I tried for an hour to get it open, an employee, a big guy, brought his tool box, and he tried, using brute force and multiple tools, and then Cathy, the manager tried. Cathy is very small, probably 105 lbs soaking wet, but she examined the situation carefully, thought about it for a minute, and then MacGyver'd that door open with no tools in about about 30 seconds. It was a wonder to behold! Afterwards, she just casually dusted her hands off and acted like it was no big deal, but it was actually amazing. Both Cathy and the other employees at this facility are nice, helpful, and efficient. I have never had a negative experience with anyone at this Storage Pro; they are all really good to deal with.

He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town. This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.

Fair business practices: We rented a covered space for our…read moretrailer for many months (+/- a year.) The onsite manager was helpful, although not always responsive quickly. The covered space was ok but the maintenance to the support arm that impacted getting in and out of the space never happened. My main complaint was their business practice policy regarding rental reimbursement of partial use of the 3 month rental interval period they sign you up for. Many months into our space rental, we paid our upcoming 3 month rent for the space. Near that time, we were also notified, as were all the space renters, that we would need to move our trailer out of the space for 3 days the following month ( a few weeks into the 3 month prepaid rental period ) due to gravel maintenance and grading. When we moved our trailer, we decided to relocate our trailer closer to our new home and give notice to Mighty Vault that we vacated our space by email and phone message, and we were seeking reimbursement of unused rent. Up to a week later, we received a call and we were told the business policy was they do not reimburse for prepaid rent, that we would have needed to go month to month before the 3 month prepayment, and then we would only have paid for one month, not 3 months. The business kept the more than $400 of unused rent. Additionally, we were told that this process was included in the initial contract information done many months before, which we had not recalled, and they had no way to reimburse partial amounts the of 3 month prepayment. While I understand contractually, I had not recalled that information. I find the policy as unfair in practice to the consumer and do not recommend this business as fair and trustworthy.

My Company priced shopped a unit that we would need for about 18 months - the sales person was…read morehelpful and when we talked price it definitely was "Per MONTH" We started paying by check and a month or two into the contract had to start paying it online via credit card because they started charging a $10 paper check fee - which is BS they are getting paid after all. For the Credit Card payments, their website doesn't allow you to set up payments for future dates to pay ON the due date (also BS) so I set a calendar reminder for when that bill was due. A few months go by and I start getting late fees - so I take a closer look at the statements and bills only cover what looks like a 27 or 28 day period - so I pull up the contract the director signed and refers to "1 Rental period" and then down in the fine print it states: "the term of the unit lease commences upon the date of delivery of a unit and continues on a monthly (meaning every 28 days) basis" That is some kind of slimy business practice - SO BUYER BEWARE - MOBIL MINI'S YEAR HAS 13 MONTHS - so it may not be the deal you thought you were getting. And the sales person knew we were price shopping and never mentioned the 13th 'rental period' .. they know they are lying to you ... we are done with Mobil Mini!
