crispy burger. Crispy bites came from their onion strings, bacon, and meat crust; however, I felt like I was missing some sort of juicy element like tomato or lettuce, but the bbq sauce and my large soda kinda did the job. My wife's classic stormburger combo was better as it had that classic smashburger with lettuce, onion, tomato, and burger sauce. I preferred the balance of meat to veg to the BBQ bacon cheeseburger that I ordered. For sides, I got fries and my wife got onion rings. Fries were breaded with cornstarch and seasoning to give an extra crispy bite. Nicely fluffy for a thin fry. I had a few extra seasoned fries that looked like cajun fries and the seasoning on the cajun variation was a lot better. I'd order that next time! My wife really enjoyed the seasoning on her breaded onion rings as well. Overall, I'd like to come back to try their chicken and their stormburger. I don't know that I'd order the BBQ bacon burger as I wanted more variations of texture. If Cajun fries are on the menu, I'd definitely get those. I think the prices for their combos are fair as I like that they're inclusive of fries and drink. Great addition to LB!

If you're craving a great smash burger, Storm Burger is definitely worth checking out! The burger was cooked perfectly, with those delicious crispy edges that make a smash burger so good. It's huge, juicy, and incredibly messy--in the best possible way. Once you pick it up, there's no putting it down! I finally learned my lesson and used a fork & knife to enjoy every bite. The fries deserve a shout-out too. They're extra crispy and come in either regular or Cajun seasoning. I went with the Cajun fries, and they were absolutely delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. If you're looking for a flavorful, satisfying burger and crispy fries, Storm Burger delivers. I'll definitely be back!

I decided to give Storm Burger a second chance, hoping my experience would be better this time. The drive-thru line wasn't very long, and the employee who took my order was incredibly sweet. She provided the menu without assuming I knew. However, the drive-thru setup is confusing. There are two lanes that eventually merge into one, which I understand is meant to keep the line from backing up into the street. The problem is that there's no employee directing traffic or alternating cars when the lanes merge. As a result, drivers become frustrated because no one wants to let the other lane merge. Even though there were only about five cars ahead of me, I waited approximately 20 minutes without the line moving. I asked another employee what was causing the delay, and she said they were understaffed. I understand staffing challenges happen, but I also noticed three employees standing outside after one of the drive-thru lanes had been closed. If the kitchen was short-staffed, it seemed like those employees could have been helping inside instead of standing around. Since I had only ordered one sandwich, I politely asked if, once it was ready, someone could bring it out to me instead of letting it sit while I waited for the cars ahead. I explained that I didn't want to get home with a cold sandwich. The employee assured me she would do that. She was nice about it. Eventually, after all but one car ahead of me had left, she finally brought out my sandwich. Unfortunately, I live only one stoplight away, and by the time I got home, the sandwich was already cold. To make matters worse, the Storm Sauce I paid extra for wasn't even in the bag. I tried calling the restaurant, but there's no way to speak to a live person or leave a voicemail. The recording instructs customers to send an email instead, so I did. I waited several days but never received a response. In the end, I threw the sandwich away. There wasn't much point in trying to reheat a cold sandwich, especially without the sauce I had paid for. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to like Storm Burger. Unfortunately, the operational issues, long wait, cold food, missing item, and lack of customer follow-up left me turned off from giving it another try. It's still a fairly new establishment, so I hope they work through these issues.

Ah yes, the famous StormBurger, got to pull up here and see what all the hype was about. Got me a double StormBurger meal. Anyway I take a bite into the burger, tender meat, not the flavor I expected but not a bad burger, I can't really compare all these new up and rising smash burgers because they are all on their own category. So if we compare in the likes of Chris and Eddy's, 50Burger, Chubzies, and burgers of those sorts we get an above average burger. The fries on the other hand were just garbage, maybe if I were to come back I would get onion rings but these were almost like Rally's fries with not as much flavor unfortunately. Burger: 7.9 Fries: 6.4

Stormburger definitely took me by storm and when I went last week it was packed during lunch! Didn't realize it was mostly a concept for takeout because of the drive-thru but enjoyed my food standing up at their little standing area to eat. Their drive-thru had two lanes looking like Chick-fil A out here. Ordered at their window and parked in a parking lot for their customers. It's very limited but did the job. When ordering, I was practically shouting because the music was really really loud but other than that the food was solid. The bun with the sauce compliment the smashburgers well and the fries were almost like beer battered fries. I got the combo with strawberry lemonade too which tasted super fresh and not too sugary. Would definitely come back if I was in the area.

