My mother recently had an incredibly stressful experience here during the holiday season. The facility has been plagued by "power issues" that cause the doors to jam--a problem that seems to be a recurring theme for other customers as well. This made her unit completely inaccessible on Thanksgiving, of all days. When she brought this up, the manager, Kathy, promised and offered her a discount to compensate for the inconvenience of being locked out of her own unit. However, Kathy never followed through on that promise. Instead of an actual resolution, they tried to point to a "$1/mo" promotion for new units, which is a total slap in the face to a long-term customer looking for accountability. To top it all off, the new staff member, Ramon, was condescending and outright rude to her when she tried to discuss these concerns. It is disappointing to see a business treat loyal customers with such little respect. If you value reliability and staff that actually keeps their word, I suggest looking elsewhere.

beware!!!! dont rent…read morea storage space here unless you want to risk all of your valuables being stolen. shout out the "manager" lamont. i moved from a unit where my stuff sat safely for 2 years, into a bigger unit for cheaper (shouldve known) down a hallway without a camera, and 4 ways in/out. hmmm. within about a month, my lock was picked, whole unit torn apart, and all of my most valuable possessions stolen. ironically there are no cameras that show that unit, and if someone had access to other units they could move my stuff into a different unit in the same hallway, without any trace. and then sell the items later. this could only be accomplished by the manager or an acquaintance of his. my lock was picked, unit rifled through and the lock was picked again to re-lock it. only someone with time on their hands would be capable. draw your own conclusion there. i was paid out a tiny insurance payment that covered about 25% of the value of my stolen items. do not rent a unit here!!! i would give negative stars if i could. i paid thousands of dollars for over 2 years only to be robbed.

Fast Masters called me in advance of their arrival to let me know they were picking up a few items for the morning's move and that they'd arrive about 30 minutes after the scheduled time, which was well within tolerances. The crew of four meant they worked efficiently. I was really impressed with how each member of the team worked to support the crew as a whole and cooperated. They kept track of all the parts and tools and remembered my concerns about the player piano, making sure to protect that area throughout the move. Seeing as my baby grand had to make it down a long set of stairs, I'm glad I had this team on the job! They attended to details like ensuring my daughter's electric bike was brought back upstairs, since it'd been moved out of the way and putting the screen door back on its hinges. Nothing was damaged and they kept me informed when they made a stop in transit. I'd readily recommend using them for future work!

The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes,literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! David and Chance (?) were very polite, professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly. The communicated well via text regarding timing and specifics. Highly recommend and will use again if we ever need care with moving items in the future.
