We are sad to be leaving after 9 yrs of wonderful, no drama service. We never felt that are storage wasn't secure even through the 2017 fires. We were blessed that our unit was still standing after the fires because it was the only thing left of our family stuff. Terry and team were thoughtful and kind during those times. I would have no concerns to come back if I needed to. I highly recommend this storage location if you are looking for secure, clean, kind facility. They also have U-Haul trucks available for rental if needed along with packing supplies. read more

I am not one to write reviews or use Public storage units, but this place is Amazing. The whole facility from lobby to units are clean and in like new condition. The Staff is friendly, kind, and extremly helpful. Online payments make things so quick and easy, plus the gate access code was simple enough to remember even for someone like me who forgets first names as soon as they are given to me. Incredibly friendly environment as soon as I walked in. Very fair prices! Much lower than others around. They made me feel like my belongings will be cared for while I am gone. read more

Very professional and helpful staff. They have a special for half off the first 5 months. I was able to get my first choice of a 10X20. The units have roll up doors so you don't half to carry your stuff to an inside unit. Access hours are 7am - 7pm and the staff patrols the facility. Boxes are cheaper here than other storage facilities. I'm really happy with my choice of facilities! read more

I don't know what all these 5 star reviews are about. The service is great and the office ladies are very nice but that's about it. Our unit was disgusting. I used this place for a week and upon moving out there were cockroaches crawling around the floor around our stuff. Also $420 for a 10 by 20 gross cockroach infested unit is insane. read more