I enjoy the food here but I wouldn't come back because of the wait. The parking lot is very annoying and they have a lot of staff but they really need to improve their system. Their security guard was handling the line and he made me backup into oncoming traffic? Their burgers have a great flavor and I love how kragglely the fries are. The chicken tenders are flattened cutlets that are crispy and also flavorful.

Referred by a friend that has been to the Inglewood location. We arrived 30 minutes after opening and a line had already formed for the drive-thru. We decided to park in the neighborhood and walk-up to order. Employee was very friendly. Those waiting in cars were given sample milkshakes. We ordered Classic Storm burger, Double Classic, fries

Samantha C.

We have been seeing this spot everytime we drive around Cherry area so we decided to finally give it a try. The line gets pretty long so it def gets you intrigued. We ordered their bbq cheese burger and a regular burger. Hubs and I def enjoyed their fries. I wish I tried more of their side sauces because they had a bunch. The kids enjoyed their fries too. I thought their burgers were a bit salty but it was still not bad. I don't know if it's worth the line people wait on but it's def not bad. Go give it a try!

Ashley H.

I came on a weekday hoping to get some fast food for dinner but it became more of a long detour. It took about an hour from arrival to receiving my food. It seemed that there needs to be improvement in time efficiency. The drive through line was being manned by 4-5 people and in the pickup area there was 3 people. I'm not sure how many people they have cooking, but it was very laid back. Honestly, I wanted to not like Stormburgers food, but dang.. this place hits. Not only are the burgers solid (tried the Jalepeno Lightning) but the fries and onion rings are fried to perfection. I probably won't be coming here after a long shift, but for sure would have this again (if I can avoid a line.)

Ari R.

Went here hopefully it would be very good. It was ok, acceptable but not great. I got the classic and husband for the jalapeño one. Classic was pretty dry, the meat was just not enjoyable because it was so dry. The jalapeño one wasn't as dry though and his was better than mine. Fries and onion rings tasted like they were made a while ago and sitting in a heater, they weren't fresh. Given it's a good price I would give it another shot and not order the classic again.

extra onion straws, none was given, east ice on drink, full of ice .

Em M.

went back to see if they would improve this time caught an attitude with my burger lol, i just told the cashier to not staple my bag when she gives it to me because im checking your mistakes this time they charged me extra for onion straws did not get that so i wanted to be sure that Storm Burger got it right this time , burger may be good but i would rather not deal with attitude, Avoid this place terrible customer service gave them a second try and nothing special go somewhere were people will treat with you better

THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND NOT THE FOOD QUALITY: If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. I waited almost 40min in line while they served everyone behind me and I just sat there. Mind you, all I ordered was one burger, and one fry. Why they were able to serve 7 cars behind me before I got my one burger and fry is beyond me but it's safe to say this is the worst level of service I've ever received. Eventually, someone came back to my car to ask what I got since they clearly forgot me, I then had to wait another 20min for them to make the order they should have done 7 cars ago. As I write this I am now an hour in, still sitting here and have no order as of yet. They need to train their staff a hell of a lot better if they want to stay in business. UPDATE: 9 cars behind me have received their food and left and I still am sitting here. The lady 4 cars in front of me dealt with the same shit service and actually had to get out of her car to ask what was going on. read more

Overall, this was not a good experience. The first issue is parking. The front of the establishment is consistently blocked off with cones, making it impossible to park. If you're ordering for walk-up service, you'll likely have to find parking in the surrounding neighborhood or on nearby streets, which is inconvenient. After placing your order, you have to pick up your food from a side window. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to hear when your name or order number is called because of the loud music they play. To make matters worse, the wait time was unreasonable. Despite there being very few customers, I waited approximately 40 minutes for a burger and fries. This is unacceptable. Additionally, there is no seating area or restrooms. Due to the lack of organization, long wait times, and overall inconvenience of the ordering and pickup process, I will not be returning. This establishment needs to improve its system and customer experience significantly. read more

