I tried for an hour to get it open, an employee, a big guy, brought his tool box, and he tried, using brute force and multiple tools, and then Cathy, the manager tried. Cathy is very small, probably 105 lbs soaking wet, but she examined the situation carefully, thought about it for a minute, and then MacGyver'd that door open with no tools in about about 30 seconds. It was a wonder to behold! Afterwards, she just casually dusted her hands off and acted like it was no big deal, but it was actually amazing. Both Cathy and the other employees at this facility are nice, helpful, and efficient. I have never had a negative experience with anyone at this Storage Pro; they are all really good to deal with.

I watch the emails and know what was in there the whole two days I couldn't check it. I work when they are open in Windsor so now I have to go to the hospital because they are keeping my medication. And because I can't go when they are open... They will keep all of our mail forever. My medication only come by mail. They could easily have put the package on the porch or excluded the junk mail but no.... They kept the prescription medication. BRILLIANT!!! Now I have to file a theft report with the police department to get my medications resent via UPS.

I stood in an empty post office 'line' for a good couple of minutes before I asked the woman behind the counter if I could drop my package off here, pointing to the counter that has other packages placed on it. She ignored me the first time. So I waited quietly assuming she was busy with her head down in her phone and her EarPod in her ear. I asked again a little louder. Instead of a simple yes or no, she looks up, very annoyed that I've bothered her to answer a simple question at the job she's getting paid to do, and gives me an explanation about how there are signs posted in front of the counter. One read something like NO packages on this counter, and the other ones read something about how incorrectly labeled packages won't be shipped (or something - I should have taken a picture). The thing is, I also wanted a receipt of drop off, not just to simply drop the package off and leave. To the only woman behind the counter on 9/22 around 2pm, I am so sorry you had to interact with people at your job, how awful it must be to be you - to be so unpleasant in your day to day interactions with people.

The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us!
