Now I'm following through with the time consuming effort of filling paperwork to have this false bill removed from my credit report. I was never sent a bill for the supposed months I was charged for after I vacated the unit. Absolutely Outrageous crooks. The girl Amber that works there is nice. Bit it doesn't make up for the jabba the hut manager. I now use Windsor storage facility and love the service they provide. Read reviews for both and decide for yourself.

They could easily have put the package on the porch or excluded the junk mail but no.... They kept the prescription medication. BRILLIANT!!! Now I have to file a theft report with the police department to get my medications resent via UPS.

I stood in an empty post office 'line' for a good couple of minutes before I asked the woman behind the counter if I could drop my package off here, pointing to the counter that has other packages placed on it. She ignored me the first time. So I waited quietly assuming she was busy with her head down in her phone and her EarPod in her ear. I asked again a little louder. Instead of a simple yes or no, she looks up, very annoyed that I've bothered her to answer a simple question at the job she's getting paid to do, and gives me an explanation about how there are signs posted in front of the counter. One read something like NO packages on this counter, and the other ones read something about how incorrectly labeled packages won't be shipped (or something - I should have taken a picture). The thing is, I also wanted a receipt of drop off, not just to simply drop the package off and leave. To the only woman behind the counter on 9/22 around 2pm, I am so sorry you had to interact with people at your job, how awful it must be to be you - to be so unpleasant in your day to day interactions with people.

The woman that's often there is awesome at fitting things into boxes and she packages everything very well. I have used them multiple times to ship wine across the country and they do a great job - not all shipping places will ship wine. They were also careful to point out damage prior and ensure I was aware before they packed up any items. Movers were quick completing the move in less than four hours. They ended up adding a person when we got to the next house to make the move faster. I was informed prior and agreed before the person was added since there was additional cost. All my furniture was put back together without any issues. Would use Hansen again for future moves.

beware!!!! dont rent…read morea storage space here unless you want to risk all of your valuables being stolen. shout out the "manager" lamont. i moved from a unit where my stuff sat safely for 2 years, into a bigger unit for cheaper (shouldve known) down a hallway without a camera, and 4 ways in/out. hmmm. within about a month, my lock was picked, whole unit torn apart, and all of my most valuable possessions stolen. ironically there are no cameras that show that unit, and if someone had access to other units they could move my stuff into a different unit in the same hallway, without any trace. and then sell the items later. this could only be accomplished by the manager or an acquaintance of his. my lock was picked, unit rifled through and the lock was picked again to re-lock it. only someone with time on their hands would be capable. draw your own conclusion there. i was paid out a tiny insurance payment that covered about 25% of the value of my stolen items. do not rent a unit here!!! i would give negative stars if i could. i paid thousands of dollars for over 2 years only to be robbed.

He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town.