I almost never leave reviews, but this place seriously impressed me!! For a casual burger spot, the quality is kind of wild. The lemonades are so good and actually taste real because they use fresh fruit, which you can tell right away! The onion rings were one of the biggest standouts for me. They're hand dipped in batter and fried fresh, and they taste like it. Nothing felt overly processed or stale. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The spicy chicken sandwich was honestly incredible. It reminded me of the Ding's chicken sandwich from Hillstone, which is not a comparison I make lightly. The fries were super crispy and just really solid too. I was genuinely shocked that a fast food place could taste this high quality. I crave it way more often than I want to admit. read more

I think all the 5 star reviews are fake, social media minions or friends/family. The burgers were subpar. Neighborhood burger joints like Big Burger, Nilly's Tam's, Fantastic, and Douglas are a 100 times better. Or go to In-n-out which will never fail you. I love this place. I love coming here, but I have a problem. The young black lady,at the last window has an attitude problem. This happened today, July 3 at 12:28 PM. She shouldn't be rolling her eyes at customers just because i asked for a cup of water that wasn't given to me in the first place even after i had told the young lady that charged me to add that and if a customer say thank you so much she should learn how to reply and say you're welcome. Have a nice day because if it wasn't for us, she wouldn't be needed.l,you guys need to train her better or better yet get rid of her for the sake of this business. Pros: Local always tastes better! The burgers are fresher, more substantial, and have a beefier taste than In n Out. Very similar in quality to a pub burger, but not as pricey! The chicken sandwiches are great too. Fries are done very well. My mom is a picky woman, and she's rarely happy with what she eats. However, she's asked me to return to this place twice. Cons: Each time I've been here, I've gotten shafted with waiting in the outer line of the drive thru. It moves slower, but the security guard will usher you into that line if there's availability (makes sense). The employees are great, and they'll take note of which cars arrive first so they can take your order in a logical manner. But I've consistently received my food two cars late (as in, the cars that arrived and ordered after me in the faster inner line gets their food before mine). It's not a big deal realistically, but StormBurger is popular (justifiably so) and it already takes a while to get your food, so this might be a level of annoyance you'll have to prepare for mentally. Idk what the solution is, but would love if these logistics got worked out! On the customers' end: Maybe order your food on foot? Avoid the outer line if possible? Employees and food are a hit so I will be back regularly! Just maybe not by drive thru haha read more

Lots of hype behind this understandably! The lines are crazy long. The drive-thru has two long long lines. It took us 46 minutes from entering the drive-thru to getting our food. I timed it. The prices seemed fair. But we wanted to rate the food that we became here purely off of hype and to see what it's all about. We were fine paying a couple extra dollars. My family and I agree that the fries are pretty good. I imagine they would've been very very good fresh. So I'm looking forward to trying this place once all the hype dies down. According to my kids, the burgers were a little better than In-N-Out. So they get the nod there because we love In-N-Out. I would encourage them to come up with a different system because it seemed like they're trying to make more room so more cars can get in line but at the expense of people having to wait several extra minutes longer for their food. I imagine if the system was better, the lines would flow much quicker. Quickly comparing it to In-N-Out, the line are pretty much just as long if not a little longer since there are two lines, but the establishment is much smaller than a typical In-N-Out so I imagine the kitchen is tiny which is reflected in the 46 minute wait time. I think the food is good, but if you wanna try it out, I encourage you to do so, but only if you have near an hour. read more

Storm burger is amazing, we were eating there almost weekly when they were still serving from the food truck. Once the brick and mortar building came up, due to its delicious reputation, there were long waits but they well worth it. I say this because I read some negative reviews about the wait times, but it was in the first month of its grand opening after buidling a solid reputation for quality. We came for Mother's Day and they gave my wife a rose, which was a nice surprise to our order. Don't let the line discourage you, if you have ever waited at In-N-Out or Chick-Fila, its not bad, plus everyone has a phone now to help pass the time. We hope Storm Burger stays and expands! read more

The buns are also made fresh from a local bakery, and they have fresh made lemonade. We are official regulars here! The service was also amazing. I only wish they had seating, but that's okay, we just drive up the road to a local park and eat there. read more

Thankfully, I did take my time when eating my salad and was cautious when approaching the olives as I have had an unfortunate experience that cracked my tooth due to an olive in a salad before. So that's a huge negative for me on the antipasto salad. Instead of a few (or more, because it WAS $16!) slices of delicious bacon, it was a thick sandwich filled with what appeared to be bacon pieces, like the preparer had just scraped together old bacon from earlier in the day. It tasted greasy and burnt. After several sips of water my tongue was still greasy! The avocado was almost nonexistent. I immediately went back in and asked for a refund. I brought my husband his roast beef ($18!). He is not a picky eater, AT ALL! He said it wasn't very good and he should bring them an Arby's to show what a roast beef sandwich should look like. Had the Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger and also tried the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. The Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger is a smashed burger, and while mine was a little dry, I'm not going to pretend it didn't still have a ton of flavor. The BBQ sauce came through, the bacon was solid, and the fried onions were doing their job -- but let's be honest, it did not look nearly as stacked with onion strings as the pictures made it seem. I wanted all that grease. The Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was solid, too. The chicken itself was also a little dry, but the rest of the sandwich carried it. The coleslaw had a nice crunch, added some freshness, and kept it from feeling too heavy. And honestly, the bun deserves its own moment because it was hella doing work on both sandwiches. I usually hate brioche-style buns on burgers. The second I see that shiny soft bun, I get suspicious because half the time it turns everything into some sweet, floppy mess. But this one? Fire. Fresh, soft, sturdy, and somehow held everything together without falling apart or turning into sauce-soaked sadness. A good bun can make or break a sandwich, and they naaaailed it. The fries were better than I expected too. Lightly battered, kind of like Rally's/Checkers-style fries, seasoned well, and stayed crispy for a while. That alone deserves respect because too many places serve fries that go limp before you even leave the lot. Overall, I get the hype. The food has flavor, the portions are solid and the prices are actually reasonable for what you're getting. Now... the parking and drive-thru situation? Absolute clown obstacle course. Getting into the lot feels like waiting to jump on the 91 freeway entrance on Atlantic Ave. Parking is super limited, nonexistent basically and the drive-thru wraps around awkwardly. If it's busy, you'll probably be causing a mini traffic jam on the road just trying to get into the place. Once you're in, you're basically committed. Full send or don't come. The line also sends you to the alley, so it feels less like a normal fast food drive-thru and more like you're waiting for an amusement park ride that happens to end with greasy food and nearby residents staring at you through their windows like, "yep, another one." It's funny, but also kind of cursed. There's security, so there's that rofl. There's also a taco spot right next to it, so depending on the time of day, the area can get lively real quick. Personally, I would not come here at night or on a busy weekend unless I was fully committed to the burger mission. Between the tight parking, alley setup, drive-thru pileup, random late-night foot traffic and the possibility of becoming part of the traffic problem yourself... it just seems like too much chaos for me. Also, I do miss the Church's Chicken that used to be on this corner. Storm Burger is good, don't get me wrong, but I had to pour one out spiritually for the old Texas fried chicken staple. At the end of the day, the food won me over. Storm Burger has flavor, personality and enough good stuff going on that I'd absolutely come back -- I'd just be strategic about when I go. read more

this is my first time at storm burger & i just experienced the worst customer service ever. i stood outside the window for about 15-20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. two hispanic women in polo-style shirts came to the window numerous times, looked directly through me, and never once asked if i had been helped or needed anything. it felt like i was completely ignored (WHICH I WAS). after waiting, the shorter hispanic lady finally asked me what my name was. i told her that i had been waiting there for a long time, and she responded, "i saw you standing for 10 minutes, that's why i'm coming to the window now." i then asked to speak to a manager. she said, "ok, wait, let me get you one," and as she was walking away, i noticed her shirt was different from everyone else's, so i asked if she was a manager. she verbally said "NO", but then me stating that i see her shirts are different from the rest she hesitated to tell me yes, i asked why would she deny being a manager & she said "i think you wouldn't want to speak with me." i asked for her name, and she said gissell. eventually she said she would get the other manager named star. another 5 minutes passed & neither one of the managers came back to speak with me, but later i seen star walking from around the back and went right past me to handle a situation in the drive-thru with another employee, without acknowledging me once again. i was close enough to hear the name of the other employee in drive thru named edward, she went to go have a conversation with while i was still not being helped. on top of it all, i observed star later coming back in and walking past me AGAIN. she stood at the grey machines in the middle, looking at the wall, scratching her butt, and never once washed her hands, which raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. overall, the lack of acknowledgment, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing first experience. i do have a recording that i will be posting if it allows me. those two "managers (star & gissell) need to have training about better customer service skills. as a customer i would understand if the establishment was busy (IT WAS NOT) & they told me to wait a while but me standing outside for approximately 30mins with not even a "hi/ hello is honestly so crazy to me. read more

No meat! No cheese lettuce or tomato!! a bun with soggy onions 2 small piece of bacon. My shake was to be a "mix". It was only chocolate and runny The girl who took the order was great and got it right (see phot of receipt order. But it ended there was "no meat" We paid $35.34 for this!!! I recently visited Storm Burger, a newly opened burger stand in North Long Beach, and overall had a positive experience. I went through the drive-thru, and while the staff seemed fairly young and my order was not completely accurate, the service was impressively fast. It's clear they're still getting into the rhythm of things, which is understandable for a new spot. On the food side, Storm Burger definitely delivered. I ordered the double cheeseburger with their storm sauce, and it was excellent--flavorful, well-balanced, and satisfying. The fries were crispy and cooked just right, which is always a plus. I also tried their lemonade, which was refreshing and paired well with the meal. One small detail I really appreciated was the drink packaging--the cups reminded me of boba-style cups, which gave a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, despite a minor mix-up with the order, the quality of the food and the speed of service made a strong impression. With a little more consistency, this place has great potential. I'd definitely come back and give them another try. read more

Recently, I placed an order at Storm Burger and was extremely disappointed. I ordered 6 burgers: 3 regular and 3 Double Burgers. When I got home and checked the order, I realized that out of the three Double Burgers, there was only one -- the other two were replaced with regular burgers. There was no warning or explanation. This means I paid for more expensive items but received cheaper ones instead. At best, this is negligence; at worst, it feels like misleading the customer. My family, especially the kids, were very upset because they were expecting exactly what we ordered. This kind of mistake is unacceptable. I expect the restaurant to contact me and resolve this issue -- either by refunding the difference or offering proper compensation. Otherwise, I will be forced to leave an appropriate rating and warn other customers about this experience. Very disappointed with the service. read more

Went in during a busy time, which I understand, but waited about 20 minutes for a single burger while watching multiple customers who ordered after me get their food first. It became pretty obvious my order was skipped or lost. When I brought it up, there wasn't much urgency or clear effort to fix it, which made the situation more frustrating. Mistakes happen, but ignoring it and not communicating is what really made this a bad experience. Hopefully this gets addressed because the system clearly broke down here. It was my first time trying this place too, and the cashier mentioned it was better than Marathon Burger, but in my experience Marathon Burger didnt take 20 minutes for a single burger. read more

He greeted every customer with a genuine smile, took orders quickly and clearly, and kept the line moving without any delays. Everything came out exactly right, and the food was straight fire. It's not common to see someone handle a busy rush so smoothly while still making people feel welcomed and appreciated. Brandon really made the whole experience better than just a quick stop, and his energy and service deserve real respect for sure today. read more

Stopped by the drive thru yesterday and saw something you don't see often. There were two different lines of cars and Brandon was handling both completely by himself. He was walking between lanes, greeting every customer with a menu, taking orders, and still keeping the line moving smoothly. Even close to closing time, he stayed friendly, patient, and professional with everyone. Watching him manage all that without stress honestly made the experience stand out more than the food itself. read more

If you're into Nashville-style hot chicken, Cluck and Blaze is definitely a spot worth checking…read moreout. I recently stopped by and was honestly impressed, especially with the portion sizes and flavor. I ordered the two-tender combo, and right away I noticed these weren't your average tenders--they were jumbo. Thick, crispy, and cooked just right. The outside had that perfect crunch while the inside stayed juicy and tender. You also get to pick your heat level, which is clutch whether you like it mild or want that real Nashville kick. The combo came with Texas toast, pickles, and their signature comeback sauce. The Texas toast was buttery and soft, perfect for balancing out the spice. The pickles added that tangy bite that cuts through the richness of the chicken, and the comeback sauce tied everything together--it's creamy, slightly tangy, and honestly addicting. I also ordered the Cluckin' fries, which come loaded with their comeback sauce and your choice of heat on the chicken. These were a whole meal on their own. Crispy fries topped with flavorful chicken and sauce--it's messy in the best way possible. I gave their mac & cheese a try too--it was okay, not bad, but definitely not the standout compared to everything else. Stick to the chicken and fries and you'll be happy. Pro tip: let your friends order extra pickles... you're gonna want more once you start eating. Overall, Cluck and Blaze delivers on flavor, portion size, and that classic Nashville hot chicken experience. Definitely a spot I'd come back to when I'm craving something crispy, spicy, and satisfying.

We ordered a few burgers, kids meals and chilaquiles. They didn't explain that the kids meal will be double the original price for a kids cup and fries. Mind you the kids cup is the same as a water cup. So if you plan to do that, don't get the kids "meal" just order the dry burger alone. All items are a la cart. When served, they come in on roller skates BUT the burgers are served with just a wrapper, no boat or plate. So you're stuck holding your food the entire time. The chilaquiles came on a $0.50 home essentials plate from Target. I know cause I own a bunch of them. Utensils are super cheap and don't break through the chips. There is a "feedback" number on the receipt. So I figured why not. Now let me tell you... I'm sure there can be some kind of lawsuit with this because this is your personal number texting this number that ends up texting you back and trying to gaslight you and then "accidentally" calls you back. I loved the coleslaw. It was creamy, crunch, and not too sweet. For me, the pickles tie it all together. You get a little sweet, a little heat, a little savory, a little tangy all in one bite. Oh and not to mention, because those Cajun wings were so bomb, I ordered a 50 piece wing to take home to the family w/ of course Cajun. I'm trying their Spicy Lemon Pepper, and the Mango Habanero (milder than most I've had). This time I dined in and I love the ambiance. I love the art decor all of the walls with the messaging. Here you actually have an option to sit at some tables. Decided to snack a little before packing the rest home. The fish is freshly made to order. Seasoned very well, tartar sauce definitely complimented it. The fries were cooked fresh and decently filled to the brim of the bag. The chicken was big let down. The wing was the first piece grabbed out the bag and the temperature wasn't there. No juice, just luke warm dried meat. The second piece I grabbed was the drumstick and again temperature was off. No juice or no steam. It didn't feel like these pieces were under any heat lamps. Felt left out as each piece eaten didn't really have any residual heat. 3rd piece I grabbed was the thigh which I mistook for a breast because it was bigger in size. After positioning in eat mode I decided to pack the rest home instead because the chicken wasn't hot enough. Funny thing is after 1 hour drive my chicken breast piece had some retained heat. Little did I realize the stellar fries kept the breast warm. Shame on this place ... even KFC is enjoyable once order is secured. Their hot sauce packed in cups were good Hopefully they work on the their chicken game because it's comical that their fish outshined the chicken.

Accessibility Issues: The restaurant is difficult to find, located on the second floor of a Mexican Plaza mall. The elevators and escalators were both out of order during our visit. Having to carry an infant car seat and a stroller up a flight of stairs was a significant and unexpected hurdle that made simply reaching the restaurant a stressful experience. Not to mention to area is extremely sketchy! Poor Customer Service: Upon arrival, my family and I were denied indoor seating despite the cold weather, while carrying a newborn. We were forced to sit outside, which was very uncomfortable given the circumstances. This lack of accommodation was surprising and unwelcoming. Keep in mind we still had 45 min until they close. Food Quality: We ordered the double patty smash burger with fries. The food quality was underwhelming. The burger itself lacked flavor and was very mediocre. The fries were stale and seemed to be refried, not fresh. Final Thoughts: While we appreciate that this is a halal spot, the combination of the accessibility challenges, poor service regarding seating arrangements, and the subpar food quality means we will not be returning. Very disappointed with the overall experience.all these positive reviews are questionable.
